今日同朋友去尖沙咀行街,未行街之前先去食好野,我地揀左一間食鐵板燒既餐廳,呢間餐廳位置方便,一出地鐵站街行幾步路就到,而且佢位於樓上,風景幾好。中午有唔同既定食同丼飯,價錢由幾士蚊到幾百蚊都有,豐儉由人,而且午市仲唔使加一,幾抵食。我同朋友都揀左吉列頂級安格斯牛御膳定食。呢個餐好豐富,除左吉列牛之外,仲有溫泉玉子、和風沙律、味增湯同埋日本米飯!吉列牛輕輕炸過,但仲未熟,我地就可以將牛放上燒緊既鐵板上面按自己鐘意既程度煎熟。煎完之後就可以點醬料黎配飯食,呢度有三款配料可以選擇。呢個溫泉蛋煮到岩岩好,介乎流心同實體中間,係我最鐘意既質感。仲有新鮮既沙律!仲有味噌湯!我地夾埋食左$296,價錢中等,但食得好滿足啊!

清甜風味料理 (8/10): 這個套餐很抵食,翠肉瓜串灑上大量芝士粉,一咬下去立即爆汁,加上融掉的芝士超好吃;蕃茄西冷烏冬份量十足,烏冬煙韌,湯底也十分濃郁;日式餃子餃皮綿軟,內餡不會過鹹,也是不錯的。最意想不到的是這麼豐富的套餐還有甜品,是解膩的檸檬慕思杯,上面的水果十分新鮮,比連鎖餅店的出品更有誠意。

我叫左吉列豚($58)同埋彩虹丼($78),兩個套餐都有溫泉蛋、麵豉湯同埋和風沙律。

講講前菜先,溫泉蛋嘅蛋黃仲係鮮橙色,但係又唔係液體,已經凝固咗嘅狀態。我最鍾意呢種狀態嘅雞蛋。另外,和風沙律嘅蔬菜好爽脆。

主菜令我好驚喜。 吉列豚嘅炸粉好脆同好薄。就算擺咗好耐都依然keep到脆唔會冧。 豬排切開有六塊,好大塊,好見食! 跟餐嘅飯亦都好大碗,食得出係日本嘅珍珠米。

更加令我驚喜嘅係價值78蚊嘅彩虹丼。佢竟然有三大片嘅海膽再加咗三種魚子。將所有餸加埋啲飯一齊食真係好正好滿足。海膽好creamy,唔會腥,78蚊嚟講,性價比好高!

晚餐.1-2) 牛吉列最近好像開始流行吃這種 自己煎的牛吉列?!之前也吃過一次 可惜牛肉煎起來有點乾和韌 感覺一般這次卻讓我很滿意雖然只有7小片肉 但其實也很足夠肉帶有點脂肪 煎起來更香 而且肉汁也很豐富有幾片因為顧著吃其他東西而有點煎太久了但幸好沒有很乾硬 味道還是不錯的.3) 西京盛那兩件帆立貝好大粒 好甜 好好吃!我本來不喜歡銀鱈角的因為常常吃一兩口便會覺得很膩但這個魚的面層有點甜甜的醬汁吃起來反而挺開胃的 沒有油膩感一向喜歡吃鱈魚的友人也大讚這個好吃呢至於旁邊那個豚肉湯 用來伴飯不錯.4) 火龍卷看名字以為有火龍果 但其實沒有😂上層有一片三文魚中間有炸蝦和其他配料是豪華版的加州卷.5) 明太子玉子燒明太子有少許辣面層鋪滿了木魚 好有趣呢熱騰騰的時候最好吃.6) 甜品下層是芒果味的慕絲上間是微甜的啫喱整體味道很清新用來為這豐富的一餐作結尾最適合不過了

最近好像開始流行吃這種 自己煎的牛吉列?!
之前也吃過一次 可惜牛肉煎起來有點乾和韌 感覺一般
這次卻讓我很滿意
雖然只有7小片肉 但其實也很足夠
肉帶有點脂肪 煎起來更香 而且肉汁也很豐富
有幾片因為顧著吃其他東西而有點煎太久了
但幸好沒有很乾硬 味道還是不錯的

那兩件帆立貝好大粒 好甜 好好吃!
我本來不喜歡銀鱈角的
因為常常吃一兩口便會覺得很膩
但這個魚的面層有點甜甜的醬汁
吃起來反而挺開胃的 沒有油膩感
一向喜歡吃鱈魚的友人也大讚這個好吃呢
至於旁邊那個豚肉湯 用來伴飯不錯

星期五的晚上,終於有時間相約好友一起來聚聚。尖沙咀街頭食肆也推滿了人,今日想到一間較有私人空間的樓上舖進食,方便傾下心事😛同事介紹,尖沙咀有一間樓上舖吃吉列牛超好食,本人係牛 ge fans😂當然要book黎試試!這間店叫”琥酌”一出電梯就是店。這裏的裝修非常日式,櫃上也推滿了日本酒😍前菜有中菜沙律,沙律菜,食落很開胃。首先來的主菜是吉列安格斯牛😍,出面是炸過的,裏面是生牛肉,很神奇😋還配有一個夾子,可以夾肉在鍋上燒,只需微微一燒便可以😚另外叫了一個角切魚生飯,色彩繽紛🤩刺身份量也很多。小食叫了一個吉列盛合,有蝦,薯餅,蠔😛 炸得剛剛好,炸粉不會太厚。

打開menu真係好多選擇,不過一定要試佢地最出名嘅和牛啦!

和式牛吉列御膳:嚴選鹿兒島/宮崎A5和牛🤤🤤油花分佈不得了!採用和牛肉部位主要係肩胛肉/肋脊及下肩胛翼板肉,肉質嫩滑,吉列又脆,每邊燒一燒香到升上天😬真係一分錢一分貨😆好好味!

琥酌吉列盛合:廣島蠔非一般咁鮮甜!大蝦超新鮮!最正都係和牛薯餅😋炸完都唔失鮮美,食完炸物已經好滿足!

去左幾次東京都無試吉列牛,今晚去尖沙咀見附近有間吉列牛元祖店 琥酌 就決定一試啦~~去到時間還早唔洗等位,四周環境比較暗應該係特色,都係一班朋友食飯傾偈晝既好地方,另外留意到一邊一個大櫃滿晒日本酒,鐘意飲日本酒既朋友留意喇~~望一望餐牌,首選當然要試吉列牛啦!另外有晚餐定食,同有佐酒小食,卷物,燒物。我同老公叫左三樣野~頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳待應會放定一個燒熱既鐵板爐,等主角上枱就可以自己一塊一塊放落去燒,生熟度隨你控制。個人覺得兩邊微微燒幾秒最好食!另有三款調味選擇。軟殼蟹卷有cream cheese, 蟹棒,蟹籽,不過不失啦。西京盛西京銀雪魚不錯,燒得幾香,肉厚~~高麗菜豚肉湯足料,都幾好飲甜品:花花芒果mousse布甸總括,呢度都係尖沙咀一間適合一班朋友傾計食好西既好地方~~

去左幾次東京都無試吉列牛,今晚去尖沙咀見附近有間吉列牛元祖店 琥酌 就決定一試啦~~

去到時間還早唔洗等位,四周環境比較暗應該係特色,都係一班朋友食飯傾偈晝既好地方,另外留意到一邊一個大櫃滿晒日本酒,鐘意飲日本酒既朋友留意喇~~
