牛肉嘅份量唔少, 但可惜有啲啲韌, 加上冇咩味, 感覺主要係食緊佢吉列粉嘅味道, 不過餐廳係有附送醬汁嘅。個人比較偏好黑松露吉列牛, 黑松露味都好香, 同牛肉都非常match!



不過跟定食的配菜就比較麻麻, 最欣賞係個飯素, 因為吉列牛唔係好送到飯, 所以加埋飯素先可以清晒啲飯佢呢!湯就比較淡, 而個蛋一半冇咩味但係一半都幾甜



另外我哋加咗每人一支冇喺其他地方見過嘅日本版汽水($26), 我呢支係青提味, 味道唔係話好特別不過個樽身幾靚已經好開心

以前未吃過吉列牛或者吉列豬,所以這是朋友特地帶我來這間吃,這家店位於佐敦位置比較隱蔽,想像不到在這麼隱蔽的地方會有一間如此的餐廳。這天我們叫了一個基本版的板燒吉列牛,加配晚市定食,套餐包括吉列牛,飯,湯,和一客糖心蛋,$108+38。首先套餐一送上,就很有日本的感覺,絕對打卡一流,一下子令你好像置身於日本。你可以自行煎吉列牛,自己控制牛的成熟度,因為我喜歡吃比較生的,我可以煎到我想要的成熟度,非常好,不用擔心過熟。而這裏的員工會很經常替客人更換燃料,不用擔心燃料會燒盡,而沒有服務員及時幫你的情況,員工都很盡心,服務一流。

有朋友極力推薦依間吉列牛,我就揾日放假決定去試結果真係冇令我失望🙆🏻‍♀️由於間餐廳座位唔多(特別係因限聚令),而且冇Booking要walk in,所以要一早去排隊等位。我同朋友要左一個板燒吉列牛,一個秘燒黑松露吉列牛加一個燒牛肉野菜煲,三款食物都好好食好入味。吉列牛嘅份量對比起我之前食過其他吉列牛餐廳一啲都唔少,跟餐嘅話會包飯同溏心蛋,半熟嘅溏心蛋加紫菜飯好滿足🤤總共都係三個餐四百幾蚊埋單,服務又好,值得試呀🥳🥳👏🏼
