除左公和荳品,平時去得最多就係呢間順興隆荳品廠,細細個就黎食,由九十年代$4食到而家$8碗既凍豆花,味道依然,人情仍在。到大左耐唔耐都要黎一次食豆花,喺香港真係買少見少呢種家庭式小店老店,好獅子山下老香港精神既感覺。呢度既豆腐花真係好滑,而煎釀豆腐魚味十足,最幸運既係順興隆係自己鋪,希望呢間老店可以長做長有。

長沙灣順寧道就不嬲好多野食, 平時少行開近車房雜貨鋪林立嗰邊, 今日甘啱經過發覺原來有間舊式豆品店喺度陳設好古舊,出面有兩個大油獲煎緊豆腐,外賣同堂食店員喺嗰度落單,側邊有個大雪櫃會放住好多碗豆腐花同好多枝豆漿,另外仲會有一樽樽腐乳可以買到入面全部都係細張細張枱同圓櫈十分古舊,我入去就坐低叫左個釀豆腐同豆腐花釀豆腐豆腐軟身得黎好滑有豆味,上面既煎釀魚肉偏咸就同豆腐中和番, 不錯!豆腐花都好正,質感偏厚咬落密度偏高, 配以黃糖凍食, 都不錯下次有機會會買佢個腐乳!

It looked more like a factory inside than a restaurant. There were only a few big tables inside which were quite spread out from each other. It was actually quite refreshing to see that in comparison to other shops who like to cram as much tables as possible to maximize space.

Pan-Fried Stuffed Tofu ($8.5) - the stuffed tofu was nicely pan-fried to beautiful golden brown color on the outside. As I took a bite, the stuffed fish paste did not detach easily from the tofu, which can be a problem with other shops. The ratio of fish paste to tofu was decent and just right. The tofu had a strong bean flavor while the fish paste was flavorful. There were sauces on the tables like sweet sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce to add to your liking.

Tofu Pudding ($7.5) - I love tofu pudding so I ordered a hot one. When the dessert arrived, I was delighted to see that the tofu pudding was basically one big piece of tofu! Usually the tofu pudding at other places come in chunks and slices, so it was surprising to see mine arrived in whole like that. The tofu pudding was very smooth with a strong and apparent soy bean flavor. The dessert came with sweetened syrup already but I added more yellow sugar since I like my pudding to be sweeter.

Conclusion - this shop is the perfect embodiment that good food can be so simple sometimes! The tofu dishes were simply delicious while the prices were ridiculously cheap. Life is filled with simple pleasures and one of them is finding this old tofu factory for me.

其實已是第二次吃這裡的豆腐花,上次是跟一位食友來的,他的人比較挑剔,所以他說好吃的話就應該真的好吃,結果我們都沒有失望。是日在附近吃午餐,結果不甚滿意,就提議來這裡吃碗豆腐花開心一下。本來只打算點一碗豆腐花和鬆弛分享,怎料落單時他竟然加了一碟釀豆腐,大概是看到別人在吃也忍不住想吃吧。豆腐花分大、中、小,我們要了小的,而且要了凍的。有人說豆腐花吃熱的會比較滑,可是這裡完全顛覆了我的認知,因為凍的都是超滑,又帶濃濃的豆香,是我吃過最滑的凍豆腐花。此外這裡都是用黃糖的,可以自行任加,吃完真的覺得好滿足。釀豆腐也值得一試,豆腐上的魚肉黏得很扎實,咬開時豆腐和魚肉不會分離。特別要介紹一下這裡的辣椒油,辣度頗勁,吃起來挺香的,連對辣椒油甚有要求的鬆弛也覺得水準不錯。店子小小,只有十多個座位,所以不少人都是買外賣,不過覺得坐在裡面吃感覺最好,因為看著陳舊的裝修,內裡古舊的擺設,感覺好像回到從前一樣,而且吃完一碗小的豆腐花,或者會忍不住想追加呢!

豆腐花分大、中、小,我們要了小的,而且要了凍的。有人說豆腐花吃熱的會比較滑,可是這裡完全顛覆了我的認知,因為凍的都是超滑,又帶濃濃的豆香,是我吃過最滑的凍豆腐花。此外這裡都是用黃糖的,可以自行任加,吃完真的覺得好滿足。

釀豆腐也值得一試,豆腐上的魚肉黏得很扎實,咬開時豆腐和魚肉不會分離。特別要介紹一下這裡的辣椒油,辣度頗勁,吃起來挺香的,連對辣椒油甚有要求的鬆弛也覺得水準不錯。

店子小小,只有十多個座位,所以不少人都是買外賣,不過覺得坐在裡面吃感覺最好,因為看著陳舊的裝修,內裡古舊的擺設,感覺好像回到從前一樣,而且吃完一碗小的豆腐花,或者會忍不住想追加呢!

是晚來到長沙灣, 發現這家擁有數十個笑面, 卻連一個喊面都沒有的食店, 也沒有不來的理由。這裡的營業時間至晚上七時, 對一般的打工仔來說, 要專程過來實在有點難度。是晚七時零五分來到, 以「搏一搏」心態上前問問, 店主卻非常熱情地歡迎「檸茶」內進, 進入店內才知別有洞天, 原來還有不少顧客在店內品嚐豆腐花。這裡的豆腐花分為大、中、小, 點選了一碗小的, 只售 $7.5, 雖然豆味可以再濃一點, 但質感是滑到不得了, 屬坊間罕有, 可隨意加添一些黃糖, 帶來一點甜。除了美味的豆腐花外, 更能感受一份人情味, 相信只有這些還保留著傳統小店的舊區, 才能遇到這些人和事。

每次來到長沙灣,如果時間尚早,一定會到順興吃豆花。試過很多豆花,有些豆香濃,有些滑溜,各式各樣;但總難以找一碗既帶濃厚豆香,又做得滑溜的豆花,直到以前朋友介紹來到順興,才能滿足以上的心願。長沙灣這地點的關係,光顧的多為熟客,從一進舖,老闆已經問今天要吃什麼,而我今天要的是熱豆腐花。除了豆花,這裏的釀豆腐和豆漿都很出色,豆香是非常地出眾!難怪不少街坊會在店買一些豆腐回家做飯。說回熱豆腐花(HK$7.5),一上枱已經聞到很香的黃豆味,枱面有黃糖任加,我自己就多半只吃豆花的原味。豆花很完整,從外觀看起來已經感受到它很滑很滑,那種滑得很的感覺,有少少覺得似吃雪蛤膏咁滑溜。好物,總是很快就吃完。 等下次再訪長沙灣時再吃。

長沙灣這地點的關係,光顧的多為熟客,
從一進舖,老闆已經問今天要吃什麼,
而我今天要的是熱豆腐花。

除了豆花,這裏的釀豆腐和豆漿都很出色,
豆香是非常地出眾!難怪不少街坊會在店買一些豆腐回家做飯。
說回熱豆腐花(HK$7.5),一上枱已經聞到很香的黃豆味,
枱面有黃糖任加,我自己就多半只吃豆花的原味。
豆花很完整,從外觀看起來已經感受到它很滑很滑,
那種滑得很的感覺,有少少覺得似吃雪蛤膏咁滑溜。
好物,總是很快就吃完。
 
等下次再訪長沙灣時再吃。

天氣開始熱喇,由深水埗行去長沙灣,已汗流浹背,又口乾,本想去7仔買野飲,但突然諗起呢間無喊面既豆品店,就行過來食碗豆腐花止止渴。下午三點多,都几多人食,大部份人都係熟客,好知定,唔洗睇有咩食,未埋位已經落order"凍花,煎豆腐!!" ,"熱豆漿,凍豆花","煎豆腐,熱花" ,坐低,然後好快就送到面前!!!今日只食凍豆腐花,清涼順喉,冰凍滑溜,有豆香,黃糖任你加,一匙接一匙,食完!!!食完一碗,解渴!!!

像順興隆桂記這樣的老式豆品店,以前是滿多的,不過,近年有越來越少之勢,趁還未消失在這都市,還是多吃幾次。店家是老式的,人客很多是上了年紀,一切都很懷舊,當然招呼舒適什麼,就不要苛求。煎豆腐甚受歡迎是有理由的,豆腐硬度適中,貿感絕佳,肉不會過厚,整體質感和味道十分平衝,好吃!豆漿就比較一般,勝在不太甜亦沒怪怪的青草味。豆花極度軟滑,加上雪白的顏色十分討喜,但豆味實在一般,遠算不上香濃,質感取勝。順興隆桂記出品不錯,有質素,但不算驚喜,勝在人情味和懷舊味加分,滿足了腸胃,也滿足心靈。

自從因為工作關係,多了機會來長沙灣後,漸漸地喜歡上這區的淳樸與寧靜。長沙灣順寧道,印象中以前是小販熱點,但自從沒有了小販後,熱鬧不再,但我卻反而喜歡現在的寧靜感覺。順寧道近明愛醫院那一邊,有一間老字號的荳品廠,裡面差不多全都是公公婆婆,卻比年輕人更勤力。一大早七時多開門,直至晚上七時才關門。店子裡面就是工場,門口賣著各類荳類製品,很淳樸。你說得出的荳類製品,這裡差不多也一應俱全。豆腐、豆卜、腐竹、豆乾、豆腐花、腐乳,如果我是這裡的街坊,應該會經常光顧吧?這一天也是因為工作關係來到這區,三時多才有空吃點東西。要了一客煎釀豆腐,一碗熱豆腐花,終於可以安安靜靜吃點東西了。煎釀豆腐,要熱才好吃,這裡差不多全天都有人在釀和煎豆腐。就算天氣如今天一樣寒冷,也不怕吃到冷冰冰的煎釀豆腐。厚身豆腐,表層釀上少許魚肉,煎得金黃色,既香且滑。魚肉份量不是很多,也依然好吃,因為這裡的豆腐品質實在出色。香港有不少豆腐花名店,公和、大埔阿婆、建興阿婆,但水準都時有參差。你有沒有留意到這裡的豆腐花每一碗都勺得很大很完整?順興隆的豆腐花,味道品質保持得很好,就連勺豆腐花的伯伯都功力過人。我應該慶幸這裡人流不多嗎?我想

除非天氣太熱,否則我喜歡吃熱的,因為舌頭更能感受豆香。這裡的豆腐花豆香濃郁,沒有無謂的澀味,也不會很多糖水,喜歡吃甜的朋友,可自行加點黃糖,同樣好吃。

這裡的公公婆婆,雖忙碌,但快樂。看著他們,我不禁在想,如果我老了的時候,會怎樣呢?
