尤其是像現在這麼熱的天氣吃這個真的覺得很爽,

I have always been wanting to try this stall as i heard alot of positive reviews from online and offline media. Since my wife was not free tonight and i finally have some free time alone, i decided to come over here to try their signature dish.Upon reaching, i realized their stall was quite small. Most of their seating were outdoor and the owner did his cooking in a small kitchen. While waiting, I read some of those articles pasted on the wall. The owner followed a Japanese chef for several years and thus stick by the traditional Japanese method. Their signature dishes were skewer items and crab roe.

特製激爆蟹黃飯 - Since i made my way here, i must try their signature food which was their crab roe rice. They only sold limited numbers of it every day and luckily i was able to grab hold of it. When it was served, the whole bowl was filled with crab roe, exactly the same as the photos. The crab roe was mixed with some pounded crab meat and there were also 2 crab legs provided as well. It was extremely tasty with mixed with the rice. It was salty and creamy with every bite, with some charred taste.

燒鰻魚半條68許久無過來到訪,現在終於有單點鰻魚了,雖然鰻魚有飯撈汁更美味,但今晚有點飽,所以。。。大大的半條,中等身型的它,沒有令人卻步的魚骨,取而代之是甜美的鰻魚燒汁,塗上魚身後,我眼中看來真是閃閃令,口水流!整体肉質軟糯,外面燒完少少脆面,入面仲好嫩滑。芝士年糕38都係嗰句啦,燒比炸的少了一份香口,多了一些健康,個人更偏向燒的,這兒來的卻是炸。兩口吃完一個,入面綿得好多芝士,仲有咸香tim味醂魚干35比較外面便宜少許,雞泡魚干被烘至香噴噴,味醂味也足,和沙律醬同吃,畫龍點睛,碟子掃清。要嫌的是比一般的稍干吧。食後感:比初到時已擴張店鋪面積了,吾可幸沒有太多人,晚上不用等位多好呀。岀品質素穩定,但人客慢慢開始多,岀菜開始麼(慢),請耐心等候。P.S.記憶中從前來並無加一,現在物價上漲,部份食物都調高了價錢lu,特意拍給大家看看最新情況。

今晚要跟親戚食飯,因為知道會很晚才開餐,所以放工就去太子食少少野先。我們點了一碗拉麵及小食一起分享。第一片的肥肉很多,但後面幾塊則不太肥。味道偏濃,很香的黑椒味道。$58的牛仔骨,味道尚可,是不錯的小食。$62自家製叉燒拉麵,餐牌上寫着叉燒及豬骨湯底是自家製的。叉燒的確不錯,肥瘦適中,味道濃郁。湯底味精不多,但拉麵比較普通,若果拉麵更有特色會更加吸引。平時食的拉麵,一般都要$8x,但這間只要$62,價錢相宜,味道正常,可以一試。

朋友從台灣來港, 她們主要目的是購物, 女人嘛一買就買到時間飛逝, 店鋪關門才捨得離開, 接近9時10時多, 只好在附近搜尋餐廳, 最後發現了一間算是本地X日式居酒屋, 就帶朋友試試看店鋪是幾間店相連的, 一間是負責煮食, 另一邊是供客人進食. 這樣不會太大油煙不過店舖座位有限,由於我們過了晚飯時段, 所以不用等位看看餐牌, 雖然餐廳規模不大, 但拉麵飯小食串燒甜品樣樣有, 五臟俱全餐牌上有(限售)蟹黃飯, 友人要來一碗, 橙黃色的蟹黃佔了飯面三分之二面層還要燒一燒才淋上特製醬汁, 相當有誠意 還有, 已經去殼的蟹腳肉相機食完後, 便狠狠地將蟹黃及白飯融為一體, 三兩下由白飯變成蟹黃飯, 啖啖蟹黃, 鮮味爆燈, 面層有小量蔥花, 混合後連同蔥花一起吃, 更香, 兩人一份就足夠, 否則食不下其他東西另外點了一份大阪燒, 跟日本的大阪燒很接近, 內層有大量生菜,秋葵, 蔥花等, 像蛋餅一樣, 除了面層, 內裡更混合和牛肉, 唔會太膩, 份量足料, 值得一試最後點了一份香桃雪芭, 半個香桃盛著冰凍的雪芭, 沒有奶在內, 每一啖都好清新, 有點像思樂冰, 感覺是店員把香桃肉取出再加以炮製店鋪營

我地叫左條秋刀魚 幾抵食而且燒得幾好 個皮脆的

路經食店繁多的太子,街道兩旁都是食肆,初時真不知選那間才好,正好友人想吃串燒,便進去魂燒試試吧!特製激爆蟹黃飯$138,今日限量發售二十個。陣陣蟹味撲鼻,飯面上滿佈蟹黃,果然是爆多蟹膏,真正是蟹黃撈飯,份外滋味。加上已拆殼的蟹腳棒,非常方便進食。燒翠玉瓜$15,兩塊有如手掌心般大,一點燒焦味也沒有,瓜身仍能保存濕潤軟硬適中的口感。燒一口鹿兒島和牛$35,肉質嫩滑,配上海鹽,更能帶出和牛的鮮味。燒羊扒件$32,燒得剛剛好,似是八成熟,羊肉雖然厚身,但一點也不會韌,一口咬下肉汁即時溢出,肉質鬆軟,香味濃郁。西京五花腩串$22,肥瘦勻稱,燒過後也不會很肥膩。整體而言,店鋪座位不多,但勝在食物味道吸引,令人回味。

聽朋友說這間小店的燒物一流,而其他種類的食物也不錯,今晚一於試試。特製激爆蟹黃飯 : 這個蟹膏飯不得了,蟹膏之多非筆墨所能形容,感覺上比蓋著的珍珠米還要多,膏黃沾口非常,每一口都非常滿足,就好像一次過吃了兩三隻爆膏的大閘蟹一樣。再加上輕燒過的蟹棒,這碗蟹黃飯的確令人回味無窮。燒生蠔三味 : 一次過可以品嚐三種口味,包括汁燒、蒜香及芝士,各有特色。同時蠔身燒得恰到好處,不會太乾身,蠔汁猶存。燒茄子 : 這個燒茄子也甚合我口味,同樣地不會焼得過火而乾身,茄子汁水豐富,蒜味香濃,熱熱的很是好吃。總體而言,這裡的燒物不錯,而爆膏蟹飯更是一絕!
