根據餐牌介紹,佢係古早味做法,有豬油、沙茶、辣豆瓣等用料炒香左之後再配鱸魚。
個鍋上枱時聞到超級咸香既味道!上完菜店員都會齊齊叫聲「湯比魚天鮮,一碗記三天」
金針菇冬菇、寛粉果啲係ok既。而魚既質應亦都唔錯!

❤️食物黎講只能夠講嘉義沙鍋魚個湯底唔係我哋杯茶!我地見其他枱食酸菜魚都食得幾開心。有機會嘅話,我哋都可能會再嚟試吓佢哋嘅酸菜魚。
💚環境方面,感覺就係坊間酸菜魚嗰種裝修,店內有大大個LED 屏幕同埋鮮艷嘅顏色做裝修,務求令到食客用餐同時有較強視覺觀感。
💛服務方面,員工有禮,不過上菜時間比較慢,個魚等左咗成半個鐘,上菜時間有待改善。

築間酸菜魚最近我去咗一間台灣人開的酸菜魚店我點咗酸菜魚,份量真係相當大,湯底酸辣適中,一啖啖飲下去都覺得開胃。魚肉滑,完全冇魚骨,而且配料豐富,有酸菜、雲耳、腐皮、金菇和寛粉等,足料!湯底的酸辣味愈喝愈香,特別適合喜歡小辣的食客,辣得剛剛好。配菜:底下的薯粉吸收了湯的精華,口感軟滑,腐竹則吸滿了湯汁,一絕。酸菜和酸蘿蔔片添上了幾分爽口酸味,整體味道層次分明除酸菜魚,我試咗浪子鹹酥雞,雖然外皮略嫌油,但炸得新鮮,雞肉保留住肉汁,味道相當不錯。 然後仲有鐵漢小蘇肉 炸得好鬆化 可口 個人覺得呢個係必點嘅另外亦都叫一個紅豆仙草同芒果奶凍 都係做得唔錯😍😍😍😍

一閞門便去午餐,所以任我選坐那一張枱。地方清潔,光猛,舒服。店員有禮,解釋好不同的菜的地方,我有選擇困難,樣樣都想試吓,結果都糸選了總長酸菜魚。好吃,但只有二人份量,沒有一人份量,所以我吃得太飽了。
