話說幾年前,一次誤打誤撞既情況下去咗呢間茶餐廳食lunch,當時食咩已經唔記得,只係記得舊式老茶既裝修,同店員友善既服務。最近係fb知道呢間餐廳要結業啦,突然想起就想再去幫襯一次。2024年10月26日,嚟到門口已經見到大大張紅色告示,茶餐廳將會係廿九日正式結業。入到門口見到客滿,要等一陣,於是同收銀姐姐講,想等卡位,佢笑笑口咁話儘量啦。等咗無五分鐘,就真系有卡位坐。原本見客人碟茄子牛仔骨好正想食,不過啱啱到下午茶時間又唔系好餓,就點個下午茶算了。同朋友一個咖喱炒貴刁,一個菜脯叉燒炒飯,交換啲嚟食,貴刁無咩咖喱味,炒飯反而偏鹹。兩杯凍奶茶就OK正常。味道OK唔算好正,但氣氛好好,店員都笑笑口,仲見到老闆教客人點沖奶茶,有熟客問老闆點解唔做,老闆話做咁多年得個吉氣氛和諧,毫無怨氣,應該真系光榮結業。尊重店內請勿拍照既告示,出到門口先影兩相作為紀念。希望香港之後既食市都可以無差別咁多啲對客人展露笑容,唔好凈係識得呻點解無生意,或者出咗名就擺個臭面出嚟揀客做。 continue reading

#榮華茶餐廳 又有一間老店即將結業,趁關門前去襯下熱鬧。我並唔係深水埗街坊,對呢間舖頭冇任何感情,每次行過都會路過而且錯過。喺討論區發現呢間舖頭即將結業,應該係退休,所以想喺佢結業前試下,如果好食就有一個好嘅回憶,唔好食就當送佢最後一程。揀咗下午茶時間兩點開始,叫咗份公司三文治$44,相比起其他舖頭比較輕型,一般會有三塊包而佢只有兩塊,而且餡料唔算好多,不過麵包烘得幾好,仲有少少脆。聽說佢杯茶最出名,今次叫咗茶走,溫度夠,茶香,煉奶份量剛剛好,唔會過甜亦唔會冇料到,真係幾正。有人形容呢間舖頭幾貴,深水埗區嚟講唔化算,但亦有人接近日日幫襯當飯堂,每個人嘅需求都唔同,啱自己食就可以。今次食完,總算有機會同呢間老牌餐廳講再見。榮華茶餐廳深水埗福榮街58號地舖 continue reading

好想食懷舊魚蛋粉,有日帶左家人去九龍城所謂米芝連食店幫襯,食完呀爸翻白眼🙄️向住我,佢話一D都5好食🥲,平時食開個間好多多聲喎!叫呀爸介紹我去試下👀👀。原來系深水埗排檔附近的舊式茶記,我系tea time去既,但都有8成顧客,全店裝修擺設系70-80年代,但環境乾淨,服務員系中年人仕,但有禮貌,效率高👍🏻。我叫左至尊推介,有鱼片、魚蛋、炸魚片頭和炸魚皮4併,加埋熱飲$ 4 6。嘩!賣相好正!首先,炸魚皮系分開上,話說系即炸,魚蛋粉有好多菜,仲要系大大條,D魚片魚蛋真系食到有魚味,彈牙,不是粉團😂!不是味精湯。到杯奶茶啦,你睇吓,茶面系有層奶茶衣,難得!還有所謂掛杯出現👍🏻,飲落好滑,勁茶香,且回甘😋😋,超級完美💯。最後埋單,老闆娘仲同客有礼貌地講多謝,超窩心❤️。見老闆伙記同客有傾有講,感覺很親切,好有舊香港情懷,多謝呀爸好介紹🙏🏿。 continue reading

今朝早要去深水埗行一轉,順便喺㺯弓食埋早餐。但朝早有好多餐廳都未開,所以都係揀番啲茶餐廳食。喺openrice 睇到間榮華茶餐廳,望落去唔似新開嘅茶記,應該有啲保證,就決定去試一試。每去到未食過嘅茶記,例牌會嗌早餐A試吓。多士即烘加分,蛋即煎唔會凍冰冰,反蛋得嚟蛋黃仲會流出嚟,加分。火腿通粉就正常,熱辣辣咁樣。熱檸茶,茶味夠香,係舊式茶記用茶膽先沖到出嚟。總括而言,無中到伏,環境算乾淨,正常茶記服務。 continue reading

今天在這裏吃個早餐☕,早餐的水準,都不過不失。味道都可以的。價錢都同出面一般餐廳差不多,三十幾蚊。當我再慢慢品嚐早餐的時候,抬頭一看望到水吧的師父,不單止沒有戴口罩,還喺度食煙🚬,我心諗乜唔係落場時才吸煙,點解在製作食品的時候可以吸煙呢?唔怕啲煙灰跌曬落啲食物到,咁客人食了煙灰食物又點算?😖當我睇到這刻的情景,即食慾大減。我唔會再到此餐廳。希望以後餐廳的師傅,為人為己,帶番個口罩才制作食物,唔好再在工作時吸煙。 continue reading
