糖醋金薯咕嚕肉🍍
平時岀面配菜係用燈籠椒,佢哋一改傳統式用金薯+菠蘿,完全自創風格,值得一提平時岀面食咕嚕肉係多數好厚粉,但呢到啲咕嚕肉整到無炸粉一樣,但又可以炸到脆😍

嫩雞煨麵🍜
天氣凍可以食到一碗熱辣辣的麵,真係好幸福,麵條好有口感,煮到剛剛好,好細心將雪菜同雞砌到四方粒好細舊,令到餸同面融合一齊🩵

豆沙鍋餅💜
一啲都唔油膩,未見過豆沙鍋餅無油但又脆,豆沙蓉好滑,又唔太甜,現在好多人好注重健康,所以好多餐廳都會選擇少甜😋

衣排流感高峰期,大家喉嚨都唔係咁舒服,
就唔飲酸辣湯了,免得刺激,
清清地飲個蟹肉齊菜豆腐湯,

當然係《醉豬手》同《杭州醬鴨》這兩個代表作啦!😋

小菜必點傳統名菜《賽螃蟹》,
口感非常滑嫩,
老上海口味再配點醋, 簡直完美😌 ,
而另一道也是傳統名菜《砂鍋獅子頭》,
