蛇汁浸雞拼燒腩仔飯
食蛇嘅地方,好多時都會做埋燒臘飯。蛇王熙嘅燒臘都唔簡單,雞件用蛇汁浸過,索晒精華,仲有淡淡蛇嘅味道,但食起上嚟一啲都唔腥,令本身嫩滑嘅雞肉更有層次。

終於到了食蛇的季節,自小都好怕凍,所以秋冬都會食幾次蛇羹,暖暖身,進補一下!如果港島區的話,我以前都常去銅鑼灣,最近得知重開了,立即衝去食!這兩天氣溫急跌,門口已經排了人龍,幸好很多都是外賣,等了一陣就入到去了!老闆同員工都招呼好好,我同媽媽各點了蛇羹飯餐。我點了燒味三拼,分別是叉燒、燻蹄和燒腩仔,媽媽點了燒鵝三拼,有叉燒和蛇汁浸雞,套餐有涼拌拍青瓜雲耳。涼拌菜酸酸地,好清爽,開胃。燒味好靚好高質素,完全不下於米之蓮餐廳,每件都油光滿滿,叉燒有麥芽糖味,肉質軟稔,燻蹄好香,燒腩都好稔!媽媽大讚燒鵝,皮脆肉嫩,另外蛇汁浸雞都好特別,淡淡的蛇汁香,雞肉好嫩!主角蛇羹有別於其他的,足料就一定的,還加了花膠,一碗都有3,4件,份外滿足,蛇肉有咬口,濃淡得宜,加上薄脆和檸檬草,水準好好!食完成身都好暖!

另外碟燒鵝髀雞髀飯,亦值得畀個 Like,睇下兩隻髀嘅賣相幾吸引,外皮立立令,油亮有光澤。鵝髀皮薄酥脆,入口肉味豐富,肉汁帶甜,十分甘香;而雞髀肉質亦嫩滑富肉汁,咬下啖啖肉,真係冇得輸。
