今次輪到人地帶我食好西,朋友仔住屯門,係智樂呢邊搵到間高質日式料理,就係呢間留民料理。入到黎,原來除左日本菜,仲有一啲fusion港式野。首先黎個溫泉蛋,上面有蟹子和醬汁,用匙羹𠝹開,溫泉蛋流岀黎,拌埋一齊食,仲好味!麻辣牛筋,夠晒麻辣,每條牛筋都彈彈充滿骨膠原。串燒有牛肋條,豬頸肉,五花腩,雞腎,燒到微焦夠香,尤其牛肋條,牛味重又多肉汁。海膽醬帶子飯,有金萡,飯粒裏面有蟹籽同埋蔥,所以口感係好多層次,好有咬口。竟然見到有燒乳鴿,以為酒樓先有得食,呢度都幾多元化,叫隻試下,估唔到都燒得幾好,乳鴿入味又有肉地。

勁抵食之選! 每一舊三文魚都有成一cm甘厚。啖啖肉,淡淡Juice !而且配料非常之充足勁夠份量:有好多魚子就好像卜卜,新鮮,無雪味😗👍🏻 仲有日式酸薑,最欣賞係米飯微暖,唔系冰晒,硬實實,好軟熟☺️

牛肉幾乎多個飯,好似無料唔使成本甘😂😂會唔會多得滯? 再配合溫泉蛋,非常專業嘅日式製作😀

平時既係先滷完,再拎去炸
而佢地就直接將醃料醃好BB 乳鴿再直接拎去炸
所以呢個呢個BB乳鴿上碟時仲係卜卜脆,又夠惹味
