成班朋友睇完戲,行過對面曹公坊,見到一排食肆,全部都是吃火鍋的,好吸引,其中一間門口特別光猛,門口有個大魚缸,就吸引左我哋入去。呢間火鍋店,除咗打邊爐之外,仲有刺身食,荃灣真係好少有呢啲鋪頭。我自己最鍾意食火鍋,又鍾意食刺身,啱晒。我哋先叫咗一個活魚刺身做頭盤,睇住師傅即叫即劏,都只係百零蚊,另外再叫咗一個刺身拼盤,都係一百蚊,真係好抵食。食過刺身,叫咗個豬骨窩,用料非常新鮮,而且材料十足。牛肉選擇亦非常之多,有本地牛,美國肥牛,仲有日本牛添。美國牛肩脊做緊特價,百五蚊,大大碟,非常抵食,而且非常鮮味,不會比本地牛差,我哋10個人,足足叫咗四碟。其他嘅火鍋材料都非常新鮮,蝦滑同墨魚滑都係手打,鮮味十足,個老闆話佢哋啲滑,係冇溝豬肉同麵粉,其他地方好少食到。炸響零同埋炸魚皮,都係即叫即炸,仲有炸蝦丸,正。另外有朋友話想食龍蝦,用嚟打邊爐好似好浪費,於是問夥計可唔可以熟食,佢二話不說就話可以,原來佢哋都有做小菜,一般要預訂,不過如果有材料,佢哋都可以即做,於是就用蒜蓉蒸左兩隻龍蝦,見到都係即叫即劏,都只係二百幾蚊隻,之前喺旺角食,價錢貴一倍。差啲忘記講,佢哋有好多清酒選擇,價錢都係好合理,

一行二人經過荃灣福來邨,四圍找東西吃,行到前面多間食肆,都是吃火鍋的,唯獨一間寫着火鍋料理,門前廣告板,寫着一些日式晚餐,便入去試試。只是兩個人,叫了兩份晚餐,分別是魚生飯和刺身拼盤餐,另外再叫多一份刺身拼盤和幾件壽司。晚餐份量非常充足,送麵豉湯和日式沙律。食材非常新鮮,最值得讚的,是食物裝飾得非常漂亮,漂亮到久久不捨得吃。廚房是半開放式的,看到廚房內的刺身師傅,原來是兩位年輕女孩子,我和朋友都感到非常驚訝。眼見旁邊枱的人客,吃的是活魚刺身,魚身還在動,都是這兩位小師傅做的,實在巾幗不讓鬚眉。除了吃刺身之外,還有多款清酒選擇,店內佈置,非常日式,服務亦很親切,像是一間日本家庭營運的小店,感覺非常舒服。下次一定要再試兩位小師傅的拿手菜式。

看到開飯甘多人讚,便和幾個朋友老遠從上水來一試,好滿意。不過首先吸引我注意的,並不是食物,而是店內的幾個小伙記,幾個非常勤力,跑來跑去,充滿活力的小伙子,他們都是小數族裔的後生仔,飯後和老闆聊天,才知道背後的故事。先講吃的,我們叫了一條章紅刺身,指著魚缸話要邊條,即刻劏。(在中環吃過這條魚,貴這裡一倍)上枱,賣相一流,一睇就知是有料到的刺身師傅,分開了簿切和厚切兩部分,一條魚有兩種不同口感的享受。之後火鍋叫了個奇味雞㷛半隻,雞肉切得細細粒,好入味,有個朋友吾食得辢,頂吾順,所以如果不吃得辢,記得之前講,我就無辢不歡,還加了個唐生菜,連汁都食埋。人地介紹即炸響玲和炸魚皮,去廁所時經過廚房,第一次親眼見到一片片的腐皮炸成響玲,大開眼界,兼且堅好味。還吃了鵝腸,夠曬肥美;雞子,成半隻蛋甘大...,再叫左個海鮮倂盆,賣相一百分,全部食材非常新鮮。本地肥牛,好甜好香,幸好來得早,聽到隔離枱來遲我們半小時,叫本地牛都已經賣曬。不得不讚,竟然有多款紅白酒和清酒選擇,我自己就吾飲啤酒的,最後老闆同我地選左支智利紅酒,好易入口,價錢亦好合理,只是$168。飲左幾杯,向老闆八下為何這個地區,請不懂中文的小

先講吃的,我們叫了一條章紅刺身

,不過老闆話當年十幾歲時來香港工作(老闆其實也是外籍人士),不懂講中文,都是遇到有人肯比機會佢才有今日,所以他參加了幫助小數族裔融入社區的計劃,希望幫下人,老闆話他們的人工和本地人的人工是一樣,所以吾係太多人請佢地,眼見不少年輕人後來誤入歧途,好心痛。

聽到呢度,好感動,估吾到吃一餐飯,獲益良多。支持你!

Always want to try a Chinese Style Hotpot but never can find a place where there is English menu and usually no one can speak English in the restaurant.Just walked pass Two Hot Pot restaurant, someone called me, "please come in and try" (in English). Just walked pass Two Hot Pot restaurant, someone called me, "please come in and try" (in English). I was so surprised. He is the boss, the hot pot restaurant is run by a English speaking man.

Yes, they have English menu for all the hot pot food and sashimi. The boss knows the hotpot food very well. He told us he has been living in HK for 25 years. We actually have no idea what to have.

There are so many different types of beef, the gentleman explained to us, local beef is fresh and sweet and a bit chewy, but if we prefer soft and easy to chew, angus beef is better. We ordered both finally, and yes, the taste is exactly what he explained to us, we know what is our preference next time.

We would like to try something very local, he suggested fried fish skin, fried tofu skin, taste so good, and so crispy. But after finishing half plate, we were told that we can also lightly cook in the hotpot soup, taste even better.

We are crazy for sashimi, except Salmon, all sashimi is fresh from the tank and the presentation, 👍🏻 feel like we are in a high class Japanese restaurant. We also try cooking some of it in the soup, lol. Oh yes, almost forgot the soup, it was a full lobster soup, we know it is for cooking the hotpot food but we can't resist and drank almost half pot, taste so good.

We also ordered some local snacks like cucumber and beans with beer. The gentleman gave us few bottles of free beer. Thank you so much

I will definitely suggest this restaurant to my friends. They have a whatsapp booking number (59349177), very convenience. A great experience with Chinese Hot pot👍🏻👍🏻
