2-1-2013(三)與同事 alex 在「秘密花園 1981 咖啡店」吃完午膳後,趁還有些時間,我提議他去一起去「順興隆桂記荳品廠」吃豆腐花,才返回公司繼續搏殺。順興隆桂記荳品廠:是我在全港吃得最多豆腐花的一間,因以前舊居在附近,經常幫襯! 豆腐花滑與不滑,全靠經驗,最重要的是用心,吃一碗,各人心裡自有答案。這裡的豆腐花雪白無瑕,賣相平整,看到也感覺它應該相當滑溜。我舀了一口來吃,豆味香濃馥郁,真的非常香滑;而且整碗都是豆花,幾乎沒甚麼糖水,絕對真材實料,貨真價實。 我不敢說「順興隆桂記荳品廠」售賣的豆腐花,是全港最好的一間,但在我心目中,它。。。已被列入三甲的位置了!誠意推介!

好耐未試過在舊式豆品店吃豆腐花,剛好有日經過,便進入去一試。相信已有很多年的歷史,保存着舊式豆品店的味道。 店內座位吾算太多餐牌寫在牆上有腐乳賣試了熱豆腐花喜愛加黃糖的吃法,豆腐花算滑,熱度適中,只可惜豆味略淡來這裏有回到老香港的感覺,想懷舊的朋友,來一試吧!

見到開飯好多笑面,決定一試~只有幾張枱供堂食,後鋪是荳品工場叫了一碗熱一碗凍荳花,果然超滑,而且絕無荳青味,不過荳味比較淡,荳花已加糖水,味道岩岩好,我覺得好食過公和好多~唯一缺點係地面濕滑,要小心出入!

人口較密集的地區總會有一家老牌的豆品店,像九龍城義香或北角的德興隆.這店在長沙灣裡已算是老店了!小時候星期日通常要陪家人到街市買菜,行得累便會來坐下喝杯冰凍的豆漿順便休息一下.近年已不知有多久沒好好的行過街市了,要不是為了代住在外地的友人來咐近買點東西.也未必會回到這裡.煎釀豆腐----其實對面層那彈性十足沒有半點腥味的魚肉興趣比豆腐還要大!豆腐質感較結實味道亦比一般的濃。豆漿----不太甜有點豆味,夠濃夠冰凍!多年來也是用這種小小的杯子,當然每次也會喝上兩杯才夠喉。當市面連鎖店愈開愈多,味道變得千篇一律的時候便愈發懷念這些有擁有自己味道的老店。更多文字分享http://pandamenhk.blogspot.com

豆漿----不太甜有點豆味,夠濃夠冰凍!多年來也是用這種小小的杯子,當然每次也會喝上兩杯才夠喉。

當市面連鎖店愈開愈多,味道變得千篇一律的時候便愈發懷念這些有擁有自己味道的老店。

大家都係老字號, 我個人認為無論豆腐花、豆漿或煎豆腐嘅水準, 肯定嬴公和9條街凍/熱豆腐花在視覺上有色迷迷的感覺正所謂, 滑滑呀嘟嘟~~似豬膏咁滑,牛油蛋撻都無咁滑~~味覺上當然是豆味濃郁, 但不會有草青味跟着來一碟煎豆腐, 魚肉厚而且並不是溝粉漿, 魚鮮味特出; 豆腐結結實實, 咬開還見到豆渣纖維証明含水量不高。來杯濃香豆漿清清喉嚨吧!甘醇瓊液掛杯呀......証明多料足料!丈夫是蘇屋邨之友, 這間鋪喺佢由細食到大嫁!

吃完粉麵餐,我和老公便直往順興隆吃豆腐花,我們叫了熱和涷的豆腐花各一及煎釀豆腐。那些食物的質素很不錯呢! 豆腐花味道很好,特別是熱豆腐花比涷豆腐花更滑溜!至於煎釀豆腐呢,這裏的魚肉要比外間多一點,豆腐是硬豆腐,味道都ok!
