價錢貴,員工服務態度差,食物又垃圾,店舖有老鼠周圍走,第一次去食完,已經食到肚痛,肚屙左三日,要睇醫生,不會再去這店,已經通知食環處跟進,希望不會再有市民中招😭😭😭

黃埔新村有陳記燒鵝下午茶本想去南記,但無位黃埔陳記,下午茶$46平過深井總店$10但份量和美道,深井勝!燒鵝凍,皮唔太脆,味唔夠瀨粉份量少湯底唔清醬無深井咁好味行山去深井食,仲好幾位廚師一路煮,一路吹水話黃之鋒咁有錢,坐監抵死哈哈,他們唔驚暴徒衝擊舖頭!

今日咁岩經過陳記燒鵝, 見d燒鵝色澤唔錯, 就決定加料買番屋企孝順下母親大人番到去未夠鐘食飯, 母親大人已經心郁郁忍唔住打開睇下d燒鵝佢一睇面色變左:「點解咁差既, 燒得唔好, 有血既, 唔熟既...下刪一千字」..呢隻燒鵝明顯燒得唔透切, 明知唔熟都照斬俾人, 係咪想混水摸魚?? 個價接近百五蚊都出d咁既質素比客人各位如果想食最好堂食啦, 起碼唔熟既時候都可以即時同店員講, 換左佢.  如果唔係就有我呢個情況出現

疫情以來想食燒味,但係又好怕街邊燒味舖唔乾淨,經過陳記見到新舖乾淨整潔,值得一試。既然係陳記當然就一定要食燒鵝啦,買咗1/4隻外賣,拎到返屋企都仲好好食,皮燒得靚嘅,燒鵝髀好正,肉質唔錯,但係就略肥。見到燒肉都幾吸引,可以下次試吓。

新店的設備簡單光猛,大部分都是落地玻璃。店內不算很大,約20 個左右的座位。牆身塗上綠色,牆上還有隻可愛的鵝型燈,下午茶時段,人流較少,當然是叫燒鵝瀬粉,分開上枱,幸運地分到小鵝脾一碟。據了解,鵝是比鴨多肥膏的,是可接受的。一如所料,皮下肥膏厚厚的,但鵝皮燒得香脆。鵝肉軟熟味濃,可又不難咬開。唯一可惜是雖看到咁大碟,其實只有鵝腳上的3塊有鵝肉可吃,其他都是只有鵝皮可吃。燒鵝有水準,但份量不多。湯瀬粉爽滑。可配熱飲,熱菜蜜,可惜淡些而已。一個餐$46,還是可以的。
