原來喺香港都可以食到咁平嘅粉面!平日食開嘅粉面都要50蚊左右一碗,但呢間潮州粉面Q抵,但口味很鹹。只揀一款配菜凈得26蚊!四份配菜先41蚊!今次收工睇到呢間小店,夜晚都陸續有叔叔阿姨來食。仲話係香港老字號。揀咗大腸面 加 豬皮。老闆真係好大方,俾咗六塊豬皮,仲加少少紫菜碎!喺香港呢一碗凈得31蚊。口味方面 老香港嘅味道。唯一缺點係湯底真係好鹹!今次揀豬皮表面都好似一層胡椒粉。如果唔鐘意重口味就會唔適應。但咁平假錢唔好追求咁多啦!

讀書時由舊店已經係常客, 佢地最吸引人係爆左既蔥油加落碗湯粉度(潮式粉面做法),其次最懷念既就係佢個唔辣既辣油,但係呢個辣油愈來愈唔好食了,而家個辣油主要係咸無左好香個個味。雙腸仍然不錯,但牛腩就唔建議大家嗌,肉薄又鞋店主媽媽主理時候,真的是最好食既時期。。。懷念。。。所以都會耐不耐幫襯

介紹返一間我由細食到大嘅粉麵老店😉

疫情前食過, 當時覺得個麵好好食, 牛腩都唔差,咁啱過嚟西營盤所以特登返嚟試下。叫咗個牛腩麵。牛腩好薄,好似係連骨位,片起嗰啲肉咁薄,口感好差,味道正常但係一啲都唔突出。麵就保持一貫水準都係彈牙好味。可惜牛腩咁差,完全唔會有下一次。如果上次係咁嘅質素一定唔會返轉頭。又少咗一間可以回頭嘅食肆。

原來真係比咗油麵🤣我都鍾意食,個湯底好特別,應該係比較傳統潮式湯麵既湯底,都幾好味👍

牛肚同大腸比較有咬口,唔會過淋,件數都比得夠多。

牛肚麵$28,加大腸➕$5,如果係大腸麵就$25。

一個兩餸麵$33抵唔抵見仁見智,如果淨係食碗麵當一餐應該未必夠飽,不過因為我近期食多咗所以今餐食少D都冇乜所謂🤣

可惡的豬皮失焦了,不過多少也能呈現出十分軟腍和入味的狀態 (可以加點想像啊!)。跟著是充滿潮州特色的魚餃,雖不是自家製作,但煙韌的餃皮和帶香不糊口的餃餡,我們也認為要比一般的好吃!

對於我沒有第一時間介紹湯頭,有感奇怪嗎?個人認為湯頭是「翁記」的最大特色,故在末段介紹更加合適!入口擁有濃而清的豬骨香氣,輕鹹中夾雜著自家製蔥油的郁香,加上蔥花,這是我人生首次嚐到這種潮式豬骨蔥油湯頭,口味非常獨特,可能「翁記」是香港絕無僅有的代表!

湯頭純鮮鹹香,我喝了一大半也沒有口乾舌燥,如此真材實材、無添加,三餸麵賣 HK$35、四餸麵才 HK$40,確是街坊實惠之選!如果喜歡的話,更可購買「翁記」自家製的蔥油和辣椒油回家品嚐!

相比起米飯,我更偏好粉麵類的最近行開西環個頭,見到有間小麵檔,最鐘意去試小店🙈(成日都有surprise)入到去鋪位唔算大,但都幾懷舊feel。店內選擇唔算多,但一直飄來陣陣香氣,於是隨意叫了碗墨丸米。果然!果然有驚喜一上菜已經聞到好濃的欖菜香!(個人超喜歡欖菜炒飯)但望一望又唔似有落欖菜,後來才知是炸蔥油(店內有提供散賣)除了老闆自制炸蔥油,墨丸同樣吸引。食左好有咬口而且食到粒粒墨魚肉,高質!

一上菜已經聞到好濃的欖菜香!(個人超喜歡欖菜炒飯)但望一望又唔似有落欖菜,後來才知是炸蔥油(店內有提供散賣)除了老闆自制炸蔥油,墨丸同樣吸引。食左好有咬口而且食到粒粒墨魚肉,高質!

以前有一間好好食的粉腸牛丸麵喺銅鑼灣世貿中心後面一條小巷,之後入舖搬左去灣仔都仲有幫襯,可惜幾年前結業了。一直好懷念果種味道,最近知道原來西環有一間開左好耐的類似潮州麵舖。今日去開西環,決定要試下呢間,舖面比較陳舊,不過老闆娘都幾有禮貌,當時係星期六的下午兩點,人流也不少,外賣左粉腸牛丸蘿蔔米,加左兩匙辣椒油,不過都唔係幾辣,粉腸唔會太腍、牛丸好爽、蘿蔔腍甜,整體味道同以前食過的有七分相似,去開附近不妨試下。
