之前見過介紹呢間都算新的餐廳,聽講話係前五星酒店大廚開嘅,一直想試。呢次同個鐘意食海鮮的朋友黎一試。OpenRice 寫港鐵A2出口,但完全搵唔到A2,而A出口係去反方向的⋯行咗個大運先去到店面雖然唔大,但整潔明亮,都坐得舒服。幾位店員小哥友善親切,會黎介紹店內的菜式。因為有叫蝦蟹,中間又會自動黎幫忙換乾淨碟,服務態度👍🏻(唔知同友人不斷叫海鮮有無關😆)總結呢間小店十分適合三五知己黎晚飯,嘆下精緻高水準中菜。餐牌菜式唔多,但樣樣精緻有水準,店員話其實大廚有好多拿手菜,想食乜嘢下次可以預先打電話訂定。菜式份量不多,啱晒鐘意試菜的女士,如果有大食男士,最好叫多個炒飯食飽肚。

總結呢間小店十分適合三五知己黎晚飯,嘆下精緻高水準中菜。餐牌菜式唔多,但樣樣精緻有水準,店員話其實大廚有好多拿手菜,想食乜嘢下次可以預先打電話訂定。菜式份量不多,啱晒鐘意試菜的女士,如果有大食男士,最好叫多個炒飯食飽肚。

豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜幾夠鑊氣,不過因為同魔鬼炒飯都有用豆豉鯪魚,味道上有少少重複。同埋如果豆豉鯪魚粒可以大塊啲,我會開心啲。

總括:細細一間中式小菜館,估唔到菜式做得如此出色,絶對唔馬虎!味道真係可以比美好多酒店中菜甚至星級食府,價錢絕對相宜。服務態度很好,好抱歉小朋友唔小心倒瀉杯水,他們都好友善清理仲係咁話唔緊要好小事(我都勁唔好意思)

下次再嚟吓其他菜式,好多都好吸引

its a very competitive area thats mean u must hv sth talent to shine among the others. the places full of all countries restaurant. what it can stand out let me explain a little more.


it choose 8-10 dishes which are very unique in the places, it not normal likes hk restaurent, it serves "fries food" for example the fries noodle and fries rice. what make it stand out is their high quality.


chef claims was come from madarin oriental chinese cuisines dept. thats why the dishes a a bit taste like the hotel style that similar to those we tries in wedding tables.


1) fuking fries rice. $65
rice are separte apart, dries enuf with little egg . not too oily, high quality of rice.
topping is mixed with oyster and abalone sauce. perfectly balance likes the hotel taste.


2) lobster soup rice 78$
tradition stock soup with rice. added shirmp pieces. quite surprise waiter bring a cup of dried fries rice and spread them all to your bowl in front of you. funmy gimmic. just like magician.


3) pork lung soup 38$
very well taste soup, rich ingredient. nothimg to complaint.



total without +1 service charge cost you 181$, hotel quality , bomb. 對得住天地良心。


**** udon portion is a bit small compared to rice **** good for ladies
