【中西區】【生記清湯牛腩麵家】有一日同皮蛋哥過嚟上環做嘢,做完嘢唔算好肚餓,但又有啲口痕,想搵個地方坐低食少少嘢吹水。本身想食其他嘢,但係見到呢間喺嗰日之後要裝修,所以就食埋佢。當日有攝製隊喺呢間嘢度進行拍攝,好似有啲韓星嚟,不過我就真係唔識呢啲嘢喇。皮蛋哥想食粥,但係又唔想食有皮蛋嘅粥,所以佢就食 $37 嘅「及第粥」,佢話啲豬雜都唔錯,幾好食。我就食 $22 嘅「香煎魚餅」,係鯪魚餅嚟,都煎得幾好食,有啲屋企 feel。另外仲食咗碟 $12 嘅「炸麵」,其實即係油炸鬼,切到一舊舊咁,幾好啦。埋單 $71,因為個粥喺下午兩點半後就會減 $3,平過上晝食嘅。食完有段小插曲可以分享吓,話說嗰個韓星喺餐廳門口擺緊 pose,我影餐廳外觀嘅時候,有個攝製隊成員勸喻我停止拍攝。撞到我算佢唔好彩,我即刻問佢係邊位,分分鐘呢啲奀星名氣仲低過我。。。(地址:上環禧利街20號地舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #food #instafood #globaleats #dessert #foodpics #followforfollowback #love #eat #1am中西區 #上環 #生記清湯牛腩麵家 #生記清湯牛腩麵 #及第粥 #香煎魚餅 #炸麵 #1am1427 #1ambackup

又到Lunch的時候,想出去食,又想快食,但周圍都好難搵位又未諗到食咩,經過生記,出名食粥,記得冬天時食粥幾正,而隔離的清湯牛腩麵家都係成日經但未幫襯過,見剛好唔多人即入去試下。以粉麵店來講面積都算大,傳統的格局,冷氣好勁下呢。餐牌,尚算多選擇,諗左陣都係要牛腩,價格都合理。清湯牛腩河,$50,牛腩份量適中,肥瘦均勻,口感爽腍有牛香味,湯底清甜,河粉爽滑,味道不俗。又多一個午餐之選。上環禧利街20號地舖

頂頂好食的牛丸!咬落去,每一啖牛肉鮮香彈牙,麻麻哋的彈性,好似在口裡跳舞咁!而啲牛丸嘅皮薄肉厚,湯底清甜過人,飲一啖熱辣辣嘅湯,亦同樣清新順滑,真係暢快!貢丸就略輸半籌,唔夠啲牛丸咁有口感,但都算過得去,唔會拖嘞後腿。麵條就真係叫做爽滑得滯,一條條分明,無一粒麵條係黏在一齊,每嚼一口都感覺到手工嘅匠心。飲完湯,飽足感極緻,完全無一丁點失望。餐廳環境嘅話就簡單實在,唔會洋氣,但就真心新鮮衛生。唔止咁,店員間嘅互動都非常有趣😂,聽住佢地嘅家長里短,不知不覺就食完晒一碗!這裡個味道,同人情味,都一樣非常滋味!路過千萬唔好錯過,味覺同聽覺都會得到滿足嘅食堂,就系生記!下次再嚟,我一定要試埋其他款式!🍜👍🧧

今日難得過來上環, 家人話不如去生記, 我哋叫左鯪魚球米粉, 魚腩豬潤粥和炒米粉, 鯪魚球米粉先來, 和家人share, 米粉幾好食好滑,👍, 亦質地唔碎, 鯪魚球都幾爽彈😋, 之後來炒米粉, 忽然想食, 都幾好食又不油, 可惜食落有凍冰冰的感覺😅, 如果熱d會好味d, 之後再來魚腩豬潤粥再share, 粥好綿, 豬潤都好大塊, 不過就唔係爽脆, 但好彩唔係粉個只, 魚腩新鮮唔腥, 粥係幾好味😍 性價比粉麵高💞

嘩,終於踏入咗生記呢間人氣滿滿嘅餐廳!我今次唔係黎食經典牛腩,而係黎試佢嘅早餐!嘥嘢嘅A1餐咩嚟:鮮嫩牛肉出前一丁,配埋香煎雙蛋加多士同埋杯溫熱奶茶,嗰種滿足感真係...👌完美啊!面條啖啖彈牙,牛肉片鮮嫩過癮,煎蛋係古法我最中意嘅水準,又嫩又滑,熱奶茶飲落順得滑唔過癮噏!食咗呢個樸實無華嘅早餐,真係暖笠笠咁開始咗新嘅一日!🌞🍳然後就係我啱啱食咗嘅生記招牌牛腩麵呀,大排長龍果然名不虛傳!啱啱食落去嗰下,只係一口,我已經明白點解啲人啲咁瘋狂。牛腩滑嫩得嚟又唔油膩,牛筋啖啖都咁滑溜但又保持住啲咬勁,白蘿蔔段段都煮到啱啱好,鮮甜中帶點蘿蔔嘅清新。啲清湯河粉嘅世界,就咁一碗,已經係味道層次豐富得嚟又唔覺膩,口感豐富,吸收晒啲湯底嘅精華,簡直就係難以抵擋嘅誘惑。食落,簡直係一種享受~🍜💕
