宜家物價上漲,就算食個公仔麵都$30-$40起都係正常事,樣靚啲就去到$50-$60。 二十幾蚊一個麵嚟講,份量仲要唔少,真係算抵食。蛋鹹牛肉麵 ($24)公仔麵鐘意硬身啲定淋啲都可以有得簡(唔鐘意麵仲可以轉成士多士);鹹牛同蛋的份量亦足夠,鹹牛量都夠多 (鹹牛控要留意)。而且面有焦香,內在亦唔會好乾。雞翼 (三隻 / $17)表面夠香,內裡夠滑,有汁唔乾身。豬扒 (一件 / $17)份量大塊,夠味道,不過略為偏硬咗少少。凍奶茶 ($16)唯一覺得唔太好就係無餐,想飲嘢只可以散叫,價錢嚟講唔算好抵,不過嘢飲都大杯同夠香滑。

成日覺得越簡單的食物越考廚師的功夫和心機,一份才二十多元的鹹牛肉蛋多士,要將鹹牛肉混入蛋漿再慢火煎,多士二開四仲要排得靚靚仔仔,絕對係誠意之作,而且體會到呢間小店的堅持,難怪多年來一值受街坊和如我一般的外區客追捧。味道方面,本身煎咗的鹹牛肉就已經會香D,加埋蛋令成件事唔會咁鹹,多士亦夠脆,好食。少有的凍奶茶少甜真係做得到少甜,食過就會明白點解成日都要排長龍兼每日收四點三點半已經last order,而且仲可以逢星期日休息咁巴閉啦。

好耐之前食過,已經忘記咗咩味,今日再食,好彩今日唔係太多人,當然要叫招牌蛋䶢牛肉加多士,牛油夾在烘熱咗嘅麵包內,半融狀態好邪惡,但咁先正,我將蛋䶢牛肉𠝹少少放在多士內食另有一番風味,蛋䶢牛肉整得唔乾身,有啲蛋汁,價錢合理收$21,份量也足,值得一試.
