上湯焗澳洲龍蝦(伊麵底) - 呢個龍蝦做得比酒樓好好多,平時酒樓做嘅龍蝦出嚟通常都好韌,呢度做嘅龍蝦就真係可以用爽口彈牙嚟形容,因為係用上湯焗,味道就比較清啖,但就可以易d食得出新鮮龍蝦嘅鮮甜。


原盅燉魚翅螺頭湯 - 一人一盅嘅燉湯,好足料,湯頭又消,味道又濃郁。


滷水冰鎮鮑魚 - 首先隻鮑魚size都幾大隻,同埋鮑魚呢d比較難入味嘅海鮮,佢都食到有滷水味,佢仲有配埋wasabi嚟食,但佢地個wasabi真係超嗆鼻。


豉汁蒸蟶子皇 - 蟶子皇成隻筷子咁長,用左豉汁蒸,而且佢地d豆豉蒜蓉醬入面再加左陳皮,味道更為特別。


酥炸椒鹽瀨尿蝦 - d 瀨尿蝦直頭長過筷子,炸到個殼脆卜卜,真係可以連殼都食埋,蝦肉亦好鮮甜,不過瀨尿蝦真係唔多肉食。


鮮蟹肉扒西蘭花 - 西蘭花上淋左好多蟹肉蛋白,清淡得嚟又矜貴。


瑤柱鮮蝦荷葉飯 - 呢個荷葉飯係我食過最好食嘅荷葉飯,首先好香荷葉味,材料又多,仲要蒸完都好乾身,粒粒分明,d飯又入到其他食材嘅味道。


晚市就一向都有糖水送,我就最鐘意食佢地個腰果露,所以我訂枱時特登要求當晚糖水煮腰果露,佢地真係做得比坊間嘅糖水舖仲更加好,好香濃腰果味又唔甜。


🍽環境:餐廳位置唔算多,只有5~6張枱,環境同裝修都比較舊,但都算乾淨企理。另外因為佢地星期六唔開,所以星期五/日正常都full。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:老闆娘態度真係一流,樓面得佢一個做到踢晒腳,但佢都keep住好好態度,尤其是對住我呢d街坊熟客,直頭有傾有講。


💰💸價錢:今日4個人食左咁多海鮮,埋單就$1785,為返大約$450/人,雖然唔係話好平,但呢個價錢出面未必搵到咁好食。


🐲💬總結:我因為住附近,所以長期都會幫襯,如果大家嚟幫襯時見到我就打個招呼啦。

早排朋友食完後話好食既一間小店~

小弟就偏愛食炸野既,朋友就介紹脆皮炸子雞🤤

隻雞一黎到,就急不及待起筷啦!隻雞外脆內軟,皮炸到好可口好乾身,雞肉仲有汁同好嫩口!平時唔食雞皮既我都因為佢d皮夠脆食多左幾塊🤤🤤

另外點左4舊炸蟹鉗,又係好食既小食!配啤酒真係冇得輸!

是日午餐一試金沙小廚,一入到去有個肥女人待應呼呼喝喝。食飯時,一放底個碗即收你食物同餐具。突然出面有三位客人等位中,個肥女人待應即刻走過來拎張單放落枱上,然後佢同那三個客人講 "入面埋緊單啦!"。個時我們枱上的飲品都仲有成杯,我地都未打算離開。最後只是食了十五分鐘就俾人迫走,感覺不好,對客人不專重。而且待應只對熟客有禮貌 其他生客就態度差,好似得罪佢咁。我都明白在限聚令之下只能兩人一枱,生意做少左,自然想翻多幾次枱做多幾轉生意。但都未至於如此趕客走,實在對此店大感失望。下次不會再光顧。

崇㓗街內食肆林立中的一間,但在午市時常看到有人排隊在外等候。通常為避免人多,可以的話會選開午市時或2時後才去。每月更新一星期的午市套餐,每天不同,基本有煲仔飯、蒸魚、小炒等。但很多時2時後才去,熱門的煲仔飯便售完了。故今次早些來。豉汁蒸白鱔煲仔飯,要有些耐性等候,約等15-20分鐘左右,熱辣辣煲仔上始,豉汁唔算太多,味濃,飯乾身但無飯焦的。白鱔有4塊中型size的,味道鮮甜,是煑到爽身彈牙的口感。還配有飲料。

崇㓗街內食肆林立中的一間,但在午市時常看到有人排隊在外等候。通常為避免人多,可以的話會選開午市時或2時後才去。
每月更新一星期的午市套餐,每天不同,基本有煲仔飯、蒸魚、小炒等。
但很多時2時後才去,熱門的煲仔飯便售完了。故今次早些來。

在紅磡區返工已經很多年,但平時不經常在紅磡區食午餐。今日難得跟同事一齊出去食午餐,就選擇了佢推薦的「金沙小廚」。中午12:30去到,已經見到門外有幾個人等位。咁就證明這間餐廳一定係唔錯,先至令上班族都願意在午飯時間排隊等食。等位期間,一於睇定餐牌,揀定午餐。原來間餐廳每日都有固定餐單。是日星期五,發覺佢的午餐有好多選擇。搞到我即刻出現選擇困難症又想食「清湯蘿白牛腩飯」、又想食「蜜桃生炒骨飯」。最後我都係揀「蜜桃生炒骨」,感覺開胃些。果然無揀錯生炒骨係新鮮即炒的,味道酸甜適中,有蜜桃、青椒、洋蔥做配菜,生炒骨表皮脆脆地,而且唔係有骨無肉果種$45仲包一杯熱飲,真係物有所值。我決定下次再去試埋「蘿白牛腩飯」。

細小店子,只有約四張四至五人枱及兩張兩人枱,裝修平實,但都很整潔,好像只有老闆娘一人做樓面,但是招呼都很殷勤和細心,入座提供一壺茶,是英記茶包,點了炸子雞,皮炸得又薄又脆,肉質都不錯,值得一試。又點了蟹肉豆苗,很清新又。這裡的湯很好味,雖然都不便宜,一盅小小佛跳牆要六十五元,不過才料十足,湯味濃郁,有一隻小小鮑魚。最後有甜品送,是日有蛋白杏仁茶,非常好味!
