今日又去了深水埗那邊工作,午飯時候想不到吃什麼,就去了之前吃過不錯的飯店吃一下,隨便解決一下了!五花腩飯(50元)雖然這裡滷水鵝好像很出名的樣子,但因為早幾天已經吃過了,所以就先不考慮,打算試其他!而看完餐牌以後,發現這個五花腩飯也有個推介的,那就肯定要點來試試了!剛送到來的時候,我還真的被這個飯的份量嚇一跳,份量超級足,滿滿一大碟五花腩,有10件以上,才賣這個價,性價比真的高!而且他不只有五花腩,下面還有滷豆腐和芽菜,真的很豐富!五花腩滷得挺入味,吃起來不油膩,肉都是半肥瘦的,肥的部份入口即化,油香十足,而且還有蒜辣汁可以沾,所以更加不會膩!滷豆腐吃起來挺嫩滑!

.琴晚同男朋友去食佢屋企附近既潮味苑聽講係區內一間好出名既潮州菜😂連唔係住區內既人都會聽聞過~夜晚成20:30先入座 都仲有好多人🥰應該真係好食 有質素 唔少仲聽得出係街坊.2個人食得唔多 點左鴨髀飯 椒鹽九肚魚同潮式墨魚鴨髀飯仲會跟例湯 鴨髀飯一上枱係巨吸引!油光十足 而且飯量一啲都唔少 如果我一個人食一定會食唔晒例湯係蘿蔔湯 跟左2件軟腍既蘿蔔👍🏻鴨髀啖啖肉 肉質嫩滑 一啲都唔嚡口 而且滷得好入味 但又唔會死咸好口渴果啲😋高質 應該真係我食過最正既鴨髀飯!.潮式墨魚底下既係芽菜 但墊左底仍然係好多😂3,4人食都得 墨魚好爽口彈牙 薄薄的 點埋醋食好正😋酸酸地好開胃.椒鹽九肚魚係即點即炸 新鮮熱辣辣 炸得金黃 外皮不會好重炸粉入面既九肚魚軟腍腍 肉質超滑男朋友話好似唔洗咬 都會自己溶左咁😂我試過點醋食原來都好正🤤仲可以解油膩.下次一定會再黎打冷。

隔咗一段時間無食過潮州菜,突然醒起上次係深水埗食過一間好好味的潮州菜館,search左一陣就搵到佢喇.....《潮味苑》睇左一輪餐牌,樣樣都好想食最後揀左4道美食韮菜豬紅 $55上菜嗰一刻已經聞到好香,每件豬紅都索滿哂D汁既精華,勁入味其他地方食呢度菜通常都勁油膩,呢度少油得嚟又夠濃味,真係超讚滷水鵝片飯+老火例湯 $70肉質嫩滑多汁,份量十足!鵝片下面有少許芽菜+花生例湯 : 大魚大股骨湯 ~ 好鮮甜,一口氣就飲哂牛三寶$118~ 牛肚、牛筋、牛腩份量十足,極之入味,牛肚爽,牛筋‘林’,牛腩瘦得黎又唔鞋口椒鹽鮮魷 $108以呢個價錢就份量少左D,味到正常炸得都算香脆 ,不過不失啦⋯⋯三餸一湯一飯,埋單都係$351性價比極高,值得再黎試吓其他菜式

爽腩麵 $40
相比之下,爽腩麵較細碗,但一樣好充料。佢既幼麵好彈牙,最重要係唔會太重碱水味。蘿白好清甜而且無咩渣。而爽腩亦整得唔錯,夠入味之餘亦唔會掩蓋牛肉鮮味,比一般食開既牛腩爽口,仲肥瘦適中。

#潮味苑 深水埗老牌潮食,過了十幾年風味仍舊。一個滷水拼盤就已滋味無窮,無等堂食只好外賣回味一番。$128 mix and match 有好多不同材料,我們走了鵝腸。有魷魚、雞蛋、豬頸肉、豬耳、雞腎,配上醋食就是正宗的潮州味道。

今天工作有點事要去到深水埗,做完以後,剛好是午餐時候,就在附近找找有什麼好吃的,看到這間比較有人氣潮州店,就來試試了干炒牛肉河 (58元)在潮州餐廳吃河粉,很大機會吃到的是粿條,而不是香港人吃慣的傳統河粉!所以這裡也不例外,這裡的干炒牛肉河選用了粿條,粿條吃起來比較幼滑細膩,帶點米香,入口即化的樣子!這裡的粿條炒得不錯,條條分明,又不會覺得太油膩,而且能吃得出是有鑊氣,味道適中,其中身芽菜和韭黃,更為粿條增添不同的口感!而主角牛肉的份量挺多,也很大片,有牛味!招牌炸蠔餅 (78元)潮州菜中的炸蠔餅相信是眾所周知的傳統菜式!這裡的炸蠔餅非常足料,很大的一份,店員放了大量蠔仔進去,所以每一口都能吃到完整的一隻蠔仔!蠔餅炸得十分鬆脆,配上滑嫩鮮味的蠔仔,真的令人吃不停口!難怪是這裡的推薦菜式之一!
