平時係呢間野隔離剪頭髮..今日見仲有時間味夠鐘剪.又味食野我就去左試下//先唔講佢地既服務態度同佢地既環境問題先啦..主要係D食品..我叫左鮑片同乍醬既麻辣中辣米線..個米線黎到.我好仔細咁睇先睇到D鮑片既存在..可想言知係有幾渺小既鮑片..D湯就清到唔似叫左麻辣湯..食落係有小小麻辣味但係唔濃唔香囉..之後食D乍醬...成PAT油浸住..我本身EXPECT既係好似譚仔個D咁..點知我一食佢甜到痴線..唔撈埋D米線食係完全食唔落口既囉..!因為太甜既關係我叫左杯ice0water呢杯野既問題反而係我全部問題入面最接受唔到,...佢成啖油係D水既面我完全一啖都冇飲過埋單..立刻沖去隔離行2步就到個間7仔買水算..十分十分不建議 最衰我唔記得拍照唔係可以比你地欣賞下佢地所謂既麻辣湯 continue reading

呢間餐廳一轉眼就開左好似有成十年,咁多年黎,都keep住耐唔耐有去幫趁,大大話話同過超過十幾個同事同學朋友屋企人黎食!好多朋友本身唔食辣,但都好好人,肯自己點清湯來陪我過黎做辣妹,滿足我對麻辣一己既私慾餐廳分兩層,有幾十個位,坐就唔係話坐得好舒服,樓上嗰層仲有啲熱tim!不過,黎呢度我係為辣,唔會介意環境!辣妹我不嬲好食得辣,去到邊都係點最辣,不過人大左,開始錫身,養胃,無再要求一尾死辣了,現在通常都自制點中辣好了!我唔鐘意食米線,去親都會點米粉!試過點沙嗲湯底,唔多掂,無乜味,不可一不可再!都係咪攪咁多ya,點番例牌就穩穩陣陣喇!食佢個招牌豬扒同司華力腸,我成日唔記得叫佢切下先上,好彩今次就記得豬扒掩得好入味,本身又揼到鬆,可以幾容易咬開進食!面頭啲黑椒五香料真係幾惹味,豬扒又夠薄,少肥,次次食,我都唔會計較啲啲肥膏,大大啖撕開,我好滿足司華力腸其實唔特別,同普通出面食到既係一樣,我喜歡,只因本身幾鐘意食,而且吸賣啲中度麻辣,好得囉!令我唸起一句說話:食得辣中辣,方為人上人辣牛丸清楚睇到肉丸入面有片片辣椒,但直覺覺得係來貨,呢個價錢好難會係自家製囉!!我係小朋友食法,通常最好的留最後食其實我食面係先食晒啲面再食啲送嫁!!咁啲面就唔會變肥面啦!米粉吸滿麻辣湯底,超級過癮,面附上少少腐皮亦滑有豆香,蜻蜓點水也快樂!可能腐皮又係我本身好鐘意食既ya呱!所以特別欣賞!雖然我好食得辣,自小無辣不歡,夏天雖熱都會想食,食辣就係一年四季都需要啦,夏天無乜食欲,要食,冬天凍要取暖禦寒要食!吃時記得自備紙巾,因為辣妹我都會食到香汗淋漓,面紅耳赤,輕微孖潤咀嫁,何況正常人呢?!哈,忽想起澳洲那時,brother係唐人街陪我食麻辣火鍋食到流曬鼻水既場面,唸起都好笑,青蔥歲月,惜往事。。只能回味~ continue reading

"香格里拉"呢個名只令我想起酒店,晤知米線又係點呢? 上網見到有好多人話好食,專程帶魚兒來試下~適逢今日係同魚兒既小日子\/~這陣子天氣好冷,我同魚兒都著住長袖衫~ 但這店的米線辣辣程度真的令我(只是我)都寒流滿額\正當我地係門口睇緊有咩好食,一個入面做野既阿姐行左出來,係咁叫我地入去食,我地就一於晤好要人地難做,就入左去我地左係門口位,先叫兩個米線,我叫左個沙嗲腩肉肉片米線沙嗲汁雖然香,但味道不算很辣,且放沙嗲汁落一邊,賣相痲痲...但米線底夠多,夠大碗,一人份量算幾好.到魚兒叫左個芝心丸腸仔酸辣米線~值得一提,這店的酸辣米線有分級數,有八級制. 我地就叫左二級辣.酸辣米線個湯底味道已經足夠,尤其是有酸菜吊味,令我同魚兒都有流汗,算係滿足到我地既口味.但有點可以就咁九滿足到我地既肚容量呢?我地再叫左個雲南小偷雞翼~~沒錯~~~又係雞翼啦~~ 今次個名好搞笑,晤知會晤會食完之後遇到小偷呢haha><有d芝麻係上面,在加D雲南沙嗲汁, 不過個沙嗲汁味道其實有D不搭,好餬口...不過,香格里拉既米線果然是有級數,有機會我同魚兒會再來試試 )) continue reading

還記得當年的《三哥米線》的辣已經驚為天人,而小弟吃了數次後就有一句口頭襌,《今日唔食咁辣,特辣加麻唔該。》而每次都連張枱都差唔多食埋,都唔知個辣字究竟係邊?記得有個朋友曾經話過:《嘩!!人食嫁碗野。》我只係笑而不語,默默吃完眼前的米線就埋單走人。自此之後,每次去不同店鋪食辣,店員問要咩辣度。我就會自然咁講:最辣,唔該!最後頭也不回食完埋單。直至有次去開旺角先達,朋友:聽講有間米線好勁喎個辣,去試下?我:有幾勁呀,睇過?!邊度勁先?!就係啲句野,令我第一次聽到地獄奏鳴曲的演奏。一入到去,見到最勁的辣度叫《八個辣》。我頭也不回:呀靚姐,八個辣唔該。靚姐:吓?!我:係呀八個辣,唔該。見到呀姐驚訝的眼神,我笑而不語。心諗:有幾勁呀,睇過?!碗麵一黎到,我見到的係鮮紅色的湯底,當中仲有熔岩般的氣炮,爆下爆下。我心諗:嚇唔到我的。之後就一啖隊落口。此時此刻,我覺悟了!我明白到佛家的輪迴,因果報應。來回地獄又折返人間的道理,同埋道家的無為而治。因為食完之後,你隨左感受辣味的虐待鞭打你的舌苔。你根本無野可以做到。如果豆腐火腩飯加青島係男人的浪漫。咁八個辣的香格里拉米線,就一定係男人的激情。望住看唔透的鮮紅色湯底,就好似見到鮮紅色的玫瑰,想接觸仲又怕被剌吉傷。每一啖的麵同餸,就好似交合的狀態,好想快啲完事,但又唔捨得當中那個快感。一下又一下食入口,一啖又一啖含落去。喉嚨熾熱乾渴的感覺,會好期待下一啖的來臨。食到一半時候,你會有一種吸毒都比唔到你的快感。感覺到靈魂與身體開始分離,飄走。整個人如同中眼鏡蛇毒,失去所有感覺,說不出話。今天是我第三次來到這間店鋪。每次吃完後,我覺得大半年黎受的苦不算得是什麼。因為更痛苦的,我都承受過。第三次輪迴,我看得更多,看得更遠。隨著呀姐的驚嘆:《你真係食哂?!》我冷冷一笑,放低左錢就離去。我只係知道,人生,唔係咁易過。 continue reading

話說我同男朋友豬去完先達睇電話買保護貼,之後我話肚餓,想食粉面,豬仔就話帶我食對面個間香格里拉米線,佢之前同朋友食過話覺得OK,所以想帶我食 初頭睇門面以為正正常常,以為都食得過GA,點知就出事我叫左小辣芝心丸米線,一嚟到D米線小到誇張,又碎上,同時有2粒芝心丸唔係好夠熟雖然係咁,但我見間鋪都幾多人入去食,真係估佢唔到 隻豬好彩叫左雞翼,正常味道,熟既,咁就避過一野本來隻豬話幫我叫佢換左佢,跟住望下好忙咁,叫極話轉頭又唔應,咁我放棄,唯有食小小就唔食食完之後佢都話總之唔去食,豬話要帶我食反餐好補數,真係乖,抵我咁鍚你! continue reading
