經過尖東個頭,又想試下特別啲嘅車仔麵,同埋好食嘅甜酸齋,都可以去試下嘅💕。

炎炎夏日,決定買外賣回公司嘆冷氣,似是火爐的吃午飯時間熱到溶,排隊落單,阿姐是快手的,但應該是廚房不配合,有很多等外賣的人在等候。首先,這裡的價目選擇方式跟一般車仔麵店有所不同,我初時看不明白,也看見有其他食客詢問,因為這裏是逐樣計錢的,湯底、麵底、餸,分開計,但落單紙的設計混亂,而且價錢也貴得驚人,相信詢問的是以為價錢是食物代號呢!我點了三餸加菜淨食,價錢絕不便宜,生菜$9一份、牛筋腩$18、魚皮餃、牛丸$11 ,全部都超出我對車仔麵的觀念。價錢唔貴,沒所謂,但竟然$9一份的塞得半棵生菜。! $18的牛筋腩每樣只得一粒,每樣的意思是一粒薑、一粒牛腩和一粒牛筋。$48 的三餸加菜淨食,一打開盒蓋,嚇了一跳,永遠不會回頭再幫襯。

雖然價值比平常既傳統車仔麵貴,但呢間車仔麵店,配料和湯底都極多選擇,份量足,而且好多都係出邊無既自創款。每樣配料都有心機制作,款款唔同口味。睇番其他人既食評,發現食店既菜單時不時會更新,另外再見落單紙有不少標示為新產品既菜式,創意同新鮮感都足。另外店員服務態度都唔錯。

不過希望店舖清潔可以加強,另上的配菜碟邊都沾到醬汁,一掂到,成手油淋淋。 另外當日地上發現一隻小強🥶🥶🥶。不過食物出品是優質的。

一間食左好多年既車仔麵,同時都係天下聞名既Poly學生飯堂之一既靚靚車仔麵,好懷念既味道!今日叫左特式燒黑毛豬叉燒,但係有少少韌,燒汁就好夠味,燒得都幾香,我最鍾意既係墨魚餅,煎得勁香又好有墨魚味,份量係極多,建議可以share食,最後一餸就簡左牛筋,都有驚喜,好夠稔,充滿骨膠原既牛筋入口即溶,好正!湯底係清湯加少少腩汁同埋小辣,配米粉食好夾!靚靚車仔麵真係有好多比較少見既餸可以簡,次次都唔知點簡好,份量又大,真係好抵食,值得推介!

車仔麵來講超級豐富🥰🥰

呢塊午餐肉呢係比較厚切嘅,而且煎得好香,係真係幾好食嘅,雖然呢就有少少油,同埋唔係太健康😹🤪

不過今次飲左熱薏米腐竹豆漿,🥛味道好甜,係見唔到有腐竹的😂可能隔走左~~


野食方面,
黑松露豚骨湯底米線:濃濃嘅黑松露味😳估佢唔到,豆卜索埋啲湯好好味😋唔會好油,米線好滑,硬度適中!

辣特濃蕃茄河粉:辣辣地加蕃茄湯好香好入味😋加左雲吞不過係bb雲呑😂尚可!

2020年7月29日,食肆全面禁堂食的第一天,工還是要返,飯還是要食,日子還是要過。靚靚標榜用3M水,食物不加味精,所以我常來買早餐。午餐就較少,因為堂食位置都迫,其實車仔麵食過的確是吸引的🍜。外賣湯和麵是分開上,雖然不環保,不過要保持麵質就唯有這樣。每次也是點瑤柱濃湯底,其實其他根本未曾試過😅,今次也不例外,因為的確好味,食完又不會囗渴,似乎真的沒味精🤣選了茶香豬紅,質感是實的,不會一夾便散。豬大腸,不會有太多肥膏,不會有尿壓味👍三個菜送飲品,是日柑桔檸蜜,有點甜。總括是好味的,不過份量少,而且價錢都唔平,所以性價比就不太高。

作為一個紅磡出沒的香港仔,喺呢一段時間經歷咗社會運動加上全球疫情爆發,係對於自我認同感就非常之強烈,強烈到5·1勞動節都想食番啲香港本土嘅食品,車仔麵我諗都係一個具代表性。講起車仔麵,呢頭就靚靚車仔麵啦 。有幾不一樣呀?我食佢嘅車仔麵好多時嗌到成枱都係餸,好似嗌小菜咁樣囉。碗麵反而係無咩餸。今次我就特登做一個例子出嚟啦,普通一個豬骨湯底油麵都冇咩好影呀,但係就嗌咗啲喜歡食嘅「分開上」,例如嗌咗一個9轉大腸、黑毛豬叉燒、9轉茄子、酒糟豆腐、腐乳通菜。 9轉做法就比較香口和有丁點兒「麻」味。 叉燒好腍滑,腐乳濃味㗎,唔鍾意食濃就要注意啦,落單出聲。可惜公眾假期,就冇咗最富貴嘅紅燒花膠,浸咗但無人處理,可惜呀。我諗靚靚車仔麵的不一樣,除了可以嗌到一桌面餸方面share,有創意同埋一路添加非傳統車仔麵食材和湯底呀,推陳出新,其實呢種靈活多變嘅港式口味,值得支持。
