今天來到位於路德圍的樓下冰室,冰室比較乾淨企理,主打是蕃茄汁和瑞士雞翼鮮濃茄牛肉燴意粉 - 蕃茄汁真是整碟意粉的精髓,非常香濃,蕃茄味鮮甜牛肉份量很多,而且十分鮮嫩,絕對高質吉列豬扒配厚切牛乳炒蛋冶 - 本來是想輕食的,但原來份量都是很多,真是抵食夾大件牛乳炒蛋冶真的十分驚喜,炒蛋是厚切,而且蛋味香濃吉列炸豬扒十分香脆,不會很乾瑞士雞翼 - 是每次來到都必食的!瑞士汁比較濃郁,十分適合愛重口味的我們雞翼非常大隻,是全翼,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,真的吃不停口餐飲點了華田脆脆和茶餐廳特有的鴛鴦凍華田上加上脆脆片,多了一份懷舊的口味這間冰室食物非常高質,絕對值得再來

依間樓下冰室喺荃灣來講都叫做有好多好評,咁為食嘅我當然去試吓佢值唔值啦!餐廳內在裝修都幾有特色,卡位係好傳統嘅冰室個種,有少少逼夾。叫咗個牛肉蕃茄湯通粉,先講蕃茄湯有好多軟綿綿嘅蕃茄蓉,酸酸甜甜十分開胃,牛肉都好淋,通粉細細粒都幾吸湯!常餐配嘅炒蛋份量好多,我鍾意把炒蛋放喺多士上面食!另外仲叫咗一個瑞士雞髀餐配鮮果沙律。瑞士汁略嫌有點過鹹,雞皮就好入味啦,但係雞肉就唔夠上色,但勝在餐廳都俾咗好多瑞士汁,所以切完都可以點醬汁食!鮮果沙律水果都新鮮,不過就較多薯仔。

入到去見到個裝修其實幾新靜,而且周圍放左好多懷舊嘅裝飾比我嘅感覺係幾有回憶,幾有8090年代嘅感覺。我地兩個人叫左二個主菜同三個小食又飲左杯幾有特色嘅飲品。首先講下個招牌茄湯通粉,個湯唔算好杰,不過就幾濃蕃茄味係幾好食,第二樣係叉燒蛋飯,個蛋滑到嚇親我而且叉燒都好出色,係值得一試。兩個主菜都份量好多,飽到差d爆肚。最推介食嘅係個瑞士雞翼,又大又多肉,煮到骨肉分離,一個字 正。我地仲叫左個芝士肉醬熱狗,個包好大個仲好脆卜卜,加上芝士唔算好肥膩啱啱好,中間應該係普通司華力腸不過都已經好好食。最後係個芝士西蘭花,做到好似一口系列咁,全部都細細粒好易入口芝士味都唔會好重。我就叫左杯椰汁冰,超重椰子味,好啱我呢d重口味人士。我個fd就叫左杯凍話梅柑桔,估佢唔到超好飲,食都未食完就已經飲晒,酸酸地好過癮,之後又叫左杯忌廉紅豆冰,個外型已經冇得輸,仲好好飲不過食埋上面層cream就有d滯。So far 全部都幾好食,最後係飽到差d行唔郁,下次會再去食埋其他招牌。
