聖誕節正常系食大餐, 我就黎太安樓掃街. 之前有報道介紹呢間26年歷史金樺餅店有懷舊煙囪蛋糕賣, 亦叫做荷蘭撻, 每件$8, 在其他餅店唔容易搵到, 呢隻蛋糕仲有其他別名帽子、煙囪、荷蘭撻、飛天炮等 . 呢隻餅咁吸引我系因為佢本是一件普通的牛油蛋糕, 由師傅再精心後期製作, 用圓柱體模具, 將中心既蛋糕切走,再加入奶油,最後將切走的圓柱蛋糕放回中央就完成。蛋糕唔太甜奶油亦香, 原來奶油共用了三款牛油,奶油口感順滑香濃. 一個平凡既牛油蛋糕變成外形特別既蛋糕. 再睇介紹呢間餅店仲有蛋撻,紙包蛋糕或其他港式麵包都出色值得一試, 又有藉口再一次黎太安樓🧁

I didn't think anything of it until I saw this grand proclamation. This place was voted on the best 5 egg tarts on Hong Kong Island. Really? I drew  a blank. I had no idea. Did you? Curiosity took over and I  went in to get one.

One egg tart was $4 each. They used a shortbread crust instead of the old style flaky ones. The crust was sturdy and didn't fall apart when I bit into it. The custard was smooth and not too sweet. It was fairly good. Was it the best 5 in Hong Kong? I don't know. But it was pretty delicious.

只係食過雞蛋糕同埋蛋撻首先要講下雞蛋糕雞蛋糕價錢唔算貴,而且算大啲,憑視覺上性價比幾高,聞落,件蛋糕雞蛋味唔算濃,食落口都算軟身,但係未算好滑身,入口之後雞蛋面的確唔算濃。然後講蛋撻蛋撻來講,呢間算係做得好好,雞蛋嘅香味好足,唔太甜,蛋食落口都OK滑,冇辦法嘅,如果太滑通常都會冇咗蛋味,係蛋漿比例嘅問題。而且呢間鋪頭淨係買曲奇底,本人係非常鍾意食曲奇底嘅,佢個餅底好香,好趣又鬆化,但係唔會好厚,亦唔會太薄,$4隻蛋撻,價錢非常合理,加埋咁嘅質素,直頭抵玩。我平時買一隻即食嘅,如果大家係買走,一段時間先食,記住唔好買太熱太新鮮出爐嗰啲,因為會有倒汗水,會有可能焗「林」咗啲曲奇底,變得唔好食

只係食過雞蛋糕同埋蛋撻
首先要講下雞蛋糕
雞蛋糕價錢唔算貴,而且算大啲,憑視覺上性價比幾高,聞落,件蛋糕雞蛋味唔算濃,食落口都算軟身,但係未算好滑身,入口之後雞蛋面的確唔算濃。
然後講蛋撻
蛋撻來講,呢間算係做得好好,雞蛋嘅香味好足,唔太甜,蛋食落口都OK滑,冇辦法嘅,如果太滑通常都會冇咗蛋味,係蛋漿比例嘅問題。
而且呢間鋪頭淨係買曲奇底,本人係非常鍾意食曲奇底嘅,佢個餅底好香,好趣又鬆化,但係唔會好厚,亦唔會太薄,$4隻蛋撻,價錢非常合理,加埋咁嘅質素,直頭抵玩。

我平時買一隻即食嘅,如果大家係買走,一段時間先食,記住唔好買太熱太新鮮出爐嗰啲,因為會有倒汗水,會有可能焗「林」咗啲曲奇底,變得唔好食

係太安樓附近食完午餐。帶屋企人去行下太安樓。見到舊式嘅麵包鋪。麵包控嘅我。當然忍唔任要入去行下圈啦!見到$7大大件雞蛋糕。食飽左都忍唔住買件試下!有手掌咁大件。而且好厚身。都幾軟熟。但略嫌無咩蛋味!不過$7真係幾平!
