係鰂魚涌見客食晚飯前,順便响怪獸大廈打個卡,出嚟過馬路就到地方嚕。客人話呢度有間潮州嘢幾出色,咁就一於佢啦,店內裝潢感覺古雅。坐定定後有功夫茶及沙咸菜奉客經過櫥窗見到滷水鵝想著定要叫 一款嚟食。沙咸菜爽脆開胃兩個人叫咗小食、湯、鵝三寶、手工菜、仲有兩碗粥。海蜇頭比較厚身,口感爽脆有咬口,好味。鵝三寶有鵝件、鵝肝、同埋鵝腸,鵝腸爽脆肥美,鵝肝甘美豐腴,鵝件肉質軟嫩入味,點埋醋汁開胃又好食。荷包鱔係手工菜賣相有趣,用菜包住白鱔、火腿、香菇,再以菜絲紮成四方荷包狀,令肥美嘅鱔肉更香鮮味美。花蛤湯裏面有鹹菜、胡椒粒、香菜,大大隻花蛤肥美鮮甜,鹹菜好爽口又唔太鹹,湯水鮮味順喉,胡椒味幾出,飲完感覺暖暖的,乍暖還寒天氣最啱飲。清香嘅潮州白粥正好為這一餐完美作結。

禾香鴿:冇諗過竟然有功夫菜,而且仲唔使提前預訂。佢係原隻鴿起咗骨架,然後釀糯米料。糯米本身炒咗味,好似糯米卷嗰陣味。上菜嘅時候已經分好咗兩邊,由於起咗骨,食嘅時候都好方便。鴿肉生熟度啱啱好,食落好嫩,仲有汁,連埋啲糯米飯食真係好香甜。呢個值五星,超級推薦。不過,由於鴿身嘅肉係有少少厚薄的分別,一人食半邊會好好食,但如果四個人每人食四份一咁樣,可能食到偏瘦嗰舊就會唔夠油份冇咁好食。所以我建議係按一人半隻咁叫會好啲。

整體餐點味道唔錯,座位同裝修都幾舒服,只係價錢偏貴。下次會想試吓其他功夫菜式。

我媽生日就很想吃潮州菜🤔所以就找了這家老字號的店~這家新開的坐得比較舒服一點~我每次看到有就會必點魚露浸花甲😬這家味道比較淡一點~也點了梅汁鱔球~這個酸度我還算可以接受 但有點重鹹😝羊腩煲也不過不失~鵝三寶也很入味~最後還點了個潮州炒魚麵~麵是不錯的😋但因為我不喜歡芽菜 對我來說芽菜味蠻濃的 所以我就覺得這個還好😬
