呢間嘢好多人排隊😳😳等左一個鐘先入到去..終於入到來即刻叫了安格斯牛..好期待石板上來!打邊爐試過一人一鍋,但就未試過一人一石板燒。石板上有舊肥膏,用來抹下石板,類似落油咁!之後就可以將牛肉放上去煎..牛肉都算靚,有雪花㗎!另外,紫菜飯配得好好,裡面仲有魚乾仔,增加了飯的口感!再加一隻蛋..整個一人前對女仔份量啱啱好,男仔可能唔夠飽!美中不足的是裡面人多,座位逼🙈抽風系統亦有待改善,食完個身有陣燒烤味🙈

Chloe 姐係OpenRice 又搵新花款野食日式小爐燒肉 見到價錢都唔太貴 就黎呢間「袐」試下 黑松露牛肉燒定食$148加$20 多唐心蛋同 味素飯味道方面 黑色邊係脆脆的帶點甜及少少鹽味 食唔到松露味 肉方面 其實冇咩肉味 知自己食緊肉 分唔到自己食牛定豬 加埋啲飯 好多味 整體冇左個主角「牛」另外 啲飯芯有啲未熟晒硬硬地既感覺似食意大利飯熟少少咁個人鍾意食軟飯多啲蒲燒鰻魚飯個人極少會點鰻魚飯 因為怕有細骨第一下夾起係見到幾條細骨叫左餐就擔粗粗食埋佢 唔浪費 但食落又ok 唔駛勁nur 骨可以條鰻魚夠嫰口 都淋滑 醬汁都好夾同樣啲飯都唔係好得 有飯芯整體一般 未必會再叫燒肉
