Once we got in, we ordered our food. Our family ordered the most popular sashimi don. It included 4 pieces of catch of the day, two pieces of tuna, shrimp, sea urchin and minced tuna. The catch of the day fish was fresh and tasty. They were in thick cut and easy to chew. The tuna was fatty and smooth. The shrimp was sweet and slimy. The sea urchin was smooth and not fishy at all. I was hoping for more minced tuna because they were my favourite; these were very yummy.

My dad ordered an extra sea urchin don as well because he really enjoyed the sea urchin and unfortunately they don't sell sashimi on its own so we have to order the whole set. Anyway, I have to say the sea urchin were delicious. They were very smooth and melted in my mouth.

最頂的是日本海膽,海膽味濃,好鮮甜!
左邊橙d的係韓國海膽,海膽味比日本的輕,但相對較甜!
右邊大舊的係加拿大海膽。冇乜海膽味,不過都好鮮甜!
好好食,大量海膽,足以令我每一啖都食到海膽!
飯的份量不太多,就女生而言我覺得好滿足

老公選的是三國海膽丼($228)
可能我們對它期望頗高,所以有點失望!😔
三國海膽分別來自日本、加拿大和韓國。我們首先分開試這三種海膽,發現圖中左邊我們相信是韓國的海膽味道偏苦,而另外兩種又不是特別出色。所以當撈勻一起食時,味道不算太突出。而因為這是全店最貴的丼,所以即時比下去!

(配有鶉蛋和紫蘇)

所有燒物師傅會在完成所有魚生丼 order 後去煮,我們就沒有試喇。

總括而言,在屯門區有這一間食材新鮮、味道又不錯的魚生丼飯店已是非常難得,住在附近的居民可以一試。😉

海膽、三文魚籽和蔥吞拿魚腩蓉是丼飯中不能缺一的組合,小妹每次一見到這組合就會好想食!
一瓣瓣肥厚的加拿大海膽食落頗重海水味,能食得出鮮味和甘香的味道,質感綿綿的很滑溜,感覺是新鮮的;蔥吞拿魚腩蓉就略嫌份量較小,魚香味都較弱,如果可以加少許山葵拌勻可能會更能突出其味道!

壽司飯裡加左赤醋,所以質素會比較濕潤,醋味好夠,食落極之開胃!最尾仲有'碟'白昆布湯可解膩。

其實每款刺身的質素都唔差,食得出質感同味道唔霉頗新鮮,就係個飯比較細碗,男人食完未必夠飽,可能要去隔離食返個甜品或章魚燒喇。

好耐冇同fd食飯 前幾日路過見好多人 然後神咁早去排隊 證明我錯了 唔係太多人如果平日去準時6點企門口就ok👍🏻我地叫左個三國海膽有加拿大 韓國 仲有日本但係我同fd就覺個加拿大有d味,可能前個排加拿大天氣問題少左貨,但係真係好值得一試。入面我估坐到15人左右,幾精緻同特別。唯一唔好似同人搭台少少似茶記感覺👍🏻上菜都ok快可能第一個黎到👍🏻女仔食呢個份量足夠 但係我fd話唔係好夠😂ps最好唔好過7點黎要等一陣😂

但係我同fd就覺個加拿大有d味,可能前個排加拿大天氣問題少左貨,但係真係好值得一試。

入面我估坐到15人左右,幾精緻同特別。唯一唔好似同人搭台少少似茶記感覺👍🏻上菜都ok快可能第一個黎到👍🏻女仔食呢個份量足夠 但係我fd話唔係好夠😂

ps最好唔好過7點黎要等一陣😂
