系好多時候我都會對事務進行一種橫向發展,咁樣嘅其實先系可以得出最公道嘅結果,先對得住自己。西灣河店嘅潮福好大感觸就係好多可以選擇嘅調味料,貝殼盤,價錢唔高,貝殼好入味。大連鮑魚,鮑魚嘅品質好壞我真係無法分辨,反正就系覺得好好味喇,鮑魚食得多,好壞全凭自己嘅感覺,糕嘅話我食咗小小,覺得甜味岩岩好,有一種感覺就系如果有小朋友嘅話就應該更加受歡迎吧。南非龍蝦,龍蝦肉質新鮮感不止高一個level,我中意醬汁點龍蝦,好味、元貝,粉絲、蒜蓉嘅陪襯之下居然可以讓我接受,覺得味道好正,蒜蓉好濃郁嘅,元貝完全无腥味,元貝肉俾我以前食嘅更滑漏。海中蝦,大小超級均衡,蝦肉好好彈牙,鮮蝦味好足。新鮮排骨粥我好鐘意,我睇住佢煮,自己覺得好安心,排骨粥熬得好稠,自己就飲咗兩小碗。

最近連續食左兩次潮福,都同朋友分享左,CC聽左又話要同我嚟多次,因為佢都好鐘意食海鮮,特別想穩一D有特色嘅海鮮,今日為佐就佢返屋企近,就嚟左西河灣呢間分店,邊間分店無咩所謂,海鮮都一樣靚。今日我地都係點套餐,品種多又唔洗淋點咩食,而且仲有配菜同其他菜任點任食。見到呢個蒜蓉蒸開邊南非龍蝦,見到就好有食欲喇,龍蝦都算大只,蝦肉好新鮮,而且好爽口彈牙,簡單嘅蒜蓉蒸,帶出蝦肉嘅鮮甜味。粥底好重要,因為我覺得系呢餐飯壓軸好菜色,瑤柱本嚟就好鮮,到最后再加上咁多海鮮嘅甜美,到最后就變成美味鮮甜靚靚海鮮粥喇。食完龍蝦先飲個靚燉湯,雲腿粒冬瓜燉海螺肉夠味道啊,料好足,味道好清甜,無放味精其他調味料,好似住家老火湯咁靚。食完海鮮就食D蔬菜嚟補充下,蔬菜都係免費任點任食,好新鮮。蒸蕃薯蜆真係體驗到呢度海鮮嘅正,真係好新鮮,肉好肥美,細細只,但好新鮮,好正。蒸鮑魚及龍躉片唔洗講都系咁新鮮,鮑魚肉好厚,好彈牙,龍躉片切得好厚,肉蒸好耐都無蒸爛,仲系咁實,鮮甜無比啊。

再來是任點任食部分。點了心愛的馬拉糕和荷葉飯。兩款都不錯,馬拉糕甜度剛好,而荷葉飯米粒爽口,不油不膩,好味。

最後到粥出場了。期待己久的淮山粥。每次到潮福,我最期待的就是這碗粥。當然啦,集合所有海鮮的精華,味道實在鮮得不能形容。

今晚吃得很滿足。試過幾間潮福,始終覺得西灣河這間最正,食物最新鮮。下次又再想吃蒸鍋的話,必定會再來選這間。

XO仔其實對鍋物真係唔係話咁好,不過因靚靚媽咪及情人同為邊爐粉絲,所以都會經常投其所好,「烚吓烚吓」
。今次同honey喺「潮福蒸氣石鍋」試過新興o既蒸氣鍋之後,難免會將蒸鍋同火鍋作出比較。由於蒸煮過程唔會好似烚煮過程般流失咁多精華,入口更覺原汁原味,海鮮亦特別鮮濃,加上流失咗o既精髓都溶哂喺個粥底度,冇嘥野食之餘,又冇咁熱氣,蒸鍋真係健康討好得多
,唔怪得知可以喺香港成為人氣潮吃菜餚!

今次嘅service真係好過上次好多,其實我仲食左魚同扇貝

不過魚同扇貝冇影到相,今次條魚蒸得岩岩好,好滑又唔多骨喎。


個人認為海鮮每一樣都好值得叫,不過四寶丸可以唔食都得,留翻個quota食海鮮阿嘛

跟不同部門的同事們來個自家搞的團年飯, 選了潮福位於公司附近的西灣河分店.生招牌一定是這"草帽"了! 一開始是先要到"海鮮區"點海鮮, 價錢屬中上, 只比海鮮店平少許. 回座位之後便跟火鍋一樣要先選"湯底", 其實是粥底. 我們選了南瓜排骨. 侍應生便會開爐, 把食材放進石鍋內, 再加上蒸架開始我們的煎氣旅程.由於我帶了位不愛海鮮的小孩出席, 一開始沒有合他胃口的, 但熟食及小吃只得數款, 不辣的只有燒肉及豬手, 下單時侍應生說沒燒肉, 所以只要了豬手, 其實最終也不合小孩的, 不過味道亦不錯.先來的貝殼類, 花甲, 蛤及螺, 再來是花蝦. 由於海鮮的質數很好, 所以即使清蒸後不沾醬汁也很鮮甜.之後便是雜菜及蒜蓉中蝦糯米飯, 為了讓小孩先吃飽,一籠約能分到8碗. 糯米飯滲透了蒜香, 雖然比較油膩, 但真的不能少吃一口! 蒸菜是第一次吃的, 感覺不太討好..... 可能是菜心火喉多了, 老了一點, 反而其他菜沒什麼問題.再來是蒸雞及拼丸, 蒸雞不錯, 可惜雞件切得太細, 很多碎骨不能暢快地吃. 拼丸也講究, 其中的綾魚丸吃起來有陣陣陳皮看. 餃子味道不錯, 菜及肉的比例剛好. 這三樣已可
