我哋入去坐低食早餐 (老細係見到嘅)…跟住睇完枱面餐牌就行前去出餐位準備落單(舊式快餐店落單同出餐都係果個位),當時果個老細已經唔知去咗邊度,有位坐喺店面嘅叔叔叫我企喺度等一陣,我企左差唔多八至十分鐘就見到個老細係入面廚房切野,佢見到我企喺度都冇理我,我唯有叫入去廚房同佢講我想落單,跟住佢竟然答我話要等二十分鐘!你老闆我入門口坐低你唔講,行前去企係度等你幫我落單又唔講,要等我叫入去廚房你先講要等二十分鐘!你要趕客我咪走囉!

活左幾廿年人,從來未聽過有人推介這間位於紅磡/土瓜灣的餐廳,但是無論店面,裝修,定還是內裏的擺設,通通都非常之老舊🤔怎麼完全沒有報章或是YouTube介紹過呢?去到店內,才發現原來近期有劇集在裏面拍攝過,有陳瀅以及其他新晉藝員。看網上照片,都不覺有什麼特別吸引的菜式,不過有時間,早一點出發就可以來這邊試一試。🧐來到現場,都只見有寫着牛腩飯、豬扒飯、或是其他常餐早餐,於是我就點了一個芙蓉蛋飯,心諗一定冇死點知,實物端到來,芙蓉蛋飯亦都是底下一大碟飯,上邊有大大塊蛋包圍着,然後有些豉油,看似沒有特別。但是,切開蛋,發現有芽菜、火腿,其他竟然只找到幾粒細小的叉燒,連一粒蝦仁都沒有。那麼它的芙蓉蛋飯究竟有什麼其他餡料呢?  問得好,他竟然🤬使用雜豆😖做芙蓉蛋飯的配料,簡直是荒天下的大謬,圖片可以看到粟米粒、青豆粒、蘿蔔粒,這些雜菜,我在早餐見到都有點不開胃,竟然是芙蓉蛋飯的配料,非常之失望。除此之外,豉油汁都不算太差,帶點甜味,不會太鹹,而蛋亦都未至於太老,夠滑,還有點蛋汁,至少可以送完成碟飯嘅。不過凍檸茶同樣質素相當普通,茶味不算太香濃,還有點澀口的感覺,檸檬三四片,味道不覺鮮香,可能由於客

點知,實物端到來,
芙蓉蛋飯亦都是底下一大碟飯,上邊有大大塊蛋包圍着,然後有些豉油,看似沒有特別。但是,切開蛋,發現有芽菜、火腿,其他竟然只找到幾粒細小的叉燒,連一粒蝦仁都沒有。那麼它的芙蓉蛋飯究竟有什麼其他餡料呢? 
問得好,他竟然🤬使用雜豆😖做芙蓉蛋飯的配料,簡直是荒天下的大謬

除此之外,
豉油汁都不算太差,帶點甜味,不會太鹹,而蛋亦都未至於太老,夠滑,還有點蛋汁,至少可以送完成碟飯嘅。





不過
凍檸茶同樣質素相當普通,茶味不算太香濃,還有點澀口的感覺,
檸檬三四片,味道不覺鮮香,可能由於客人不多,正值是一時午飯的時候,亦都不見到超過三台客人

本人向來最喜愛這種餐廳,自己到水吧落單俾錢、上邊有些食物相片燈箱、懷舊膠凳、以及舊式的階磚地板,環境而言我喜歡,它保育了懷舊簡約的風味,不像時下餐廳,自嘟QR CODE落單,完全甭交談般。

不過想不到這次這間波士頓,竟然無論飲品或食物質素都低於標準水平
。再考慮埋佢個價錢,這樣一碟低質素芙蓉蛋飯,都要$45,再加杯難飲凍檸茶,整整$47,價不廉、物不美,很難叫人再光顧。



那麼我就覺得它不值得保留,或是可以說,結業了也不太覺得可惜,這種質素,試一次就夠,再過來這邊也定必會吃其他食肆

沙中線又一次延遲通車,讓土瓜灣小店暫且繼續生存,保留特色。波士頓不做晚市,只做早,午市。午市每天的set餐大同小異,但有着快餐店的靈活配合,只要你想到的,就可在餐牌中千變萬化。今次在下午茶時段來,叫了油肶和西多,港式經典嘛一啖咬落油肶,肉質結實之剩仲要沒有雪肉的乾柴味,豉油味道適中,沒有過咸,沒有過渴的味道。西多士更棒,不像一般連鎖的又油又啡放了很久的模樣,新鮮炸起,新鮮入口。現在很多連鎖餐廳,搞盡gimmick走新興路線但同時又以懷舊符號作為消費,吸引得大眾一時,但留不著大家的記憶。這裡的食物味道,會令我記憶猶新,會令我回味昔日種種!

今次在下午茶時段來,叫了油肶和西多,港式經典嘛
一啖咬落油肶,肉質結實之剩仲要沒有雪肉的乾柴味,豉油味道適中,沒有過咸,沒有過渴的味道。
西多士更棒,不像一般連鎖的又油又啡放了很久的模樣,新鮮炸起,新鮮入口。

食早餐的那一天,我如常地點上了我喜愛的豬扒麵。豬扒,是正宗地以豉油糖鹽生粉開的汁醃製,味道正宗,而且肉質結實而爽口,麵的湯底,被豬扒的味道滲透了,帶點點的油膩,味道更有少許的湯粉味道,雖知是味精,但湯粉包的味道,是公仔麵的靈魂所在,再加幾條菜,頓時令硬板板的公仔麵早餐添了生氣。

食午餐的那一天,我點了求學時期的快餐店名物,煎蛋免治牛肉飯,肉粒大,煙韌而且十分之有咬口,令你確確實實的食到肉,食到牛肉同茄汁的香,一啖肉醬、一啖雞蛋、一啖飯,香口甜美,再加有幾分的滑,好味程度雖是一般,但這幾口飯,無疑是我國學生時代喜愛的味道。

感覺不錯的一間小小食肆,簡單,懷舊,亦有不少街坊情懷。而這一種快餐店,快而味道美,是 quick mean 的絕佳選擇。坐在這一個帶點古氣的餐室裡,心想自己仍然是一個學生,回望當天的我們,還看今朝的味道,原來我地細過時,算係幾識食。

離開時,轉角又發現一間《波士頓》,我另文再評。
