嗌完之後,人有三急,去洗手間,吾去都吾知驚!洗手間同廚房勁近,而且洗手間勁度dirty,環境勁惡劣!有蒼蠅同蚊,又臭,冇辦法之下急急去左,如果一早俾我去左洗手間發現咁惡劣,我一定吾會係度食野!d洗手間臭味一定傳入廚房,又有蒼蠅等等!oh my god!

之前亦有寫過這店的义燒, 所以這晚跟太座到上址不點义燒, 反而試咗一些其他燒味, 由於之後十點有波要打, 不能吃飯所以叫咗一個鴨脾瀨粉$39, 一個淨瀨粉$17同一個單叫的例的燒腩仔$67,*瀨粉個湯口味過咸, 尤其是第一口飲落感覺似淡鹽水,瀨粉似是預先焯過的, 所以口感少少粉粉的!**燒腩仔唔知點解又被淋上了少少燒汁, why? ? 點解這些茶餐廳式的燒腩仔就一定會淋燒汁上去的呢? 酒樓又唔興咁做, 同樣都係”燒腩仔”! 好彩今次只是放了少少, 未致令豬皮淋晒, 格肥格瘦就真的剛剛好, 令人無法將那簿簿的肥羔咬去, 旁邊還有幾條小棠菜添!鴨脾則同瀨粉分開上, 鴨皮說不上脆, 鴨脾肉亦沒有過份的淋, 隻脾都有番咁上下大隻,淨瀨粉有生菜送,算係咁啦!

The rice I think does not smell very fresh albeit not overwhelming. The barbecued pork which I've ordered "half fatty" is sweet and savour, but absolutely nothing special to be hailed as "King" of anything, worse still, the cust is over-grilled to impart a hard and coarse texture to my mouth.....appalling technique. The Choi Sum is probably the best, just cooked to the right degree and the Oyster Sauce is bland but tasty.

 The middle-aged waitress whom I got my service was very business-like that seemed to concern more about getting her job done rather than the feeling of her guest. You won't think you're welcomed in this restaurant, anyway, this kind of service just seems a norm nowadays in HK......outrageous!

上面鋪滿了銀魚仔,肉餅吸了少許銀魚味,更添一份味道。肉餅肥瘦肉算是很平均,因為我明白肉餅要做得鬆軟,肥肉份量不可少,但這就容易形成肥膩感重(不容易做得如大坑某店般,可以既不覺得肥膩又鬆軟!)。

有朋友話叉燒正,專程去試下。第一次叫了叉燒瀬,叉燒乾又黑,瀬粉不彈牙,失望!但隔離枱的叉瀬賣相又幾靚,當自己唔好彩囉!第二次再去叫叉燒飯,叉燒還勉強可以,白飯卻太乾硬了!可能不是比賽時間,冇獎攞,所以水準冇保持。反而個例湯幾夠熱,味精不重。不過吸引不到下次幫襯。

燒味中獨愛叉燒, 尤其半肥瘦的最引人~ 而這裡的叉燒是深得我和MP歡心, 可能因為這是我們開始到處搵食的起步點之一, 所以有感情分~anyways我倆都很久沒吃了, 所以特意前來斬料回家造冬過個肥年~ 一斤原來有兩大條多! 我倆平時真是食米唔知米價~ 回家途中膠袋一直傳出陣陣香味, 引得我肚子勁餓, 最衰我們要了原條走, 如果已經斬件我一定偷吃呢!回家來個厚切~ 半肥瘦的叉燒真叫人又愛又恨, 愛它的肥瘦交錯, 口感一流; 恨它令我自願地把肥膏吞下, 腰間又有一塊肥肉這裡的叉燒不敢說是最好吃的, 但那燒得香脆甜的外層和軟棉棉的肉質, 又的確令人心動, 加上另上的一袋豉油, 很perfect, 席上的人都有讚~ 有時就是這樣簡單的餸菜已經得滿足~
