Other Info. : 原本佢有部份枱係set好咗打邊爐, 但最後冇想像中咁多人食, 唯有即刻鋪番枱布, 做番小菜枱, 但d伙計可能太趕或者太大意, 竟然唔記得拔電磁爐的插穌, 响上菜時唔覺意high着咗個爐, 搞到辣穿咗張枱布, 果枱男人即刻叫經理嚟, 但個經理竟然好淡定咁話 "小意思啫, 你拔咗個插穌咪得lor~", 嘩..............大佬, 呢d唔係小意思, 隨時着火架~ 不過可能唔第一次掛? 所以都麻木哂~

我仲估佢有6只蠔tim~ 原來只得5隻, 即係廿蚊只(未計加一), 因為之前曾經响街市買過桶蠔打邊爐, 都有6只, 估唔到呢度冇lor~ 其實size都係咁上下, 都唔知係咪比足一桶我..........

先唔計得佢5只, 個味道真係整得唔錯, 雖然個粉漿皮好厚咁包住隻蠔, 但個粉皮係好烟un彈牙的, 而蠔又一d都唔腥, 又唔水, 焗得好乾身, 而且佢爆埋d洋蔥一齊焗, 超香..........但美中不足的又係油咗d~

食完哂嘢, 有位姐姐走埋嚟問d嘢齊哂未, 送埋個糖水我地食好唔好, 咁我就問佢有冇得選, 佢話有紅豆沙同馬蹄爽, 咁我地梗係選馬蹄爽啦~ 因為已經好耐冇食, 而且唔駛又係紅豆沙咁悶嘛~
熱辣辣的馬蹄爽真係好正, 好多蛋花同馬蹄粒, 味道又唔太甜, 啱啱好, 稀杰又適中, 唔錯~

好耐之前幫襯時係完全冇人理, 裝修完嚟個大脫變, d伙計個個好主動, 又熱心, 好過以前好多, 抵讚~
但唯一要再改善就係洗碗方面, 一餐飯入面, 見到兩次唔乾浄的碗碟, 好明顯有舊嘢同有漬, 咁都可以比客人, 真係唔多掂~
Other Info. : 唔知果晚d枱係咪執錯咗, 我地啱啱坐低, 仲睇緊食乜時, 竟然上碟雞比我地, 一路每個上菜姐姐都嚟錯我地果度, 之後損緊蟹時, 又走嚟埋單, 我咬住個蟹鉗望住佢, 佢先知搞錯, 後來聽到上菜個亞姐問做乜亂哂, 個高級少少的姐姐同佢講, 今晚係有d唔同, 你睇清楚d枱號先上啦~ 我心諗, 今晚又唔係特別多人, 而且都有吉枱, 同平時有幾唔同?

太座外家約吃飯,幸好今天放假可以出席,這次約在沙田第一城,一處超過十年沒有到過的地方,商場似迷陣,若不是太座帶路,我真不知怎樣找到這酒樓。未夠七時,門外已站滿等位的人,幸好早已訂座,否則不知要等到何時?太座外家人口眾多,四代同堂,同檯吃飯要分兩席,好不熱鬧。為方便酒樓運作,點了兩席精選海鮮餐,每席另加燒鵝半隻和福建炒飯,希望各人肚滿腸肥。精選海鮮餐上湯焗波士頓龍蝦兩隻伊麵底,龍蝦已切件,份量頗足,沒有空殼,肉質新鮮、甜美、彈牙,伊麵吸收了上湯和龍蝦汁,美味非常。大龍躉兩味,雲耳蜜豆炒球,用龍躉來炒球想起也味美,火候剛好,肉質結實,魚是新鮮的,唯現今的魚都是養的,魚味欠奉,雲耳,蜜豆,西芹,紅黃椒等,顏色鮮艷,清新爽口,配襯出一大碟。清蒸金菰頭腩,加了蒜蓉和金菰,還有金蒜粒,非常惹味,吃頭腩需要耐性,同檯小孩紛紛卻步,正合我這老饕。紅燒花膠四寶羹,是加了些少花膠絲的海皇羹,茨水調得較稠,材料亦疏疏落落,一般而已。瑤柱鮮竹浸翡翠,鮮腐竹煮白菜仔,加了唐芹以增加味道層次,清腸胃之選。福彩脆皮燒雞,亦即是炸子雞,做到皮脆肉嫩,雞皮很薄,皮下帶點脂肪,很香口。翠果拼盤,以西瓜,橙和車厘茄拼成蝴蝶

食完曬所有嘢,但都未見到碟炒飯。問返幫我地落單個0個侍應,佢check覆返話唔記得左落單,已經落返!但我地話要走,唔要碟飯啦!點知佢仲好堅持話:"已經落左單啦!個炒飯好好味,等多十分鐘,好快"。跟住又走左去!我真係未見過咁樣ge服務!已經話唔要,仲強逼客人要!


於是,我地同另一個著suit ge職員講話要賣單,個炒飯唔要啦!佢先幫我地取消個order!

難得同屋企人去飲茶,都搞到咁!真係好掃興!以後都唔想再去呢間酒樓

唔係第一次來幫襯,之前已經食過幾次,都係片皮鴨。第一次來叫咗一隻,佢無即席片起,食食吓發現原來係2隻合拼的,算了﹗之後都去過2-3次食飯或打邊爐,食物水準OK,但員工態度都係麻麻。我地唔會食完一次覺得唔好就唔再比機會的,諗住去多2次試吓,都係咁既態度,但人客一次比一次少。

走嗰陣望吓錶,已差不多7:45p.m.,起身望吓全場,坐唔夠一半。理應星期五、六最旺場。
我諗,BLACK LIST佢算了﹗

今日中午與父母往品茶,被安排往D3枱,即房內,與知客說要大廰,一句冷淡回應:"要搭枱",入房坐下後好快有人開茶,但飲過一壺茶後要揾人加水就難過登天,其間排骨煲仔飯及牛什到,咁就叫個阿姐攞辣椒油,等咗15分鐘唔見,咁惟有自己走出去門口,咁啱見到個高高的短髮女人,一套黑衫褲,應該稍高級,叫佢加水,其間順便問佢攞辣椒油,可能佢唔慣比人使,用眼瞄一瞄,答吓你都費事就出番去,諗住佢遲D會攞嚟,結果又等咗10多分鐘,又要走出去第三次揾人,才可成功取得呢碟珍貴既辣椒油,等咗好耐,終於嚟埋咸水角,竽角及潮州粉菓,好啦埋單啦,又發現其中一碟特點變咗貴一級既頂點,茶錢原來又貴過大廰。講真食物質素唔算突出,但由入門口一刻已開始面對不同階層員工的差劣服務態度,就確實突出啦,講真呢間酒樓環境確唔錯,無奈空有外殼,就連一個較高級員工都如廝不濟,若繼續如此運作下去,恐怕難以營運,除非老板冇諗住賺錢啦!!!
