去完蒲台島搭船出返嚟,已經過咗四點,網上見到營業時間係10至4,於是就打電話📲話我哋啱啱到咗碼頭,可唔可以做埋我哋先收工啊,叔叔二話不說就問你哋而家喺邊個位置,佢即刻揸隻船過嚟🤭感動呀,即刻煮俾我哋,三兩下手勢就煮完啦,艇仔粉係一碗好普通嘅野,有叉燒,燒鴨同魚片,雖然係普通野但望住過海食,又覺得幾好味喎,湯底唔差😋如果可以喺艇上面食就更加好啦,我哋其實有啲狼狽,因為揸住碗粉喺公園度搵個位坐低食😅另一番風味,下次去開香港仔一定會再食😆

喺香港仔長大住咗幾廿年最近先知道呢度嘅艇仔河,今日特登嚟試吓,你之前諗住打電話俾流叔,不過去咗留言,諗住去到海邊撞下彩,好在冇失望而回,嗌咗碗艇仔米粉,喺艇上面煮,設備簡陋,亦都唔好期望食物嘅質素和衛生,但係流叔嘅友善,從船上面遞上碗艇仔河,感受到一份特別嘅心意,雖然質素只算係一般,不過夠份量,都幾多料,有叉燒白切雞燒鴨雞腎生菜一粒魚蛋再配上蔥花,魚蛋都幾爽滑彈牙冇雪藏味,$30一碗算係幾抵,雖然要痞喺街邊食,不過對住香港仔避風塘,別有一番風味,湯底比較偏鹹同埋驚佢有味精,所以冇飲到,食完棄置嘅時候,就要行過幾步附近馬路坑渠,先倒走啲湯,然後再放入垃圾桶⋯⋯ 但整個體驗幾特別,喺香港已經難得一件絕無僅有,希望流叔會堅持下去!

Came to Aberdeen for the “boat noodles”. I called to the boat owner (流記艇仔粉: 91402628) when I arrive in Aberdeen Promenade (香港仔海濱公園). He then came to the pier in around 10 minutes. The normal boat noodles cost $30( the noodles comes with Char Siu, fishballs, Chinese sausage,etc.) we paid for extra $20 to add the duck thigh😋 It was pretty good and fulfilling, the soup base is rich and yum. A very special experience👍 One downside is that there isn’t any tables nearby

來到鴨脷洲海濱長廊,一邊欣賞香港仔避風塘兩岸景色,一邊等侍預約的舢舨船!登上 「大享」遊覽漁港後,另一個環節是參觀「香港仔住家艇」。久聞魚湯艇仔粉大名,據知現存兩家艇仔粉,流記香港仔艇仔粉是其中之一,唯「流記」除在固地岸邊停泊外,也樂意往不同位置提供服務,故安排在住家艇上享用艇仔粉,順理成章讓我們再進一步體驗漁家風味的環節, 流叔、流叔,您到了沒有?千呼萬喚,流叔終於來了,穩定艇身後,第一時間端出燒鵝放於砧板上!艇仔粉選用的是河粉,流叔一雙摩打手灼燙河粉。一呷,魚湯鮮美,滿滿大地魚香,比想像更有層次,怪不得曾品嚐流叔手勢的友人稱:「今天的湯底特別滋味!」。燒鵝,魚蛋、叉燒跟湯底互相協調,結合出最親切的漁家味道!河粉粗厚,不過我讚同老公所言,這樣才配合艇仔粉實而不華的印象!三十元左右的一碗艇仔粉,絕對是難忘的體驗,吃得我們滿心暖意!有流叔的魚家艇仔粉,我們要比大麻鷹幸福多了!

要食流記要有技巧~

特別嚟到呢區,梗係試吓最地道的艇仔粉,心諗末必會撞到,點知當坐街渡埋岸時,又真係咁啱見到大叔,又有好多人排隊,一落船就立刻排隊,以為會好快,所以買定支汽水,點知汽水變暖都末買到,實在等咗好耐,因為大叔只有一人密密做,而好多人都3,4碗咁買走。最後終於利我喇,想要的米粉已經冇哂,唯有要瀬粉,最後加咗隻鴨肶,包好後立刻搵靚位坐低食,第一啖已經覺得正,瀬粉剛好,湯底好味,重加上糊椒粉,惹味呀!鴨肶都好好食,唔會因為放湯而淋咗;另外配粉都好足,豬肚,叉燒味都完全呈現,完全估唔到,以為只是老誌號得個名,點知真係名不虛傳之地道風味。
