位於旺角的雄記牛腩王,門外已經飄來香噴噴的腩汁,忍不住要進來吃碗。牛三寶有牛腩、牛筋和牛肚,但重點是那香濃的腩汁湯底。牛腩肉味突出,質地軟腍,令人回味無窮;牛筋膠質豐富,味道十足,讓人每一口都感受到濃烈的肉香;而牛肚則彈牙爽口,口感層次分明,讓整碗湯更加豐富。至於麵底,份量十足,足以讓人飽肚,真是滿足感滿分。最正的當然是崩沙腩!這部分是牛腩中最矜貴的,位於牛肚皮的腩位,靠近牛的橫膈膜,表面有一層橫膈膜連接腩肉,肉質更加軟腍,肥瘦適中,讓人一試成主顧。咖哩汁的辣味適中,恰到好處,搭配飯簡直一流,讓人忍不住多添一碗飯。總體來說,雄記牛腩王的牛腩三寶不僅味道出色,是個值得一試的地方。 continue reading

夜晚七點鐘去到,見到得一台客,都覺得伏伏地,但因為趕時間就冇諗咁多,叫咗碗米粉分湯外賣,一返到去打開蓋以為自己叫錯咗飯😳啲米粉碎到咁樣好心就唔好出俾人啦!🤬牛腩冇牛腩味,雲吞又冇雲吞味,仲好意思間舖叫做牛腩王,真係笑死人😂😂😂😂😂😂😂。真係好犀利!可以令到我成為第一個忍唔住寫食評嘅舖頭😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂完全唔明點解果幾十個人可以俾到好評,一係就係冇味蕾完全食唔出味道😂 continue reading

呢排天氣好反常每日都係咁落雨,落下停下搞到返工好狼狽。由於今日喺旺角見客亦好少地方泊位所以無揸車,果然天有不測之風雲。雖然多左人離港消費,但今日亦見有好多旅客來港,咁都真係唔錯呀~ 今日見完客都到下午茶時間,一如以往睇下附近有啲咩嘢食醫個五臟廟,對於我一個人搵食首選當然係牛腩麵,行經過波鞋街時見到一間應該都開咗無耐嘅牛腩麵舖頭,見到佢鋪面五隻大字「雄記牛腩王」,就即管試下係唔係咁厲害。入到去店舖位置都好寬敞,而餐牌上面亦有非常多嘅款式選擇, 當然主力都係牛腩,而對我嚟講一次過可以食到三樣鍾意嘅嘢一定係牛三寶,今次麵底要咗個幼麵,而且可以加$20蚊就可以有碟菜同埋一杯凍飲,好唔好食就未知,不過就一定好抵食。落餐後大約等咗十分鐘所有食物都陸續上枱啦~~~ 牛三寶麵入面有牛腩、牛肚、牛筋,首先從賣相上見到牛腩都有三大件,肥瘦適中而且油脂分佈很均勻;牛肚份量好多而且分別有金錢肚同我最鍾意嘅草肚兩款;牛筋份量多又大件,就咁睇就已經好多膠質。味道方面牛腩炆得好入味而且好嫩滑,嚼勁十足有口感;牛肚口感相當好,咬開一絲絲牛肚非常入味;牛筋除咗有豐富膠質之外,亦炆得相當淋身入味,煙煙靭靭好似食緊花膠咁;當然唔可以少咗配角就係又爽又彈牙嘅幼麵,完全冇鹼水味;再加上秘製嘅腩汁、湯底濃淡得宜,亦帶陣陣牛香唔會太肥膩。腐乳通菜新鮮爽脆,配合腐乳非常惹味。最後當然加埋我最愛嘅凍檸檬茶,大大杯非常夠凍而且檸檬有好多片一啲都唔吝嗇,甜度適中相當滿足。 雖然出面落緊大雨,但自己一個慢慢享受下午茶時光亦係忙裏偷閒嘅一個小確幸,埋單都唔駛$100蚊,牛三寶麵咁大碗份量又多,再加埋菜同埋飲品性價比好高,食完就繼續行埋波鞋街睇下有無啱心水波鞋先~~~   continue reading

食港式嘅潮州粉麵,雲吞、水餃、魚蛋各有所好,但講到粉麵舖嘅靈魂,一定係嗰個又香又濃嘅腩汁。位於旺角嘅雄記牛腩王,喺門外路過已經聞到香噴噴嘅腩汁,作為我嘅comfort food之一,忍唔住入嚟食番碗先得。牛三寶麵 牛三寶有齊牛腩,牛筋同金錢肚,但重點當然係加上香濃腩汁嘅湯底。牛腩嘅肉味突出,肉質軟腍;牛筋膠質豐富,夠晒入味;牛肚彈牙爽口,同樣出色。至於麵底份量十足,夠晒飽肚。咖哩崩沙腩飯 最正嘅當然係崩沙腩啦!崩沙腩係牛腩中最矜貴嘅部份,係牛肚皮嘅腩位,位於牛嘅橫膈膜附近,表面有一層橫膈膜連腩肉,呢個部份嘅肉質更軟腍腍,肥瘦適中。至於咖哩汁嘅辣味適中,用嚟撈飯一流! continue reading

今晚須要上堂。須要一個快食填肚。經過旺角波鞋街見到間牛腩王入到去舖子細細。五臟俱全。見到舖面裝修真係好清靜。環境一流。座位與座位的距離拉近好多。完全無壓迫感入到舖頭更是要食牛腩。但牛腩都有分崩沙腩或坑腩。但發現左下面係可以崩沙腩再加上坑腩。崩沙腩。河粉嫩滑。油與肉分明。肉質鮮嫩加上獨特調味。令肉味更鮮更甜。配上獨有清湯牛腩必備神絮「鮮甜清湯」。更加相得益彰!坑腩。。坑腩牛腩肉質入口更是入口即化的現象! continue reading
