啟德AIRSIDE開左之後都無去過,原來都幾多比較少見既餐廳,上星期同朋友去試咗主打韓式燒肉既「冬柏」,店內空間寬敞開揚光亮,坐得舒服。而且佢地採用特製抽風系統係爐既兩邊抽風,唔會擋到視線,呢點真係幾好。一坐底就送上冰凍麥茶。而7道前菜中有個係甜番薯蓉,呢個好特別,而其他醃菜都醃得好好,最愛泡菜,好開胃。另外燒爐上仲會有泡菜蒸蛋同芝士粟米,見隔離枱嗌先知可以無限refill,最終我地都忍唔住食左2轉。 一級五花肉五花肉肥瘦相間,油脂豐膄,肉嫩甘香之餘不油膩,煎至微微焦脆更香口。附一個唔刺鼻的芥末醬,有助提味解油膩。豬皮我地初初唔知同唔識燒,結果燒燶左一面,店員見狀過黎教我地,原來本身已經熟,每邊燒30秒就食得。滿滿膠質,好好味。和牛牛五花肉質鮮嫩,油脂豐富,牛肉味比較濃,適合慢烤,烤至微焦,別有一番風味。牛小排厚薄度岩岩好,肉香濃郁,富油香,再煎至外層焦香,中間軟腍,超滿足。泡菜煎餅記得趁熱食,煎得好香口,泡菜比得足夠,凍左會有D硬,呢個時候可以放上爐度燒一燒佢,依然好味。焦糖布甸布甸十分綿滑,甜度剛剛好,奶香十足。芝士蛋糕配雪糕蛋糕質感軟滑,芝士味勁濃,同様甜度剛好,建議食完布甸先食
