最近天氣漸涼就同朋友去試下醉藥雞補下身😂我地朋友一齊點左醉肝鮑,醉乳鴿同招牌醉雞米線.首先上左醉肝鮑,最深刻記憶就係鵝肝口感超似牛油十分cream 而且都入味,鮑魚同流心蛋就普通都入味既~醉乳鴿本人覺得熱食脆乳鴿好食啲.啲味同醉肝鮑差唔多.跟住就上醉雞米線,唔知係咪因為前面兩碟係冷盤,再食熱米線即刻舒服曬。飲一啖湯,醉湯比冷盤醉汁更甜,可能因為加左紅棗.米線同雞就普通無咩特別.總結就試一次就可以😌

之前食過兩次都知份量少,食第二次時聽到隔離枱落單原來有得叫多米線;今次落單就叫醉雞多米線,點知黎到都係少米線,得一陀仔,問佢會唔會補答我會,食晒果陀仔米線問佢幾時補到,答我煮緊等多陣,卒之食埋 d 醉雞,再等多陣到走果時都未煮到比我,頭尾半個鐘;其實唔想補不如你一開始話無得補我都無咁嬲,米線又唔係 d 咩矜貴野,醉雞米線收六七十,好心就咪咁小家,下次去深水埗都係食第二樣算,唔算平得黎又食唔飽,食完仲要諗食乜補倉,真係搵笨。

本人三位晚市去到排隊等位,在我之前有五張枱等緊,全都是兩位。等咗半個鐘,等前面五個號碼入晒,下張應該到我(54號),跟住職員叫我之後果個號碼入(55號),因為係二人枱。我覺得係ok嘅,等咗震,又叫二人枱(56號)。未有四人枱,冇辦法。之後佢叫(57號)同(58號)兩張二人飛,我望入去見到係一齊坐喺四人枱。我就問職員點解唔係我先?佢答話太多人等,要盡量入多d人先。咁我話咁有四人枱唔俾我,咁我係咪要等我之後d二人枱入晒先有枱?佢我不如依家分開兩張二人飛等啦~佢話可以,之後下兩張飛我地就入咗去,我一個人一坐底,我隔離枱就結賬,我問職員我另外兩位朋友都未叫野食可否調過黎?職員竟然黑面話唔得喎,如果你要四人枱,一係起身出去攞飛排過!我問點解唔得?佢答唔得就唔得。跟住我話要見佢老闆,佢話冇老闆!我全程冇大聲過,冇駡過任何人,更加冇粗言穢語,竟然換黎咁嘅服務態度!

今日嚟到深水埗覓食 🍽前排各區都開咗好多間雞🐥湯米線 而呢間喺網上啲評分較高嘅一間 終於可以試一試🌟當然叫咗佢招牌菜砂鍋雞湯翅 佢可以選擇配米線 米粉 粉絲 刀削面 白飯 銀針粉 賴粉 今次我揀咗配米線🤭首先個雞湯嚟到個湯仲係熱辣辣 🔥啲湯仲係滾滾下 ⚠️所以千祈唔好掂到個砂鍋真係會辣到 個雞湯鮮味非常之出 好濃郁 👍🏻👍🏻真係好似屋企煲左好多個鐘嘅滋補湯咁 啲雞肉都係10分嫩滑 🐣而主角嘅🐠魚翅都絕對份量唔少 絕對唔係剩係得幾條 以$68嚟講真係絕對抵食✔️😎另外我哋仲叫咗一個醉鮑魚十分抱歉因為食剩一隻先發現唔記得影相😂$118有六隻鮑魚來講一啲都唔貴 鮑魚大大隻口感煙韌 再配上桂花酒同埋少量蟲草花真係絕配☺️👏🏻👏🏻

今天休假到深水埗看一下電腦、電子產品,最重要的是有最好吃的醉鵝肝在這裡,剛剛已經在這條有名的福榮街買一路吃過來,只要來到深水埗就不能不來「醉藥雞」,醉藥雞的料理一年四季都適合吃,冬天有養身的生滾湯類補身、夏日則有冰鎮的冷盤料理可以清涼一下,小編經常來醉藥雞吃飯,吃過很多冷盤都很好吃,但如果只能點一道菜我還是最推薦醉鵝肝👍👍👍今天點了👇👇👇醉肝鮑:醉肝鮑裡面有蛋、鵝肝、鮑魚,醉鵝肝的質感鮮嫩好似高級餐廳的鵝肝料理、好入味又濃郁,而醉蛋酒味香濃加上滑順的糖心的口感更是不要錯過,醉鮑魚口感爽脆,亦不會咬不爛,酒味都下得剛剛好不怕吃完會醉酒呀👍

醉肝鮑裡面有蛋、鵝肝、鮑魚,醉鵝肝的質感鮮嫩好似高級餐廳的鵝肝料理、好入味又濃郁,而醉蛋酒味香濃加上滑順的糖心的口感更是不要錯過,醉鮑魚口感爽脆,亦不會咬不爛,酒味都下得剛剛好不怕吃完會醉酒呀👍

呢間新開張時已經有幫襯但有一排質素係差啲啲雞成日唔夠熟,米線又硬,就冇再食但最近食返,發現個湯底多料咗,食物質素都有進步!今次叫咗醉雞湯米線同人蔘雞湯米線。醉雞湯個湯底有淮山紅棗雲耳,10分足料。酒味偏濃,不過唔會好油,值得一讚。但其中一個米線都係偏硬,要重新加熱。不過因為湯底同食材都進步咗,呢個都算係小問題,如果唔係經常發生都可以接受,但可以注意一點。人蔘雞湯米線就偏向油啲,但係睇得出係雞湯底,亦都有一支支蔘仔喺度,鍾意食甘味嘅應該會覺得幾唔錯,但湯料就會冇醉雞湯底咁豐富。整體而言,依家嘅米線材料多咗,雞嘅水準都穩定咗,呢個價錢來講都10分唔錯,經過會想在去食嘅!
