豬扒上枱見個份量都可以,雖然有點薄,但顏色看上去炸得均勻透徹,豬扒調過味,咬落去非常非常入味香口,適合喜歡濃味嘅我。泡飯湯底也很不錯,加點辣椒油,湯底更加香。

依間位於屯門叫豬大王嘅餐廳,一聽個名都知道係專門食豬啦!小店座位唔多,只有幾張枱。繁忙時間通常都要等位。今次係黃昏時間去,所以就唔使等位可以直接入去。當然要食必點嘅皇豬扒湯麵啦!今次叫咗豬扒配米粉,豬扒都係即叫即做,所以都要等一陣先至會上菜。豬扒又大塊又肉嫩多汁亦都唔會太過油膩,仲要預先幫你切好非常貼心。豬扒調味都非常之惹味,但唔會太鹹,十分之好食!湯米粉嘅豬骨湯底亦清清地幾好食!米粉亦都唔會煮得過腍,質感啱啱好。

每次黎到都會食佢既雞翼泡飯加凍奶菜
雞翼係即炸 需時15至20分鐘

首先豬肉片醃到有d咸....其次係個湯太重味精!


第二碗叫 類似金牌豬扒撈麵....

返到去打開....又係一舊凍左既麵,加少少蠔油....
d麵凍左都痴埋一舊舊,點撈?

蠔油又比得少
明知外賣就幫客人撈埋先出餐啦!

最激氣就係塊豬扒....醃到過哂火位....
d肉仲要鞋身,咬落好霉....

我唔明點解叫王牌....因為佢難食?

另外又比多碗湯我...係咪預左難食要加落碗湯度?

皇牌豬扒係即叫即整,口感鬆軟,而且保持到肉汁鮮嫩,秘製嘅調味惹味香口,而且大大塊啖啖肉!預先切咗件方便食,細心~

裝修小店風格運用深木系列,座位不多只得三十來個。但侍應卻聘上三個,人力比例過高,可略為縮減。感覺整整齊齊,裝修燈光沒有什麼特別。

以大碗盛載,但賣相不太吸引,內臟鮮血經烹沸後,廚師沒有隔渣隔泡,造成湯底呈暗灰混濁狀態,駭人恐怖。但好處確實湯水營養豐富,建議可先汆水三十秒再過冷水,使湯色清晰外貌更為吸引。

豬八寶材料豐富,也見廚房用心制作。豬潤硬身起沙、豬肚略嫌刀法太粗,每片切得份量頗大、豬腰爽脆彈牙、粉腸帶有粗澀咬口、豬脷豬片正常發揮,再配上以豬骨熬成的湯頭,成為一道豬雜宴。

飲掉幾匙湯頭,便加入枱上幾滴辣椒油提味。辣椒油為正常牛腩麵店的款式,但香味辣味稍稍不足。

總括而言,店主開啟了香港藍海市場轉營豬內臟粉麵。需知豬內臟雖然來貨成本平宜,但要後期加工處理,極考廚師功夫及耐心,才可制作出一碗精緻美味麵食。建議兩則,一為提升賣相先汆水才烹煮;二為增設豬雜綿綿廣東粥品,定必更能吸引四方老饗。

豬內臟我最愛一味菜式,是在山東濟南所吃之魯菜系名菜【九轉大腸】,香港本土之外省菜師傅從沒有人敢烹此菜讓我品嘗。可惜哉!

最欣賞係佢地嘅湯,強調無味精,每日花幾個鐘煲,每碗都有好多菜粒、肉碎,就咁飲個湯都覺好味👍🏻
同埋每次上菜都覺得勁熱,出哂煙,真係要慢慢食,或者等幾分鐘先開始食,唔係嘅話內唇好易甩皮😂
