雖然是火鍋店掛帥,但港式小炒方面,非常夠鑊氣,味味精彩!已經成為常客。每次除了點椰子雞鍋,必定再點小菜。前菜方面:沙薑雞腳、芥末拌生腸,必食!一些經典港式小炒:豉油皇鵝腸、椒鹽九肚魚、小炒皇、蔥油雞 .... 好夠鑊氣!海鮮類選擇亦很多,首選避風塘炒蟹、薑蔥炒蟹。🦀講返火鍋,湯底用椰青水,加湯我們不加水,只點椰皇。火鍋材料亦很新鮮。🥥價錢合理 ,可以自帶酒水。🍷還有包廂,minimum charge 價格合理。👍

同朋友食飯聚會當然要揀打邊爐慢慢恰恰下,呢間餐廳環境夠曬大,空間闊落,伙記推介椰子雞煲一於試下,雞肉都嫩滑,有timer計住,伙記專人開爐落雞,服務態度好,而家明顯食開都係街坊,餐牌好選擇而且價錢好合理。首先頭盤係青瓜海哲,微辣醒胃,椰子雞湯真係好清甜,啲邊爐料唔洗沾豉油都好有味,好香椰子味,海鮮超新鮮,啲蝦好生猛,蝦肉好爽口,青口同蠔都係大大隻,仲有勁巨型帆立貝,肉當然不能不提,佢啲牛肉肉質稔,易咬口,豬頸肉份量超多,呢間野每樣材料份量都勁足,丸類好多都手打,夠曬彈牙,我地仲叫左椰王飲,30蚊一個超清甜,想食火鍋都推介黎!
