本身是勝利道老店,做餃子的本店較為出色,雖然較貴但質素不錯回頭率高;幾年前同街開了牛腩專賣店,試過一次無下次;今次工作關係經過長沙灣分店又撞正想食牛雜所以再試一次… 外賣。牛三寶飯(走汁)$60:預左佢咸所以走汁,結果出錯了牛腩飯、無走汁。牛腩仍然是記憶中的牛腩,乾瘦柴。(兩種飯好似相差八蚊…)牛雜半份(走膀)$70:結果無走膀… 牛肚牛腸牛肺蘿蔔墊底,兩個字,咸+腍!應該唔係新鮮牛雜(香港地好難…),腍到無牙應該都食到,但係都唔使咁咸架?(由於飯有汁已經好咸,牛雜我係一啖蘿蔔一啖牛雜咁食完佢…)腩汁甜蘿蔔 $22:由於信唔過小店洗菜會乾淨,唯有夏天食蘿蔔。都係個個字—咸!同牛雜只係“好咸”同“咸”嘅分別;亦都唔腍,我覺得同本店餃子嘅食物水準質素差好遠…服務態度OK,就係唔明做乜出錯晒單,(LUNCH TIME?)仲要係外賣無得投訴… 總結:牛腩完全唔合格,整體“佬”味重(SORRY 我都唔想用呢個字),咸咸咸!食完勁飲水… 基本上所有食材都食唔到原味,亦食唔到廚藝和心思… 絕對無下次! continue reading

呢間餐廳係同事介紹嘅,佢話之前附近返工食過唔錯🥸正如其名,佢最出名就係賣牛腩類菜式💁🏻‍♀️鋪頭嘅位置都幾入,如果唔特登搵平時都未必會行去個度,不過其實就係D2 Place二期斜對面~~~~🌼環境鋪頭入面其實都幾細,得幾個位,所以佢都做外賣居多坐得唔係好舒服同埋逼,乾淨程度尚算可以接受🤫不過我重視食物質素多啲,所以唔係好介意😇.🔶牛三寶河粉($52)我本身唔食牛雜(除左牛肚同牛柏葉🤪),所以呢碗係朋友叫的,望落份量幾多佢話好味夠肥美,都唔會有異味我食左舊牛肚都唔錯,幾入味😆😆.🔶牛腩撈麵($50)🪄7.3/10有得揀牛腩汁/蠔油汁,我就比較鍾意腩汁麵條幾彈牙,撈汁食好味😋主角牛腩大部分屬於瘦肉但唔韌,只有一角仔有肥膏,但咬左佢就ok食落好入味,有牛味得黎唔會騷🐂但對比河粉,撈麵就好似細份啲不過都夠食😝💰注意撈麵係要加錢轉㗎~.🔶炸魚皮($78)🪄7.2/10佢係膠袋上,但好大份👍🏻平時出去食應該得呢度一半🤧冇特別調味,不過夠脆口,同湯麵一齊食係perfect match🥰~~~⭐️回頭指數🌕🌕🌕🌖🌑粉麵小店黎講佢定價都唔算平,但我覺得價錢係對得住質素嘅ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ而且店員都好nice😊見到餐牌有一個推薦菜式叫「涼瓜比目魚煎蛋飯」,好似幾特別,暫時未係其他餐廳見到🤓下次想試下 continue reading

過開嚟呢頭開會,喺公司樓下經過呢間麵店,味道真係香噴噴,的確係好吸引人。門口睇一睇餐牌,嘩,價錢唔係特別貴,但定價係$40一碗粉面,的確唔簡單,因為喺荔枝角環頭環尾,一間簡陋嘅小店,竟然叫呢個價錢,一定有佢過人之處,所以有一定嘅期望,就入去試下。先講結論:係令人失望嘅!要測試一碗牛腩粉麵有幾好食,有兩個主要元素,第一當然係嚿牛腩,第二就係個湯頭,通常肥腩同半肥瘦都一定唔會唔好食得去邊,要試出師傅嘅真功夫,就要食瘦腩,而且要多汁,希望令到個湯更濃郁,除非你想食得好清。整體上,份量是OK的,首先試咗舊牛腩,一咬落去,完全冇入口鬆化嘅感覺,而肉質係帶一點死實,但未至於韌,同時唔夠入味,咬入肉中間,味道好淡。當然,你會話食半肥瘦咪得囉,係你自己揀瘦腩之嘛;但我頭先咪講過囉,就係要試吓師傅嘅真功夫!湯頭亦冇乜特色,好明顯只係普通粉面店嘅一般湯頭再加上普普通通嘅腩汁,一啲都食唔到香料五香嘅味道,只係一啲普通得唔可以再普通嘅腩汁放上湯。所以,整體上呢碗牛腩米粉實在係普普通通過普普通通,叫價$40實在係唔合格!芥蘭嘅質地唔錯,淥菜嘅時間掌握得好好,蠔油幾好味,反而蠔油芥蘭係挽回左少少分數!下次再嚟荔枝角,一定唔會再嚟食,因為呢個價錢來講,CP值實在太唔值! continue reading
