肥叉唔夠肥,口感唔夠鬆軟.

油雞一流! 口感嫩滑! 同蔥油一同入口簡直此雞只應天上有!

之前食過唔同嘅燒鵝專門店,從未試過燒鵝飯要胸/要背/要翼 +$8,出面周圍只係要髀 先要加錢,今日竟然中伏。首先佢係要用 QR Code 落單,跟住想揀少飯和食胸,但因為眼唔到邊度揀少飯,咁咪叫職員幫手㩒,原來佢嘅少飯叫「扣底],真係第一次聽,咁我咪順便叫佢幫我揀埋食胸。點知後來佢攞張單俾我,我一睇見到食胸要加 $8,嘩…真係去搶啦笨,剛才又唔講。都算,因為自己叫佢㩒,但碟飯嚟到,啲燒鵝皮都唔脆,又唔夠熱,連飯都係微暖。雖然今日出面三十幾度高溫,佢都唔駛俾啲唔熱嘅嘢人食。反正啲食物唔多熱,我就一路食,一路打食評。原來陳記燒鵝真係唔係間間都得,味度大致相同,但出嚟品質簡直唔值囉。

還記得,深井陳記燒鵝店在紅磡民泰街設分店時,我和家人滿心歡喜,因為他們的燒鵝出名好食,我們終於不用去深井也能吃到美味的燒鵝。怎料最近一次去買陳記燒鵝又中伏😡😡😡,師傅斬的燒鵝部位差不多係全脂肪(附圖),叫人點食呀!由於是外賣,拿回家發現中伏後還要跑多趟去替換,多麽浪費時間!因為類似情況在過去也發生過,所以才寫劣評告訴各位街坊,亦希望陳記本著良心做生意。其實民泰街有很多美味食店,鍾情吃燒味飯的朋友不妨試試舊區附近的燒味店。

非常失望,我2022年2月份寫了進食時厨房員工(長髮中年呀叔)沒有帶口罩進進出出㕑房及食堂好多次,我有禮貌提問他要口罩嗎?反被破口大篱?我向女收銀員投訴,她無奈說他們已經常勸說都沒法子,最好由食客投訴!當時有另外一個男伙計及斬料厨司同在知道!但是open rice就沒有胆量登出!這樣没给open rice讀者知情,真是同流合汚所為,!當日是下雨天2幾号,我是記得非常清楚的!如果open rice怕得罪深井九記,我只好向食環處投訴!不過,對此處理方式非常失望!

呢個價錢呢個份量呢個味道,不會再有下次燒乳鴿啲肉都多過呢啲燒鵝,再加上男員工沒有口德,說話難聽。即係唔食好過食,好後悔。本身經過見到是深井有名的燒鵝飯店就試試,怎料一試就知大鑊,有種好後悔嘅感覺,因為食完之後真係唔夠,食完好似冇食過咁,搞到我又要再嘥錢出去第二間食,燒鵝嘅質素亦都唔好,好肥膩,肥得來係沒有肉,碟飯好大碟但係啲鵝好少,數埋好似得四舊,然之後仲要係肥得啲皮,然之後係冇肉,在然之後係啲皮好韌,所以最後唔知食咗啲乜嘢落肚,真係太差勁,60 元正港幣買咗一大碟白飯食咁,正確啲來說,都有啲豉油汁喺上面嘅,即係豉油撈白飯再加啲鵝油。加一蚊換咗個湯,個湯飲完好口渴,入邊有冇加味精我就唔知佢,但係飲完真係有種好口渴嘅感覺,就好似食完啲好重味精嘅嘢嘅感覺一樣。後來睇返open rice 啲食評 ,我就更加後悔自己點解唔睇清楚先入去食!原來之前好多人食完都同我一樣有這樣的情況。所以下次一定會check清楚先入一間餐廳食嘢,哈哈!

那雞..在下果然吃不出有什麼分別
感覺浪費了食物
吃什麼都一樣..
這樣突然讓在下明白為什麼很多人不願意花更多的錢去購買質素更好或更健康的食物
因為..
吃不出任何分別
也不懂得有何分別 😅
乳豬稍為有點重味
比咸蛋更咸耶
這樣幾塊就讓我吃了大半碟飯
剩下的點點就用薑葱配著吃
或許在下只用醬汁和薑葱就可以吃下一碗飯
而不需要其他餸菜🤣
然後就是在下想要的咸檸了
自行去冰後努初篤咸檸
那陣陣的咸香真讓人心曠神怡..

今年做冬想食乳豬,近期食過深井陳記嘅乳豬飯好好食,問佢地點解好似同之前有d唔同,員工話宜家轉左原隻自己燒,仲話師傅好有要求堅持用靚貨,唔喺用早期燒味用既乳豬,轉左做西班牙乳豬嗰隻貨。我同friends食飯都有食過d幾百蚊得幾舊既西班牙乳豬,聽完即刻覺得$7x碟乳豬飯好抵食。因為做節關係我驚買唔到,提早預訂左四份一,6點幾去攞,好多人排隊,比平時等耐少少,不過做節度度都要排隊冇問題盒乳豬真係燒得幾靚,屋企人都食得好開心,呀媽話仲好食過我地上次喺觀塘酒樓食3千幾蚊全包宴既乳豬。之前我地想食靚乳豬會去土瓜灣嗰間老店買,宜家食左黃埔深井陳記都已經好好食,唔洗去咁遠買,屋企人話下次做節再去陳記訂乳豬
