今次又踩到海記啦,今日特意嚟試吓佢哋個牛腩牛筋河。第一啖,牛腩就已經戳中我個味蕾🎯,腩頭炆得入味,咬落腍而唔散,真係搶鏡!牛筋更加彈牙嫩滑,每一啖都食得出佢哋炆工嘅用心。個河粉滑溜溜嘅,掂!加埋一啲青菜,爽口得嚟照顧吓下衛生。記得幫襯海記,唔好錯過呢個有滋有味嘅好地方👍。噢!仲有個魚皮,呢個必須點讚😍,魚皮既彈牙又唔會太膩,與粉麵完美搭檔,真係一個字—正!下次想試吓佢哋其他嘢,但係呢個組合已經足夠令人回味無窮。哩家海記,梗係街坊嘅心水之選!

十幾年老店估唔到差成甘,普普通通牛腩河變成牛肥膏河。冇一件食得嘅牛腩變成齋河,實在太呃錢過份了。🤬難怪生意越來越差,競爭大水準下降。不會再幫襯更不敢推薦於此店用餐🤮

以前住附近,已經成日食尋晚老公話想返去買潮州麵食,專誠過去買外賣,因為食過咁多間潮州麵,暫時佢係最好食之一老公食佢至愛既牛腩雲吞撈粗麵,牛腩仍然保持水準,肥瘦軟硬程度剛剛好,佢地湯底都好好味,唔會太咸同好重味精味而我就食左紫菜四寶,粒粒都大大粒,雲吞又係至愛,皮薄餡靚仲有值得一提既係佢地既辣椒醬,一定要加落,因為真係好惹味,所以次次都叫店員加多啲我地就比較少堂食,因為環境無乜特別,同其他潮州店一樣全部街坊價,抵!

新一年第一餐諗唔到食咩又走咗嚟海記🤪新年食下雙併,叫咗一碗牛腩牛筋河走青 $44,一碗雲吞牛腩河 $44,另外加包魚皮 $21。講下包魚皮先,上次係$11,因為係跟碗粉加,份量少d 嘅。今日係直頭叫一包,所以係貴d 但份量多d,加嘅話就俾個碗裝俾你,一包就成包放上碟等你自己開,魚皮唔會好過硬同過鹹,浸一浸個湯就食得。上次碗牛筋魚蛋河睇落好似牛筋多d,不過今日碗牛筋牛腩河我都覺得夠晒大碗,牛腩仍然係好淋,牛筋夠彈牙。平時唔多叫雲吞,但其實海記個雲吞都幾好食㗎,入面係蝦嚟,雲吞唔會煮到爛晒,大家有機會都可以試下雲吞。
