Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一位酒店行政總廚與我說過:如何了解下屬廚師的功夫,叫他即席炒一碟干炒牛河就能知道。干炒牛河是易學難精,炒時要夠鑊氣、色水要夠準確,鼓油要包實每一條粉、手力要時陰時重,用陰力是免河粉散爛,用重力是不停地快拋鑊。這門功夫需要努力練習才能掌握技巧的。記得那行政總廚還加說,我是另外一個境界,我玩干炒粉絲。這店用澳門牌頭,但實情一點澳門味也沒有。沒萄式椰香食物,沒萄式名物馬介休海鮮菜賣,也沒甜點賣。店很簡單,只賣兩樣食物—『干炒牛河』及『牛腩』。老闆應就是主廚,只深究鑽研此兩款菜式,要不斷昇華,做香港第一。他賣$198干炒牛肩河,用上新鮮靚牛肉,價格是五星食府級數。又賣$68加辣版干炒牛河,在傳統上加點創意。點了川辣干炒牛河,真的利害!碟邊竟然沒油!!坊間餐廳為免河粉炒時黏鑊,一是用上過量食油炒,二更差是不落鑊炒河粉只將炒好芡汁直接淋在河粉上。牛肉嫩,河粉微辣,色水靚,蔥芽比例合適,果然佳作。咖哩牛腩飯,碟用了今期流行竹盤,但已有不少花痕。牛腩扣得不硬不軟,剛剛恰到好處,根肉比例好,咖哩是自溝的,只略嫌香味不夠,賣相不夠吸引。埋單左面是黃色經濟圈,右邊是明星光顧圖,證明老闆除有心煮作,還對社會

星期日晚去完街街不想回家煮飯,就來到這間好評如潮的澳門咖哩王新鮮腩。點了招牌菜咖哩薯仔牛筋腩飯。把飯盛在竹兜上還是第一次見,牛腩份量足,大件有牛味,的確頗新鮮,但瘦的部分偏多就不夠滑溜,影響口感;而且薯仔略嫌不夠,很細件,咖喱汁撈飯的確非常好吃,只是希望汁的份量可多一點,辣味加重一點就更好。店內還有其他得獎菜式,有機會再來試。受市況影響,往日其門如市的店當晚顯得冷清,中段我還包了廿分鐘場,没生意只靠店員熱絡的拉客,真有夠惨的。

喺我生酮餐單入面其實來來去去都係嗰幾間飯堂因為要夠食量又要夠飽又要有菜其實好難搵今日去呢間其實食物質素唔錯但略嫌走飯後冇咩菜食,肉醬豬扒走咗飯之後係真係有啲dry但總括豬扒鬆化,肉醬汁唔錯,如果係可以食飯就very good ,建議一下老闆下次如果有人走飯,送多幾條菜俾人啦

今天午飯時間,在澳門咖哩王(佐敦)嗌左個外賣-清湯牛腩飯($60)同一杯凍奶茶(+$4),價錢算合理。回到公司,打開外賣盒嘅蓋,分別有一盒白飯同一碗清湯牛腩。望落去,滿滿的一碗,牛腩份量大約有八至九件,碗底下有幾塊白蘿蔔,都幾足料。食落去,牛腩肉質嫩滑,唔會過老,肥瘦適中,加上清湯,配上白飯,簡直喺絕配,鍾意食牛腩嘅朋友可以一試。此外,澳門咖哩王還有其他關於牛嘅美食,例如:咖哩牛腩飯,清湯牛坑腩飯,沙爹牛肉麵等等。

佢地個咖哩牛腩飯真係食極唔厭 。
D 汁勁好送飯 撈五六碗都唔係問題。

除左咖哩汁出色。牛腩先係主角 ,炆得夠林 唔痴牙 薯仔都好林 索晒汁 唔係是是但但水煮完掉落去。有時會食到有牛根 煮到化晒 好掂

其實我覺得佢地d飯都煮得好好 絲苗白飯 粒粒分明 正到呢。


同事都好鐘意食佢個清湯腩 冇左咖哩汁 更加食到佢地d牛腩味!


不過成日都覺得唔夠汁 唔知可唔可以叫多汁呢🥺

試了一點咖喱,做的是正路的港式馬來版本,杰稠不太辣沒很重香料味,用來伴飯當然是差極有個譜的;牛腩混和在咖喱汁當中,感覺是碎濕濕的,其中有不少又是那些瘦掹掹的韌腩,令人食得有點氣餒....

當然,如此經濟的價錢,有投訴好像是對此不太公道,但看到那堆壓倒性的好評,心裡又有點不甘....

今日去了佐敦閒逛,又到晚飯時間,見到這間餐廳的網上食評不錯,就決定入內一試。來到這裡,當然就要試一試招牌菜式啦。我們都不是太餓,所以只點了一個炒河和招牌牛腩。不能和一般乾炒牛河相比,這個更惹味,而且仲有一點點辣呢!鐘意辣嘅我地又怎會錯過呢!?河粉炒得夠乾身,加上爽口芽菜,椰菜,韮黃,口感很正。份量十足,牛腩非常軟腍,肥瘦均勻,甘香非常,又不會過膩,而且牛味濃郁~清湯盡吸牛腩的精華,濃郁撲鼻帶清甜別以為只得主角吸引,配角蘿蔔亦非常岀色,最怕吃蘿蔔有”渣”這個煮得腍身入味,我地一人一杯紅豆冰,吃過熱辣辣的清湯腩,再飲一啖紅豆冰,簡直透心涼!

夜晚同朋友喺佐敦搵嘢食,見到呢間澳門咖喱王新鮮腩睇落好似唔錯,就入咗去食。我哋叫咗幾個店員推介嘅招牌菜。首先係川醬乾炒牛河,因為怕太辣,所以我地嗌咗BB辣。河粉嘅份量都幾多,辣醬香口得黎唔會太辣,牛肉都好林好好食。另外嗌咗清湯牛腩飯,啲牛腩超級林,有種入口即溶嘅感覺,但係牛腩嘅份量唔算好多,食咗幾舊就發現原來下面全部都係蘿蔔。成餐飯最好食嘅就係招牌清湯雪花牛頸脊河粉。湯底好清甜,河粉又夠薄,啲牛頸脊非常嫩滑,有好香牛肉味。雖然價錢有少少貴,但係個人認為物超所值。另外店員仲推介我哋飲佢地嘅番茄湯,上枱嘅時候覺得冇乜特別,但係飲落有好香嘅蕃茄味,而且價錢唔算太貴,如果鍾意蕃茄嘅話建議可以試下。

要數星級食堂,個人非常推介佐敦的「澳門咖哩王新鮮腩」,因為甫入店內,就可以看到牆身貼上多張藝人到餐廳幫襯及與老闆的合照。看看店名,顧名思義就是以咖哩及牛腩為主打,餐牌上的選擇不少,價錢非算貼地。招牌清湯牛腩小麵 賣相不錯,牛腩味道超級鮮味,就連湯底的味道亦都帶有牛肉香味,而牛腩口感軟滑,肉味香濃,配上彈牙靚麵,讚。招牌清湯牛坑腩飯 牛坑腩煮得又香又淋,牛味十足,從外表看好像有點肥膩,但入口帶有滿滿脂香,越吃越甘香,佐飯一流。上湯蘿蔔 蘿蔔份量足, 口感軟硬適中,而且吸收了滿滿的湯汁,味道非常鮮甜。奶茶紅豆冰及咖啡紅豆冰 這裏的飲品非常fusion及創新,我還是第一次喝到紅豆冰撞奶茶或咖啡混合的組合,個人認為奶茶紅豆的味道較咖啡的優勝,奶茶茶味香濃,口感順滑,與紅豆冰遇上後,味道又不會過甜,相反,咖啡會有陣陣炒香的咖啡味,與豆冰的甜香有點格格不入。
