下午茶幾個同事嚟不過佢地嚟到已經食完幾款野我最後嚟只食幾款點心同一個炒麵蝦餃超大隻蝦同蝦肉爽口燒賣香濃菇味同豬肉爽實蒸牛肉夠淋無乜蘇味鼔油皇炒麵,有銀芽,洋蔥等一齊炒感覺吾夠鑊氣,味道偏淡,麵質夠爽勝在吾油,如果多D芽菜仲好呢度飲茶交通方便,而且食物尚算中上價錢唔貴,所以成日都嚟

蒸牛肉夠淋無乜蘇味

感覺吾夠鑊氣,味道偏淡,麵質夠爽
勝在吾油,如果多D芽菜仲好
呢度飲茶交通方便,而且食物尚算中上
價錢唔貴,所以成日都嚟

Came here for hot pot.

Compared to other hotpot places I have tried before you only get soy sauce and garlic for dipping, anything extra is charged.

1. 壽包
- 每個都拳頭的size,包皮略嫌厚少少,但好在蓮蓉都唔少,平衡番,每個都有一粒的咸蛋黃,喜宴的尾聲帶來唯一的歡喜!
2. 炸子雞 - 可能因為前面唔係食得太飽,所以都食咗幾件雞,皮脆,肉嫩,總算今晚令我飽!
3. XO醬爆花姿及珊瑚 - 有XO醬的野味,翠玉瓜仍有翠綠的甜味,可惜花姿片及及珊瑚蚌唔夠每人一舊,並且大細不一,唔公平!
4. 鮑汁北菇鮑片 - 鮑片又係唔夠數,無得食!自己又唔食冬菇,不過發現D冬菇好大隻,有隻仲係連體菇打孖
;自己就食菜,幸好D菜都上到D鮑汁味,無咁dry!
5. 乳豬全體 - 成晚的第一道,太肚餓,所以唔理好醜,落咗肚先算,脆皮有肉食,攪笑係奉上麵皮,唔match的感覺!
6. 蒸海斑 - 條魚蒸唔熟,食到無晒癮,唔知係自知蒸唔熟,定新煮法,落咗肉絲,無魚食就唯有食肉絲lor。

7. 龍蝦伊麵 - 唔多肉,每人得一少舊,連隻鉗都無咩肉,最離奇係得三隻鉗,仲有隻去咗邊呢........
8. 糯米飯/伊麵 - 伊麵太濕,糯米飯無料,又無味,失敗!
9. 海鮮卷 - 就係中場等咗好耐之後的一道,仲以為係炸唔切,點知咬落都只係暖,條卷又唔飽滿,最攪笑係碟中間放咗幾粒啫喱,裝飾之餘又可填滿隻碟的空間,聰明!
10. 三色糖水 - 包括楊枝金露、紅豆沙及蕃薯糖水。蕃薯糖水無咩水,得大大舊蕃薯;紅豆沙超甜;楊枝金露好奶!

食物欠質素,又無服務,應該被邀請先會再嚟!

叫圉菜, 食物如圖. 沒有多大驚喜, 只是+HKD 10 / 1個的壽包夠大!!!

不過是日**食圉菜送發霉夾包1片 + 1肚氣**

(1) 發霉夾包1片 (如圖) **隨乳豬一隻贈送 --- 不設退換!!! 多番投訴, 不予理會!!! 未知福苑是否因僱用半咸淡廣東話侍應, 未能理解, 或是看<<情越雙白線>>大結局, 未能抽空處理?!?!
最后, 多番尋遍, 找到黑衣人 -- 經理!!! 最后終於獲''妥善''回應!!! ''呵! 唔好意思, 我會話下廚房!'' How efficient and helpful HE IS!!!!!!!


(2) 是日自帶3支Red Wines. 侍應多番研究后, 亦未幫忙開酒. 曾有一侍應走來問過需不需要幫忙開? 不出3秒, 自問自答....''我唔太識開紅酒?'' 多餘!!!!


(3) 原本電話加訂龍蝦沙津, 加HKD 280. 到場時又改口要HKD 680!!! 不如散叫2隻本地都不用HKD 680, 亂到呢!!!

很難得今趟的午餐飯局由劍青小友作主持。來到這間自己從來沒有打算來訪的連鎖式經營酒樓吃個午茶....當天是大除夕。吃之前固然要斟一杯茶,互道"happy new year"可也.....同行的多樂菲小友是一個典型的"飲茶精",每日不到中式茶樓喝喝茶吃吃點心是總不能罷休的。故一坐低便馬上拿起筆於點心紙亂劃一通。小弟卻反倒對這兒的東西沒大興趣,務求能填飽肚便已okay了,所以亦任由她倆點菜....很出奇地的,打頭陣的"古法馬拉糕"質地甚鬆軟,甜味適中,沒有很重的發粉味,還不錯啊....要了一小碗時蔬鯪魚球,原因在於欲吃點較清及濕濕的東西。可惜的是那湯底的師傅味甚濃,喝得人喉嚨發痕;鯪魚球甚淰,不是吾所好的texture,但肉中混入不少的青葱粒及蝦米,是頗足料的,生菜是一般的水平,無甚可論....牛肉腸、义燒及蝦腸就吃得多,菜粒鮮肉作餡的倒是少見。裡頭的所謂切碎菜粒是不多的,豬肉餡卻是足秤;皮是偏厚的"街坊風味",吃後一定夠飽肚,但好不好吃倒是是乎個人喜好了....家鄉炒米粉沒有預期重的人工味,但換來的一是碟淡至無味的東西掌勺先生,下多點鹽,不會是很艱難的一回事吧 ?....看見那XO醬炒蘿蔔

。不選擇吃,小友們埋怨太浪費;着他們試一口,只聽說有如在吃杰了的漿糊一般
。常說浪費食物是缺品之事,但想深一層,那些庸廚如此浪費食材,是不是也有責任呢 ?

看到點心紙有一味叫"菠蘿酥皮蛋批",很是好奇,來一客吃吃。一咬之下,乖乖不得了,裡面的餡料竟有如台式的鳳梨酥一般的
味甜得太過份,令人吃至面容扭曲,配合批面上的那個"菠蘿皮",對個人而言,實在是古怪之極的配搭
。恕小弟真的是無福消受了
....

咖喱蘿蔔牛根腩弄得水汪汪的,咖喱沒見香濃,蘿蔔亦不夠淰,只有牛筋是真的夠軟糯,是唯一可取的一環....

沒有心情再吃下去了

是日,有兩名中國藉,性別分別為男性同女性既師奶,於九龍行福苑相遇;蓋因其中一名師奶,「八」得著數情報,這店九點後火鍋超抵!兩名師奶問得清清楚楚有關優惠,情報所言非虛,花旗參雞煲只索價$1, 特價肥牛只是$8碟,還有不少$12/$18的配料可選....於是,二人就開始大解數,喪點喪食!先來的是湯底 - 花旗參雞煲;雖只索價$1, 但絕不欺場,那碟雞大得有點嚇人;而雞件是冰鮮而非雪藏 (一元湯底,不能奢望有新鮮雞吧?),雞味比想像中豐富,沒有煲過久的那幾件也相當滑溜鮮嫩且帶花旗參香 $8特價牛肉份量也不少;雖然沒有甚麼上級入口即化的質素,但論肉香和鮮嫩度,都是比合格有餘!鮮蝦($12), 一碟八隻,的確非常新鮮,肉質爽脆鮮甜,比不少火鍋店出品要好,推介!炸魚皮 ($12)非常香脆,也是水準之作!魚皮餃 ($18) 則不太好,外皮易散也沒有嚼勁,餡料也不鮮甜且帶微臭,不吃也罷。墨魚滑 ($18) 雖比坊間的細碟,但平上一大截,而且也相當鮮甜,只是質感較鬆散,口感稍遜一點而已。竹笙 ($12) 只是很一般的貨色,不值得試。唐生菜 ($12) 這兒蔬菜選擇較少,西洋菜和皇帝菜也欠奉;不過,唐生

是日,有兩名中國藉,性別分別為男性同女性既師奶,於九龍行福苑相遇;蓋因其中一名師奶,「八」得著數情報,這店九點後火鍋超抵!
兩名師奶問得清清楚楚有關優惠,情報所言非虛,花旗參雞煲只索價$1, 特價肥牛只是$8碟,還有不少$12/$18的配料可選....於是,二人就開始大解數,喪點喪食!
先來的是湯底 - 花旗參雞煲;雖只索價$1, 但絕不欺場,那碟雞大得有點嚇人;而雞件是冰鮮而非雪藏 (一元湯底,不能奢望有新鮮雞吧?),雞味比想像中豐富,沒有煲過久的那幾件也相當滑溜鮮嫩且帶花旗參香

$8特價牛肉份量也不少;雖然沒有甚麼上級入口即化的質素,但論肉香和鮮嫩度,都是比合格有餘!
鮮蝦($12), 一碟八隻,的確非常新鮮,肉質爽脆鮮甜,比不少火鍋店出品要好,推介!
炸魚皮 ($12)非常香脆,也是水準之作!
魚皮餃 ($18) 則不太好,外皮易散也沒有嚼勁,餡料也不鮮甜且帶微臭,不吃也罷。
墨魚滑 ($18) 雖比坊間的細碟,但平上一大截,而且也相當鮮甜,只是質感較鬆散,口感稍遜一點而已。
竹笙 ($12) 只是很一般的貨色,不值得試。
唐生菜 ($12) 這兒蔬菜選擇較少,西洋菜和皇帝菜也欠奉;不過,唐生菜夠新鮮脆嫩且大大碟,都是一個不錯的選擇!

飲品方面則有$12三罐嘉士伯/jolly shandy,也是相當抵飲;師奶B不嗜嘉士伯,要了jolly shandy, 也有三款味道可選,絕不求其。
不過椒絲/蒜蓉等則要另外收錢,$10一碟;既然餸菜如此抵食,加錢要碟椒絲也不為過....更何況,夠大碟,嗜辣如呢兩位師奶者,都用剩一小半。
而店員雖然態度有點街坊,卻也是非常細心,也倒教人自在,沒有拘束感。

兩名大食師奶都食到幾近肚爆,合共$180唔使,質素也怕得住每人平均價百幾二百蚊的火鍋店。如此抵食,呢一男一女師奶又豈可不發揮其師奶本色,將此著數情報繼續發揚光大呢?!
不過記住,九點後才有這些特價優惠啊!
