朋友問我去過藍田沒有,我說從來沒有,她有點驚訝,不過這是真的,因為從沒有人約我去藍田「掃街」,多數朋友約我主要在屯門,元朗,荃灣,葵芳和旺角「掃街」。家住黃大仙的友人特意帶我遊一遊啟田街市,讓我見識藍田小食的魅力。第一站我選了燒賣王子,雖然我家附近也有燒賣王子的分店,我還是想比較它們的水準,加上朋友未吃過,更加要試試看。我們點了一份墨魚汁燒賣及酥炸鯪魚球,看看蒸和炸的小食是否同樣了得。由於墨魚汁燒賣只剩下五顆,還欠一顆燒賣,店員問我們可否以自家手工燒賣取代,那當然可以。墨魚汁燒賣皮十分薄透,烏黑的燒賣內餡隱約看見。燒賣裡頭的墨魚汁濃香甜美,肉餡口感細緻,朋友大讚好吃。酥炸鯪魚球是即點即炸,故拿取時要注意,免得燙到呱呱叫。圓滾滾的鯪魚球幾乎大小一致,足見店員手打功夫的厲害,拿上手,鯪魚球頗有份量。鯪魚球炸至金黃不油,魚肉外脆內嫩彈,全無魚刺,每口均嚐到鯪魚的鮮甜,超棒呢。

藍田啟田商場樓下個街市翻新完,真係完全唔同晒,出面開左好多間掃街既店舖,呢間《燒賣王子》都好多街坊排隊,所以走黎睇睇先,睇完個menu 野食都好吸引,價錢都好大眾化,今次就買左自家製既手工燒賣$15/6粒同埋鐵板豉油王炒麵$17,炒麵即叫即炒,等左一陣就外賣拎番屋企食,手工燒賣係魚肉做,索左少許豉油,魚肉好實肉,都彈牙,食得較健康!而個炒麵有芽菜、韮菜,d麵炒得好有鑊氣,所以食時好爽脆,係咸左少少,但味道都唔錯既,十分抵食既晚餐🥣!😋✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨如果大家喜愛我寫既食評📝,麻煩幫幫手比個愛的鼓勵❤,我會寫更多豐富既食評比大家!🤤✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

好少見專賣燒賣的店,見開左好多分店,經過就試下!夜晚去賣曬墨魚汁燒賣,無得叫燒賣就叫左椒鹽炸燒賣同自家手工燒賣!另外仲有賣相好吸引的煎釀三寶!椒鹽炸燒賣即叫即炸,外皮脆入面魚肉紮實嫩滑,但椒鹽稍微分得唔夠均勻,有時會好咸有時又會無味,呢樣做就差少少!但相較之下,覺得自家手工燒賣更加唔錯!專做燒賣即日即打即蒸,魚肉真係特別唔同,十分紮實同有魚香味,唔會成舊麵粉粉團,軟熟又有彈性,比炸燒賣更香魚肉味,口感更好!煎釀三寶偏油左少少,但分量十分,味精唔會太重太咸!值得一試!

The shaomai skin tasted quite nice with a springy texture.
They tasted better when they  have cooled down as the texture is more chewy so it depends what texture you prefer and you can taste the fishiness when they are cooler.
Definitely want to come back for the squid ink shaomai but as the franchise is small, they don't even have a dumb number or fb for ppl to find out.

鐵板炒米粉:15蚊一盒,但份量夠哂大。可能鐵板炒既原因,都幾香口。而且入面都有幾多蔬菜,食落都好爽口,減輕左油膩既感覺。整體黎講唔算太油,食哂成盒,個盒底都無咩油。鐵板炒河粉:依款都幾推薦,都係食落香口但唔油。值得一提,河粉入面既芽菜好爽口,減少左河粉既油膩感。服務:很好的服務,個日去食既時候,都係學生食飯時段,但廚房姐姐都好快就炒好哂兩盒野。但係要留意番,兩盒都係無肉,而且配料份量較少,如果係鐘意食配料多既人就未必岩啦。但係依個價錢,都推薦比糧尾既人或者學生可以當一餐,因為平得黎,份量係夠飽。

這小食店是這一列小食店之中,最近才新開張﹗網上一些 報道指出是手作燒賣,覺得值得一試。但好幾次來到都大排長龍,今天趁沒有人龍便試一試﹗蒸燒賣6粒$15,炸椒鹽燒賣4粒$10。看見一粒也頗大的,還是先點4粒炸的來試試看吧﹗由於是即叫即炸,也等了好一段時間。椒鹽燒賣終於有得食,咬落都幾實淨,又幾大粒。但味道就普普通通, 沒什麼特別,也不太有椒鹽味。十元4粒,感覺有點小貴。總括來說,不過不失。有機會或會試試其他食品或蒸燒賣吧﹗

晚上11時的平日晚上, 此店仍然有人在此排隊買宵夜!! 其實我最喜歡這裡的炒河粉和粉麵, 雖然只是售15元, 但是即叫即炒, 所以出品都是熱熱的!很好食!若然可以比客人加錢, 加入配料(如牛肉或雞肉), 相信會更好食!!另外, 此店的雲吞我估是向外取貨得, 應該不是自己包, 但都係即叫即煮,雲吞都算好食, 不過肉比較少,而湯底都清甜好味, 而且有生菜作配料, 比較健康! 不過20元只有5隻就好似不是太抵!!其實此店主打是人手即場包的燒賣, 售15元6燈!我覺得此店算有心和誠意煮野食!! 食得出燒賣的粉比一般少, size亦較大粒,而且佢去貨快, 所以出品都是新鮮出籠! 所以佢的燒賣都算好食, 不過個人覺得不是十分出衆! 個人還是喜歡食炒河粉多一點!

其實此店主打是人手即場包的燒賣, 售15元6燈!我覺得此店算有心和誠意煮野食!! 食得出燒賣的粉比一般少, size亦較大粒,而且佢去貨快, 所以出品都是新鮮出籠! 所以佢的燒賣都算好食, 不過個人覺得不是十分出衆! 個人還是喜歡食炒河粉多一點!

身為藍田人知道啟田街市裝修好,仲有個小食街 ,趁住星期六嚟買餸之餘梗係要掃掃街啦!之前睇介紹已經想嚟試吓燒賣王子嘅手做燒賣,用嘅係魚肉餡,見人哋買完個樣已經覺得好吸引好大粒~15蚊6粒真係好抵食,熱辣辣,好鮮魚肉味加埋豉油辣油,十分惹味!加七蚊仲有支豆漿添~
