單看「酵母兵團」的名字,便想到這裏以乳酪作為主打。不過今次吃的卻非招牌貨,而是火腿芝士牛角包和忌廉抹茶,然而質素亦沒有令人失望。必先要讚賞那個聲稱是法國進口的牛角包,酥皮焗得十分香脆,而且沒有過量的油份,吃起來非常鬆化可口。內裏的火腿有一陣香濃的煙燻味,帶著令人心動的鹹香。芝士焗得呈半溶狀態,與牛角包可謂是最佳拍擋。至於忌廉抹茶則有很濃茶味,我略嫌帶一點苦澀,忌廉增添了這杯飲品的幼滑感,不錯。

後來外帶了朱古力酥、紅桑子酥、紅桑子扭紋酥(不肯定)和煙黑椒牛肉芝士牛角酥,頭兩款迷你酥3件的優惠價為$20,後兩款每款也不用$20,本來想試的吉士忌廉酥售罄了


朱古力酥紅桑子酥的酥皮都十分香脆,酥餅外層沒有過量地滲漏的油份,牛油味較普遍的牛角酥弱。
朱古力酥是混入朱古力粒,說不出實際的好處或壞處,沒有特別過人之處,朱古力是一般配搭,勝在甜度適中和酥皮回家後仍保持鬆脆。
紅桑子酥則混入了紅桑子醬,甜度較上者高,比朱古力酥不單調,但也沒有驚喜之處,內層酥皮較上者濕潤。

紅桑子扭紋酥,這款類同於紅桑子酥,以紅桑子乾替代紅桑子醬,甜度較低,分佈較平均,型狀為長條型,感覺比較耐吃,感覺也較清新,沒那麼Heavy,如果像是丹麥條甜甜的外層定必吸引十倍。酥皮與前兩者理所當然是同一類型,不過整體來說這款比較出色。

煙黑椒牛肉芝士牛角酥,酥皮自不用說也是與上述的同一類型,分別在於這款是鹹的配搭。
煙黑椒牛肉,肉質夠腍,不過鹹,但欠煙燻味,份量顯然十分慷慨,一片又一片。
其下的則是片裝芝士,似乎芝士與肉夾餅已是鐵一般的事實,也是很難挑剔的組合,美味的組合。
整體來說,配搭是不錯的,吃之前緊記先放入焗爐烘一會,讓芝士融化,美味加倍。

總括來說,無論是FroYo還是酥餅還有很大的進步空間,看得出店主是有心人,相信以酥餅和海鹽焦糖乳酪混Espresso打響名堂一日指日可待,當然前提是努力地改良改良再改良,其中一位招待女店員態度甚佳,其他的則比較含蓄。
建議酥餅即買即吃並選出爐不久,免去再烘焗加熱的功夫。

十月上旬.正值玩pop up coffee stand 之際,途經灣仔...見到這家店子也有一台不差的咖啡機. 立立眼見到位眼熟的咖啡師~marcko 重以為佢過咗檔定自立門戶 ; 原來是一次的 barista crossover 二話不說的要了杯doppio : 順暢帶香草香氣少少杏仁味唯一是稀身. Marcko 還特地推薦這裡的牛角包,用上的是上等的法國牛油. 夠so勁 , 又鬆化. 真好吃. 希望 在crossover 之後回頭的barista 也學會一手好手勢...咁又可以一邊行玩具街一邊飲咖啡.

这间店是OK~优格只卖25,价格在同类来说很便宜,质素也OK~喜欢甜D的,选焦糖口味你不会失望~~不过我钟意原味,感觉较健康吧呵呵~~~~大爱那个法国的牛角包~可以加火腿和芝士~口感热辣辣软绵绵的牛油味,有次打包不热后的牛角包反而变得更加有层次感,好惊喜~老板说是法国制造的面包,坐飞机来香港的~很好吃,快去试~里面还有咖啡供应~可惜本人不爱咖啡,是在没有什么研究~咖啡达人再补上吧~这家店的服务不错,大家都笑容满面~让我吸收了很多的正能量~再加上美味的面包,正啊~!!

今朝乘早了一班車,所以終於有時間停下到訪,店舖內的裝修有點café的味道,感覺舒服,我被它店內的「完美煙火腿芝士牛角酥」poster吸引,二話不說就點了這個套餐試試… 果然沒有令我失望!牛角酥牛油味好香濃,入口鬆脆,跟普通麵包店買到的不一樣,很多普通麵包店所賣的是「牛角包」而非「牛角酥」,對我來說只要芝士再溶多少許就已是真正的「完美」了!再配上一杯MOVENPICK咖啡,確實是早晨的一大享受… 除了牛角酥外,還有不少其他法式酥餅均賣相吸引,我下次一定要再來試試!!

在春園街上盡是千軍萬馬的上班一族,正在加快腳步趕去上班,對我來說,這是個很HEA的早上。喝罷奶茶,路過見到貌似新開不久的麵包店酵母兵團。牛角飽現正特價$8一個,便買一個試試,早上吃到的當然新鮮熱辣,酥皮層入口鬆化帶脆,但欠缺一點牛油香。很難將其與我吃過最好的貨色來相比,$8一個不貴,很難說三道四了。這天早上很HEA,所以,這個食評,一樣地HEA,謝謝。

I really hate and love Spring Garden lane, there are so many nice eateries, but its a battle of pedestrians and cars.Discovered the new Yogurt shop which is totally out of place, it is really done up compared to the other shops next to it.The rest on this road are Chinese.There is another branch of this at Shatin.Basically this shop sell three items, pastries, coffee and froyo.I dont drink coffee, so didnt buy coffee.It would be good if they had a sit in area.Anyway from the pastry counter at th

I really hate and love Spring Garden lane, there are so many nice eateries, but its a battle of pedestrians and cars.

The rest on this road are Chinese.
There is another branch of this at Shatin.

Basically this shop sell three items, pastries, coffee and froyo.

I dont drink coffee, so didnt buy coffee.

It would be good if they had a sit in area.

Anyway from the pastry counter at the front I was attracted by this [pie] looking pastry, which turns out to be an apple turnover.
I wonder if it is a Chinese version.

If you search for an Apple Turnover using Flickr or foreign Yahoo, you'll get a triangle looking puff pastry, whereas if you search for a cheese and onion pie, you'll find the one looking like the apple turnover they sell there.

In the end, I got the apple turnover, basically it was apple puree/jam inside not diced stewed apples.
The pastry was very buttery which you could smell.

It was slightly too localised for my liking.
