放大假,繼續周圍同屋企人去飲茶, book mark咗呢間好耐。平時只會飲下午茶,但係呢間嘅話茶市最晏都係去到三點,所以今日12:30已經出嚟食嘢。呢度啲食物比較偏淡,但係啲炸物比較出色。個南乳豬手比較出色,夠味亦都好淋滑。韭菜餃同埋鮮竹腐皮卷嘅話個皮都做得好好,可惜尖椒同尖椒同韭菜餃裏面啲鯪魚肉冇魚肉味,腐皮卷嘅話啲餡亦都比較少。豬什粥都幾足料,但係就材料偏細,可能太大塊,煮嘅時候驚會太老身。所以切得比較細,咁我唯有比一個咁合理嘅解釋比佢。蝦餃同埋娥姐粉果啲蝦肉都幾彈牙,同埋有原隻蝦粒,呢方面係幾好嘅。食點心就順便試埋佢啲小菜啦,叫咗個黑椒牛仔骨,$58來講份量係好足料嘅,但係啲牛肉拿得太犀利呢度嘅話係唯一失敗嘅地方。個肉絲炒麵嚟講,個底係幾好,唔見有油,食落亦都唔會膩口。椰汁糕都幾出色幾香,唔會拮落去就散。但係個胡椒豬肚湯鮮竹卷就差少少,有呀嘛神粹但係佢啲胡椒肯定冇拍過先滾,因為完全唔出味。點心價格唔算貴,咁如果唔係食開濃味嘅嘢,呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,因為都坐得舒服又寬敞。 continue reading

聽說大窩口搬到川龍街百悅坊,就來試下早午茶市。樓面雖然不算大,勝在座得舒適,空間闊落。房間有幾個,人多可以包房。廚房看來乾淨企理,點心即叫即蒸,需要等十多分鐘。點心自家製作,足料新鮮,味道適中。街坊價格,點心價格$19-$32 炒粉麵飯$58起。早茶還有一人和二人特價早餐選擇。有海鮮加工,下次會試下晚餐。 continue reading

每逢心血來潮想吃海鮮一定想起西貢,鯉魚門、三聖邨等地方。現在不需要去那麼遠,我們到楊屋道輝記海鮮檔買海鮮(平靚正)然後過對面金河小廚加工,已經很滿足。首先我哋叫咗上湯龍蝦伊麵,花龍蝦肉質鮮嫩香甜,龍蝦剛熟每一啖都咁彈牙。 伊面沾上了上湯龍蝦汁,真係每一啖伊麵都啖啖膏/ 肉,十分惹味,完全唔死鹹/味精, 好保留到龍蝦的鮮甜。之後蒸飽魚、蟹、魚都是火候啱啱好,一啲都唔會過老。最後加叫燒乳鴿,皮脆肉嫩,炸得好好肉仲keep都鮮嫩多汁唔柴,非常好吃。整體係覺得海鮮價錢和加工費用非常超值,下次一定和朋友回來再encore. continue reading

海鮮輝記海鮮購買,買左$690海鮮,海鮮5.5斤加工費$757,加埋所有嘢$1760,4個大人人均$440。今日坐大廳第三張枱細枱近走廊位,冷氣十足直頭有啲凍,所以溫馨提醒海鮮要趁熱食,員工勤快有禮,菜式鑊氣十足,地方乾淨衛生剛裝修新不久。推薦推薦。2023手8月24輝記海鮮,休漁期第一餐加工。黃皮老虎一斤$198大肉蟹一斤$64大連鮑魚一斤$80錦繡龍蝦(花龍)一斤$200買咗啲四樣嘢抵食 本來想買花竹蝦,見到要$240一斤特大隻,見其他街市$140至$180一斤左右,所以轉會食龍蝦。期待下次,試其他菜式。 continue reading
