用海南來的小黃種牛肉,切片炆至肉鬆化,皮驚喜地充滿骨膠原,像爽口的厚海蜇,肉刃層次分明,是兩種鮮明對比。汁濃稠,加點唐芹香,配白飯效果應該相當理想。

總結來說,「水鴨朱」除了椰子雞,其他小炒、海鮮等都值得一試,性價比甚高。

雖然是街坊小店,但質素卻比不少大型連鎖酒家還要好。必定要吃這裏的椰子雞鍋。走地雞肉當然冇得輸,椰子湯亦非常香濃,吃完半隻走地雞,椰子湯就可以用來打邊爐了。火鍋配料選擇多之餘,質素高、份量大。一份手打墨魚丸有16 粒,足足比坊間一般火鍋店多一倍份量。 尤其是一定要吃這裏的手蟹子蝦滑,看賣相就知道絕對是自家製的了,爽口彈牙,非常回味。另外,小炒也做得相當不錯,例如辣汁炒鵝腸, 鵝腸爽、辣汁有後勁!正!價格街坊,味道一流!

我終於脱離了灣仔的上班生活,新公司位於大角咀。今晩便和好友來到公司附近的餐廳慶祝我的新改變。我們7時來到,餐廳較少人,但8點後就越來越多人了!我們點了招牌菜正宗海南椰子雞。店員會給豉油、蒜蓉、青檸和辣椒做醬料。鍋裡有半隻雞、椰子和竹苼,椰子香很快便傳入鼻裡,湯底非常清甜,簡直可以當湯喝。雞也嫩滑好吃。這道避風塘海蝦是必吃之選,海蝦脆口,連蝦殼也可以吞下。蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,配上避風塘蒜更惹味。炒四季豆就吃得多了,椒鹽四季豆反而是第一次吃。餐廳加上小小辣椒,令味道更凸岀,對我而然辣度恰到好處。吃了這麼多煎炸和辣的食物,真令人口渴,配啤酒更是一流。

最近成日打邊爐,今晚又打嗱,首先湯底方面我就點咗店員推介好出名嘅椰子雞煲湯底,食落除咗雞肉好嫩好清甜之外,一邊食嘅時候仲不斷傳出陣陣嘅椰子清香味。我哋兩個人食就點咗: 美國安格斯牛肩肉 (細)蘿白竹笙紫淮山招牌嫩鴨血同薯粉。醬料方面幾特別,用新鮮青檸汁配上豉油。好開胃,隨個人喜好仲可以添加香蒜,辣椒等等。當然絕對唔小得可樂一罐,哈哈🤣(打邊爐點可以唔飲可樂)唔經唔覺已經食到好飽。但其實仲有好多野食好想點黎食嫁。另外如果唔打邊爐可以叫小菜食,款式選擇亦算多。聽講必試小菜有🤩 牛頸脊、西班牙黑豚梅頸肉、同脆皮咸豬手等。

約了久未見面朋友聚舊,大家都想找一間可以慢慢坐傾計餐廳,朋友推介這間位於大角咀的水鴨朱椰子雞,一於試試!餐廳設計闊落,每張台之間都有充足空間,十分適合朋友相聚餐廳主打椰子雞,當然要試一試,我們揀了海南椰子雞鍋先喝了椰子湯再開始打邊爐,湯底真的好味到不得了!鮮甜又火候十足,食得出月了新鮮椰水製作,雞件亦十分足料,極之嫩滑,我們一行兩人喝了整煲!本地手切牛頸脊很大碟,十分新鮮,值得一點脆肉鯇厚切上枱,質感爽口,證明是新鮮貨韮菜豬肉餃為自家製作,入口有肉汁,皮薄,十分難得另外還點了一些小菜,炸乳鴿是意想不到的好食!炸得皮脆,有肉汁而不乾,香口,高水準!豉油王鵝腸料靚,鵝腸都是厚厚的,而且炒得乾身爽口以這價錢可以食到椰子雞火鍋,實在十分難得,值得推薦!

今日朋友生日, 三女一男既配組合, 食放題任食打邊爐就一定蝕到骨LA都赤埋, 所以決定去一間好少少既單點打邊爐試下~ 之前睇雜誌介紹講大角咀 有間叫"水鴨朱椰子雞" 既打邊爐, 用椰子雞湯打邊爐做賣點~ 今晚一於去試下啦~ 星期一晚上7點去到~ 爆滿, 好彩一早訂咗位~ 4人坐卡位~ 卡位好闊落~ 未開始打邊爐, 我地叫咗兩隻乳鴿,體積不算太大,皮脆肉嫩,內裏的肉汁也不少,肉汁多而充滿乳鴿的肉香。 豉椒炒鵝腸 ---上色平均,而鵝腸係新鮮貨,好厚身又長,爽口帶實在,而豉油味香甜~ 椰子雞湯,味道香濃,煮完之後,湯底濃香。雞肉,想不到,竟然是非常之嫩滑,可能因為有計時間的去煮雞肉, 因此,剛剛煮好雞肉,員工便會立即關火,不會焗著煮好的雞,以致雞肉過熟。火鍋配料都新鮮,印象最深係呢碟本地牛肉,好香牛味~~ 還有必食的炸響鈴~~ 未食過咁多層數既響鈴, 淥3秒索下d湯, 外濕內脆, 真係食到三條~ 不過好鬼飽哩碌野~ 值得推介的火鍋店~ 讚~

因工程關係,要在大角咀逗留到晚上就去咗附近試椰子雞,曾經喺大陸食過一次,但係喺香港未食過,所以就去咗試吓店員以大叔為主,但其實服務一流,同其他食客有講有笑因為太肚餓叫咗隻乳鴿試吓先,炸到香脆,唔駛點其他嘢都夠味枱面有調味架,特別有金橘,大叔話落咁係正統嘅食法,加落椰子雞更加好味我哋叫咗半隻雞,裏面已經有椰汁同埋有竹笙,同大陸唔同滾起會熄火,所以啲雞比較嫩滑👍🏻我哋仲有花枝同埋牛肉,大讚手打丸,爽滑彈牙見到隔離枱都有叫呢碟Wasabi生腸好正!食到流眼水,十分醒胃👍🏻

冰豆腐就更加出色的都是看似其貌不揚,原來它非常多層,質地不算太結實,一放在湯底之內,
盡吸湯底的甜味,非常好吃。




到臨尾,可能椰子雞煲內裏剩下的
椰子絲,也放進口中試一試,較硬的就當然難吃些,但是軟林的,就好像平日喝完夜青或是椰皇,用匙羹刮落嚟那些椰肉,口感也不錯。




服務非常之親切,員工亦都會提你開關煲蓋,然之後計時,再開蓋,不時看看客人的雞煲會不會過熟。

座位,電視夠大,即使坊間有這麼多人說,究竟無綫電視翡翠台,又或是一般電視節目,還有多少人看,但其實,我在這間餐廳載着的時間,兩旁的很多食客,都目不轉睛的凝視着電視台播映那些所謂耳熟能詳的古裝電視劇,而且當中只有一兩名演員是我們認識的,但是他們還是會定睛的在看電視。

平日甚少去大角咀,聽聞呢度嘅椰子雞煲唔錯,就同同事放工後過嚟一齊聚餐。大角咀聽落遙不可及,但原來喺旺角站行7分鐘左右就到,比想像之中方便。椰子雞可以選擇半隻/全隻,因為想留胃口食多兩款小菜,就揀咗半隻。一打開蓋,陣陣椰子清香撲面而來,鍋中仲有竹苼同大量椰子肉。湯底比想像中濃郁,係貨真價實既椰熬製而成🥥因為雞肉嘅關係,湯底比較多油,但撇除呢點,呢個湯底清甜而不膩,唔錯。如果雞肉可以再煲多陣,相信會更加入味。炒四季豆係大排檔啲食嘅小菜之一,椒鹽滿佈每一條四季豆上,香脆惹味,油份不重。香濃嘅鹹蛋黃依附係每一隻蝦上,形成黃金色既蝦。每隻蝦肉質飽滿,新鮮,非常推薦🦐
