大家唔好以為經過門口,係一間好普通嘅餐廳。入到去環境舒適,有一種好WARM嘅特色小店,依家買少見少,雖然唔係有太多人服侍我😂但係我最鍾意就係咁,可以自在啲,放鬆啲☺️本以為食物平平無奇,點知一上枱,有擺盆,有心思,仲要好好食,感受到大廚嘅熱誠😍尤其酥炸軟殼龍蝦🦞,真係好特別,啱晒唔食蟹🦀嘅我,好開心,乳鴿又多汁入味,聽聞係攞獎㗎🫢,仲有個黑豚薄餅個味道係好夾☺️我哋忍唔住要嗌多兩份😅我話過我一定要再去幫襯😆

呢款牛肉會比美國牛肉更加滑嫩,飯就粒粒分明,仲有少少牛肉嘅包膏包裹住,食落去都幾滿足㗎。

今日入開去屯門爬蟲館 行完之後突然間想食串燒 醒起之前食過一間 @liuminliaoli 於是乎就再去睇下有冇位 好彩早去 一入到去仲有兩三張枱 岩岩落完單之後就開始人多 全院滿座今次叫左個頭盤 第一次食 海葡萄 上面有蟹子同木魚做陪襯 海葡萄嘅口感同蟹子好夾 大家都脆卜卜 食落好爽口 味道都好夾 少少海水味加上木魚嘅少少咸香然之後叫左隻炭燒脆皮乳鴿 碟邊有七味粉加椒鹽 為乳鴿加上幾分美感 不過作為主角嘅乳鴿真係肉質非常嫩滑 唔用手食真係唔尊重佢 將每一忽肉都吮乾淨🤣之後再食埋串燒,分別係雞頸,七里香同埋鰻魚串燒,最有驚喜就係七里香,表皮脆得黎肉質鬆軟,但仲有軟骨嘅咬口。雞頸口感似雞軟骨咁,脆卜卜咁,第一次食咁嘅串燒,有好好嘅第一印象!鰻魚就十足十便當嗰啲蒲燒鰻魚咁,但表皮香脆,點少少七味粉同玫瑰海鹽,照燒汁嘅甜味加上海鹽嘅咸味非常襯。最後就係五花腩香蔥燴飯,五花腩嘅油香同肉味完完全全將原本平平凡凡嘅燴飯襯托到非常出色,五花腩亦都非常厚切,冇偷工減料。

這間餐廳真的很出色,是本人最欣賞的屯門區食店,完全係感受到每一款餸菜,廚師都是用心去製作的,所以今次又要帶屋企人來品嚐一下。餐廳比較細間,座位不算太多,但可能係環境和燈光的影響下,我又覺得幾好坐。蟹籽溫泉蛋 - 簡單做法,食完已經令人回味,心郁郁想叫多隻。脆皮炸BB乳鴿 - 上次嚟order時竟然係缺貨,今次終於嚐到,乳鴿炸得香口,但又保持到肉汁,而且肉質十分鮮嫩,果然係招牌菜,不同凡響。貴妃雞卷 - 脆片鬆脆,但唔油膩。雞卷厚肉,味道好好食,我有點喜出望外。胡椒海鹽燒焗黃腳立 - 燒焗到魚皮面十分脆香,內裡魚肉新鮮,魚香濃烈,就連不太喜好食魚的我都忍唔住食咗幾啖,實在美味。A5和牛膏飯 - 貌似Risotto的製作,每粒飯都比和牛膏的油香濃濃的包著,味道濃郁,好食。
