我同朋友4個人9月1號晚幫襯留民料理,入去時未 full booking,我地叫7種食物,例牌必叫乳鴿,其餘6種係串燒,餐廳唔多人但都前後用個半鐘先上埋最後一碟,酒菜都慢慢上慢慢上,由頭餓到尾,極浪費時間之餘,質素都名過其實,講到好巴閉又攞獎又招牌菜既乳鴿超咸,椒鹽雞軟骨又無椒鹽味,其餘都只係叫煮熟,只有雞肉串合格。最後叫埋單,侍應小姐仲慢慢係廚房食埋煙先同我地埋,態度怠慢。Openrice 有咁多手指公真係好神奇。

串燒基本上全部無味。。唔講以為係白焯雞腎。。。雞皮雞軟骨都可以無味唔會再食十分之不好的餐飲體驗係我食過最差的串燒不明白如何做到的其他野食都唔想食了。。。。。。。。

同朋友喺屯門行完街之後,就去咗附近嘅一間餐廳食嘢!留民料理,個名幾特別,店鋪外仲寫住fusion無國界料理,幾吸引!店內環境有啲似酒吧,店內亦有售賣手工啤及日本清酒。入面仲有部電視播放住店長嘅心路歷程,睇完就會知點解店舖名叫留民料理。蟹籽溫泉蛋凍食溫泉蛋,除咗有蟹籽之外,仲有蔥花同芝麻醬。芝麻醬好香濃,掩蓋咗生蛋嘅腥味並特出咗蔥花嘅味道。蟹籽海葡萄宮城大真蠔日本直送!差不多手掌般大細,一啖根本食唔曬!生蠔鮮甜肥美,海水味唔重,再加上蟹籽及海葡萄,令帶出清爽口感!胡椒海鹽煎燒黃腳立黃腳立並冇魚腥味,而且一條正骨,怕食魚骨嘅可以放心。魚肉嫩滑軟綿,即使唔加任何調味料亦帶有甘香。如果想重口味,可以添加附帶嘅海鹽,檸檬汁,七味粉,及特製醬汁(少辣)。日式甜咖哩炸軟殼蟹燴飯香濃咖哩味但唔油膩,未食先聞其香。鹽酥炸軟殼蟹,單食會比較鹹,配飯食會比較好。除咗蟹籽,蔥花仲有瓜粒,所以食落口會有爽口嘅感覺。飯量亦唔細,兩個人分都得。
