唉...最近超忙, 忙到令小學同學聚會一延期再延期到今日, 同學仔話聽同事講荃灣開了間新的打邊爐店想去試試, 叫滾兩滾~就去試吧! 店舖位於曹公坊, um, where is it? 同學仔就叫我響荃灣廣場等, 再向福來邨方向行, 無耐就到! 而且滾兩滾在那條街中是最光猛的, 一看就看到了! 一入去見到個大魚缸呢, 感覺海鮮挺不錯!入到去同門面一樣光猛, 原來有兩層, 店員帶我們上2樓, 裝修有別於一般酒樓式的火鍋店, 以淺色為主調, 光猛, 有少少日式感覺。另發現檯都算大張, 幾好...是關好怕放完食物張檯會好迫!再看看碗碟及那墊紙, 是我愛的櫻花呀!之後店員就遞上menu, 款式都不少, 要慢慢揀! 湯底都幾多選擇, 竟然有人參雞湯, 龍蝦湯, 清酒大蜆, 杏汁菜膽豬肺等等...又幾別出心裁啵!畫完menu之後, 就混自己心水醬料喇, 醬料盤有生熟蒜, 蔥, 莞茜, 辣椒粒等等...等一陣就上湯底喇, 我們最後一致決定要很多功夫才做到的杏汁菜膽豬肺湯底 HK$108, 店員還很有信心的說是推介而且沒味精的! 一上檯, 都幾大鍋!!無幾可可以飲杏汁豬肺湯, 先飲湯, 杏汁味剛好, 白
