位於九龍城城南道的「鎔記潮州飯店」日日都人山人海,非常熱鬧,皆因食物質素高,又平又靚又正,服務態度好,老闆娘熱情好客,真是值得街坊支持和擁戴。叫了幾個小菜,很快就整好「滷水鵝片」$138招牌的「滷水鵝片」果然水準極高,令人驚喜。滷水膽味道醇香,沒有藥材味,鵝片切得大而薄,連著小小鵝皮,非常好食。鵝片份量很多,反而底下只有幾舊豆腐,不像其他店是豆腐多鵝片少,這價錢真超值。「大腸、鵝腸、墨魚」$98墨魚片爽口,鵝腸大腸洗得乾淨,這碟三併送啤酒一流。「小炒王」$98小炒王色香味俱全,韭菜花幼嫩,果仁香口,蝦米有嚼勁,魷魚鮮甜,正啊!「 汕頭白菜煮魚蛋」$98白魚蛋大大粒,超彈牙,魚片和菜心都很新鮮,湯底鮮甜,配搭完美。最後叫一碗潮州白粥配美味的餸菜,夠晒滿足。
