朋友book左抬,去到冇人好快入得。一坐低叫左個椒鹽金沙骨食住等朋友,味道一般跟住叫左個胡椒豬肚包雞煲,材料好足料,但味道好濃,好味之後叫配菜有鮮淮山,鮮萵筍。但一定要講既係炸魚皮,重要既野要講3次。非常...非常...非常好食仲要係即叫即炸,非常薄唔重味精,冇咩地方有即炸魚皮食。最後要推介一定係呢碟......手切花雕牛肉好入味......朋友話要打電話同店長預留,才有得食呢到既戰門碗,店主好細心預先雪凍。

同事叫了招牌鍋底"胡椒豬肚包雞煲", 一來到大家都忍不住飲了成碗湯...個湯好濃既胡椒味, 豬肚夠綿滑...好正的湯底, 叫了 2 種不同的牛肉, "手切牛頸脊"及"安格斯牛肉", 前者肉質爽身牛味濃, 後者都好吃, 但相對來說牛頸脊要好食很多了, 所以共叫了 3碟牛頸脊, "炸響鈴"好脆但稍為厚身, 如薄些應更滋味, "炸魚皮"是新鮮炸起的卜卜脆...好吃, 另外都點了"薑蔥拌鮮魚皮", 魚皮拌著薑蔥吃很夾, 魚皮可能新鮮所以食落好爽口又不腥 試食了"潮式螄蚶", 我覺得不錯, 但如果吃不慣可能會覺得比較腥, 但吃完回家都無肚痛...証明食物處理新鮮及衛生 , 要了"手打四寶丸"都好吃, 另"脆肉鯇"我無食, 但同事個個都讚新鮮好味道, 還有"羊肉"都好靚, "豬潤"都新鮮, 另外店內有提供罐裝可樂及涼茶 (如王老吉及夏枯草), 最尾有點生菜及唐蒿, 洗得好乾淨沒有沙, 最怕出面食菜食到成口沙 呢間價錢合理, 材料新鮮, 有機會會再去過
