我呢~就唔算好怕肥,燒雞皮呀!干炒牛河呢類肥野我係唔怕食,重好鐘意添!呢間野個名比較橋口,叫澳門咖哩王新鮮腩,係聽講有個川醬干炒牛好出名,我炒牛河已經夠吸引啦!重加川醬咁重口,聽到都食指大動啦!去到間野其實都幾泰國feel,我唔鐘意飲凍飲,甜野,所以叫咗佢一個雜菜湯,重發現佢除咗川醬牛河重有川醬炒飯,我當堂陷入選擇困難症,呀!炒飯好耐冇食呀!但我為炒河黎㗎喎!最後當然兩樣叫哂!第一,佢個雜菜湯好夠味,佢重強調冇味精,加多嘀胡椒粉直頭成個羅宋湯咁!超正!第三,佢個炒飯好食過個牛河!好多大隻嘅櫻花蝦好脆,個川醬夠辣夠香,炒得夠乾身,唔油。但我想話嘅係,我近呢兩次去個炒飯嘀配料唔同左,重冇哂嘀櫻花蝦,但炒工依舊,um.....家下時勢難撈,我都明嘅,呀下、呀下~
