我哋周不時都會想食刀削麵!去慣呢間,就繼續去啦!我哋每次都係嗌手撕雞刀削麵!一係湯麵🍜一係炒!我就鍾意炒,我老公就通常都係湯!佢哋真係自己喺廚房拉麵!今次俾我見到!師傅打到拍拍聲㗎!佢哋呢度有得揀口味,例如可以揀麵條係薄身定係厚身,辣度亦都有得揀。以前冇得揀我就覺得佢太厚,所以我嗌咗薄身,再加底,中辣!佢箇中辣唔係好辣,都唔㷫口,似小辣多啲,下次可以試試大辣!今次再嗌埋佢個皮蛋!呢個就出色啦!好食過譚仔嗰個,重點係我已經好鍾意食譚仔嗰個!

我自己上網都睇過好多條片,仲買埋篷灰(買咗但係放到過晒期都未郁手😂😂😂)返黎想自己試下,問題係要拉麵,開拉到既麵,舊麵團唔止一兩人分量,同埋咁辛苦咁多步驟,我都係犧牲時間搭車去,再比多50蚊食一碗啦。😅

咁樣係大辣。佢嘅大中細辣好痴線。我自己嚟講,食川菜叫餸一定叫大辣。譚仔三哥就叫糊辣嘅小辣;傷心酸辣粉就叫小辣,口水雞就叫大辣。我大約係咁嘅食辣程度。
呢間野中辣係唔辣嘅,但係大辣有時係辣到痴線。好似正常大辣係100分。呢間嘅中辣係30分(問題應該係五六十分),但係佢嘅大辣可以去到150至200。我就成日辣親,下一次叫中辣,又覺得辣得唔滿足,又再叫大辣咁樣循環落去😂😂😂。

有次坐低先話冇手拉麵,反正未喺呢一間食過刀削麵同又唔好意思走,逼住叫佢早餐嘅刀削麵。我真係唔鍾意,咬咗兩啖雞翼同蛋,食咗幾條麵就買單走咗。呢啲真心個人口味,通常去到嗰度我見到幾大嘅比例都係叫刀削麵。
同埋通常我11點就到,佢早餐賣到11:30,都幾多人喺呢間野食港式早餐😂😂😂

同埋呢度嘅嘢,刀削麵同埋手拉麵係儲單咁樣出,有時坐低5分鐘就有,有時坐低,出咗兩次刀削面都未到手拉麵,我出聲追,(扮追下,因為知道佢師傅都係輪流整,只係提下佢)跟住佢就會好唔好意思咁話嚟緊嚟緊㗎啦🤣
我食咁多次,真係知道佢嘅流程。
果次係坐足20 至25分鐘,因為當時可能只有一碗至兩碗嘅手拉麵要等佢整左勁多單既刀削先。(個時爆場又勁多外賣😵)
總之聽到佢喺度拍拍聲,撻緊麵團,基本上5分鐘就上到枱。

好耐冇食過刀削麵,就來到生記。 生記的佈局主要為卡位, 坐得舒適。坐低後就叫了三個前菜冷盤,包括麻辣青瓜,豬耳,皮蛋。這三個冷盤都用了他們秘製的麻辣醬,滋味得來又不太辣容易入口, 很開胃。豬耳口感爽滑, 青瓜雖然切得比較大塊,但味道都很好。我們另外點了兩碗刀削麵,一碗是燕子餃拼蘭州牛肉小辣, 另一碗是燕子餃拼牛肚刀削麵BB辣。配料份量足夠,整體上不錯。另外這裏的燕子餃到十分馳名,皮薄餡靚, 入邊仲有一啲馬蹄, 爽口得來又啖啖肉。而另一碗配牛肚的刀削麵也不過不失,整體來說性價比是不錯的。我們另外點了百香水果茶和紅棗熱飲, 飲品挺不錯的。百香果特飲有果肉檸檬青檸和籽, 香味十足,另外紅棗特飲亦都有很多紅棗肉。

刀削麵偏硬有彈性,外滑內筋,做得如以往一樣好。

小時候爸爸帶過我吃某家得過獎的刀削麵店吃湯麵,那次用餐過程十分不愉快,印象中那碗刀削麵每一次麵很肥大,而且很硬,我都咬不開,所以那次之後我都再沒有吃過刀削麵了,一直覺得刀削麵不好吃。這次丈夫突然提出想吃刀削麵,原本我有三個願意,沒想到這次以後,完全改掉我對刀削麵的感覺。這間餐廳有兩個出入口,一個連接著元朗千色匯,一個連接著街外。一進入店內,就看到一幅手提字,寫著「山西刀削麵」,煮麵的員工也戴著頭帽,感覺很衛生。是日是平日的晚餐時段,店內已經坐滿了人,原本我跟相公是坐在六人卡廂搭檯的,一有空檯,店員就把我們安排到別的卡廂吃,蠻貼心的。相公說這間的炒刀削麵十分好吃,我們就點了一個炒刀削麵,一個撈刀削麵,再加一個涼拌小吃。涼拌海蜇(辣)爽脆又晶透的海蜇,還有洋蔥絲、青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲,吃起來涼涼辣辣的,十分爽口回鍋肉炒刀削麵—小辣這個讓我感到十分驚豔,一送上來時,超香的!很夠鑊氣,麵條很Q彈(可能小時候不太夠牙力咬,所以覺得太硬吧),回鍋肉切成薄片,很入味,配合芽菜、紅椒、青椒、椰菜,真的好好吃我選了較健康的:黑椒雞扒撈刀削麵+娃娃菜(不辣)撈刀削麵也不錯的,味道沒有那麼濃,刀削麵也沒有黏在一

是日是平日的晚餐時段,店內已經坐滿了人,原本我跟相公是坐在六人卡廂搭檯的,一有空檯,店員就把我們安排到別的卡廂吃,蠻貼心的。

相公說這間的炒刀削麵十分好吃,我們就點了一個炒刀削麵,一個撈刀削麵,再加一個涼拌小吃。

回鍋肉炒刀削麵—小辣
這個讓我感到十分驚豔,一送上來時,超香的!很夠鑊氣,麵條很Q彈(可能小時候不太夠牙力咬,所以覺得太硬吧),回鍋肉切成薄片,很入味,配合芽菜、紅椒、青椒、椰菜,真的好好吃

我選了較健康的:黑椒雞扒撈刀削麵+娃娃菜(不辣)

撈刀削麵也不錯的,味道沒有那麼濃,刀削麵也沒有黏在一起,雞扒也是切到一口的大小,十分容易吃。加了一棵娃娃菜很感覺很健康了!

順帶一說,我叫的餐飲是凍阿華田,一般叫凍華田,因為凍華田是用熱水沖的,就算加了冰,來到的時候就會變了沒有冰,或者不夠冰。這杯沒有這個問題,很夠冰,很可惜味道很淡。

星期六中午人又多經過這店見有位好耐冇食呢間食店,好!就入去食個午餐先!由於星期六關係人也比較多,但流量也很快所以我們不用等也有位座了,店內座位比較擠,店內餐牌上有很多選擇都唔知食什麼好!今次點咗滷水豬大腸刀削麵、麻辣魚片刀削麵🍜講真有些失望😞已經不是以前的味道⋯感覺⋯麻麻地!

生菜:正常😃
湯:味精……人哋話本身係胡椒湯,但裝修後就改咗,所以飲會想飲水🙃

總括而言,嘗一嘗無妨,但唔好持續食啊☆

原本沒有計劃到「生記山西刀削麵」吃午餐,但有見當日下着滂沱大雨,所以唯有到此用膳。坐下不久後,看到身邊的所有人都在吃刀削麵,所以我沒有多想便點了一碗五香牛肉刀削麵。五香牛肉刀削麵不消一會兒,他們便呈上五香牛肉刀削麵。牛肉的肉香味頗為濃郁,而且口感軟腍,只是略為有點臊味,但大致上也不錯! 而刀削麵的口感相當煙靭,不過煙靭得來帶硬身,不是我喜歡的口感,加上湯底不夠清甜,所以整碗麵只屬一般!今次的五香牛肉刀削麵沒有給與我驚喜,整體上亦只屬一般,所以我相信再次光臨的機會也不大!

五香牛肉刀削麵

不消一會兒,他們便呈上五香牛肉刀削麵。牛肉的肉香味頗為濃郁,而且口感軟腍,只是略為有點臊味,但大致上也不錯! 而刀削麵的口感相當煙靭,不過煙靭得來帶硬身,不是我喜歡的口感,加上湯底不夠清甜,所以整碗麵只屬一般!

今次的五香牛肉刀削麵沒有給與我驚喜,整體上亦只屬一般,所以我相信再次光臨的機會也不大!

呢種粉麵舖食西式早餐,其實而家都好大路嘅!今朝試一試 佢,麵包都ok好柔軟,可惜呢啲係唔會砌邊!要自己剝皮😏 炒蛋就差咗啲 搞到碌backpack 唔老唔嫩唔餅唔滑咁, 馬騮倫,食咗個蕃茄肉碎薯仔通粉,d肉碎吖聶牙好麻煩, 如果有得選擇就咁蕃茄薯仔肉片湯就好過肉碎啦 ,我食咗啖都覺得一般般! 反而我個沙爹牛肉麵就出奇地非常有驚喜,熱檸水一般啦, 檸檬唔新鮮又唔太老 ! 杯熱水都有水味都夠熱嘅 ,但杯咖啡我自己就接受唔到 , 因為本人自己最唔鍾意茶唔茶,啡唔啡,仲要d啲唔靚嘅奶勁多! 但係呢啲食味,都見仁見智,總括嚟講係中式嘅舖頭食呢啲西式早餐無乜ok唔 ok ,不過我又覺得價錢 冇走棧位 ,算貴而選擇好似唔多咁🤣☕
