一早嚟到聯和墟,見呢間餐廳靜靜地冇乜人,就入去試吓。見到餐牌嘅早餐,同平時去開嘅茶餐廳有少少特別。湯粉早餐 $37豬扒生菜螺絲粉,南瓜番茄湯南瓜番茄湯底好濃唔錯,最後我都飲埋啲湯;豬扒都夠腍,生菜同螺絲粉就正正常常啦。沙律早餐 $40招牌沙律+吉列魚柳 先講個沙律,有什果、蛋、薯仔沙律,沙律都幾好味。至於吉列魚柳完全唔得,塊皮好淋,好似放咗入微波爐翻叮過咁,魚柳仲有浸雪味,魚柳就完全唔推薦。總結:南瓜蕃茄湯底、沙律係唔錯嘅。

招牌沙律+吉列魚柳
先講個沙律,有什果、蛋、薯仔沙律,沙律都幾好味。至於吉列魚柳完全唔得,塊皮好淋,好似放咗入微波爐翻叮過咁,魚柳仲有浸雪味,魚柳就完全唔推薦。

第一次喺粉嶺搵食,試咗特餐蕃茄湯專門店,價錢唔係特別平。叫咗日式黃金炸豬扒大碗飯,飯好大份,豬扒都係大大舊,醬汁有啲苦,豬扒都炸唔透都唔係好淋,勝在夠飽肚。米線一樣大份,蕃茄湯的確好濃,好好味,$41一個餐好抵食。

今日行完山勁累,去到粉嶺吾知食咩好,最後幾個人行行下見到蕃茄專門店就入左去試下。下午茶時段吾多人。只有2桌客人,而我地5個人都食下午茶餐。最後四個朋友都滿意這間餐廳,因價錢全都係三十多元,偍分量夠同飲品大杯,野食味道剛好。而朋友叫的炸豬扒都吾油同厚肉。而我叫了一個南瓜蕃茄湯豬扒炒蛋意粉和凍檸茶都係$32,抵食!!南瓜蕃茄湯豬扒炒蛋意粉$32:蕃茄南瓜再加上意大利香草,每日新鮮整成湯。豬扒大塊又厚肉香口,炒蛋炒得過熟左少少,但還可接受。最後南瓜蕃茄湯係飲晒。

🍲 「雞翼配南瓜蕃茄湯螺絲粉🍅」,先講下南瓜蕃茄湯味道~~佢不會好似出面一般餐廳,蕃茄湯底好多時比較酸,E間以蕃茄混合甜甜南瓜出來味道,十分不錯喎!!味道不會太淡或太濃,剛剛好!螺絲粉吸收曬D湯,加上有D紅蘿蔔及薯仔配料!好味!飽滿肥美的雞翼有三大隻,係用鹵水方法整的,味道可以,食到尾發現其中一隻不太熟,(朋友同店員略為反映),店員之後主動更換另一隻給我,看到此店待客態度也不錯!
